Maybe it isn't clear enough for Michael to get what Zoey want to say.

Michael Cortez. The guy that first occupied Zoey's heart and life. The guy that she thought would be the one. The one for her. Unknowingly he is also the guy that would break her and her longest friend together.

Michael Cortez. The man who is responsible for pus.h.i.+ng her to decide to find her life and career outside the country she grown with.

It has been months when Michael heard the news that the girl she lost contact with will come back home to attend his cousin's wedding. Also, it was probably fate that leads them to work together.

Michael was delusional that fate and G.o.d help him to get back with her. That it is also Zoey's will to see him always.

After knowing the place she is living now. Michael secretly followed her every day. As if he is checking whether she will come home safe and sound. Whether, it is already late at night Michael didn't care.

He stopped sending her things because based on their last conversation everything went wrong. Yes! He really didn't care about that housekeeper but because of that Zoey got realty mad at him.

There are a lot of things to consider making her be his. Most especially he needs to remove Nickel out of the picture.

One day Michael was waiting not far from ASC entrance door. He was checking of it is Zoey who walked out the door. A moment later, Zoey together with the antagonist of his story walk out ASC. They are in a deep conversation.

Michael thought that after they finish their conversation they will soon part ways. But everything he thought were all wrong. A car stopped in front of them and the valet driver gave something to Nickel. Both of them hop in inside the car and start driving out the area.

Without wasting time, Michael rushed behind them and followed them where Ever the h.e.l.l they will go.

"Maybe that will be a company meeting. Or maybe he offered her a ride." Dismissing the possibility of his worst nightmare.

The two went straight to Serenity Condominium's parking. Unfortunately for Michael, he wasn't allowed to go inside the compound with permission of guest ticket. So he decided to wait outside the gates.

Hours had pa.s.sed but Nickel's vehicle is still inside. It made him think. How come did he go inside? How come did he is allowed to park his car and stay for more than four hours? Is he… are they living together?

Various thought entered his mind the last one made a big struck for him. Is it why they sometimes arrived in the office together, is it because why eat together? All the unthinkable ideas registered into his mind that if it will not stop will make him mad and crazy.

Michael admitted the after all these years Zoey is still the woman of her dreams. He accepted the fact that yes he hurt her before but this change, he promised to himself that he will make everything right.

Zoey was the first girl he allowed to enter into his life and family. Everyone in the Cortez loved her dearly. But because he is a one and half douche bag and stupid he did the most unforgivable of all. Cheating with her own best friend.

When all of his family heard that Zoey and Michael broke up some of them sided with Zoey. Thinking that a sweet and loving girl like her will do something that will break the love between them. Everyone included his own grandmother. His grandmother hated him for a month or two after they broke up. She said, "it is all because of you that I lost my precious Zoey. Did you know that Imelda, Zoey's grandmother, was so disappointed with me for raising a person like you?"

(Remembered that Granny, Zoey's grand mother, was talking with an old lady during their entrance exam? Yes! That's her! Imelda and Michael's grandmother became close friend after their first encounter.)

And after her last breath she asked Michael to bring back Zoey into their family for her.
