She detected that both of the men before was still alive and she wanted to deliver the final blow before Yun Che stopped her. She immediately dismissed them before shooting an icicle straight through their Little brother. Screams of agony were heard as the icicles pierced through them and blood was gus.h.i.+ng out. Makes him wonder why the h.e.l.l she was a forgotten character back in the original novel. All he could remember about her was Qingyue's retrival, Little Fairy's expulsion, her defeat against him and her continuous breakthrough from him. That was it. No side adventures, no friendly conversation, no nothing.

"Tell me one thing." She spoke with her bangs covering her eyes.

She turned her head before facing him. "Why did you save me? Do I have any use to you? Are you going to discard me once we're done? You know that only one survives this tomb." She asked him with those kind of questions. She feared that he only saved her because of personal reasons. She didn't understand why a powerful and strongest swordsman would want to someone like her. I am in your debt." She turned her head without asking more questions towards the doorway in the distance. Now, the only thing separated them and the doorway is the large chasm and is impossible to be crossed.

Suddenly, all four pillars of light on the stage suddenly light up as one winner of the four was chosen to enter the next area. The lights from four pillars suddenly shot towards the center and above the arena before forming a giant ball of light. The arena shook as the giant ball aqua light suddenly illuminates the area.

"I thought only one winner was allowed to go on?" Chu Yueli asked him.

"When you lose the fight before, the first light suddenly lit up indicating you were defeated and the other two pillar lit up when I defeated the other two men. Good thing it didn't turned back off the moment I healed you." He explained to her.

"That would be bad right?"

With that, the lights suddenly shaped itself into a pathway leading to the doorway in the distance. The doorway that was impossible to be reach with flight as the area was controlled with some kind of force preventing them from flying. What shocks Chu Yueli and the invisible Jasmine was the light energy that solidify itself into a path with strange linings. The pathway looked almost as it was made from gla.s.s and it didn't even look real. However, her doubts were cleared once she tried to touch the newly formed pathway. It looked impossible but this is the first time she saw such feat.

Jasmine was excited once more as she observe the grand changes in the tomb. Seeing this kind of sight was majestic enough to distract her from her jealous dilemma. "Incredible…..what kind of tomb is this?"

"If we find the item she was referring to, I'll explain to you at the end."

Jasmine suddenly went into curious mode and she asked "Item? You knew about that mysterious...o...b.."

"Sort of, but first I need to make sure of it."

When Yun Che saw the formation of the pathway, he was reminded when the day he visited that temple in the real world. The situation was pretty much the same. Now, his doubts were cleared and all he need now is the real thing itself.

Chu Yueli was back to her usual personality but when she stepped on the aqua pathway, she turned her head towards him and spoke "Are you coming?" She turned her head again before started walking however what Yun Che didn't noticed that her cheeks were red for some reason.

Jasmine who was floating next to him suddenly asked "What's with her?"

"Who knows."

Yun Che was about to continue but suddenly….

Clicking sounds were heard from underneath his feet as suddenly a pedestal suddenly emerged from the floor on the center of the arena's stage. It wasn't built on the altar like before but the pedestal just rose suddenly from the ground just like that. It was a similar pedestal like the one in the hallway. When Yun Che and Jasmine saw that pedestal, it could only mean one thing.

[Ding….. A Soul Imprint is detected on the pedestal.]

Chu Yueli was curious when she heard something from the arena's stage but when she saw the same pedestal from before came out from the stage. She too was kind of curious before she slowly went back to him. Same as before, she saw nothing on the pedestal just like the one on the altar.

She suddenly spoke "Why did they build this thing if they weren't going to put anything on it?"

Yun Che kept quiet as he and Jasmine located the same Soul Imprint on top of the pedestal. He hovered his hand above it before it started glowing just like the previous pedestal and displayed the same person who left the imprint here. The Moon Empress. Both Yun Che and Jasmine could see her clearly but the same cannot be said for Chu Yueli. She didn't see anything at all but she can see the pedestal was glowing.

Yun Che widen his eyes before he murmured "Never expected she would encounter this thing in this world."
