He gathered a bunch of twigs and leaves and took some of the hot coals and mixed them together. The result? A smokey mess. He used strong pieces of a branch in which he stretched the skin over the smoke with the intention of preserving the skin. He cleaned every piece thoroughly of any fleshy or fatty bit. The fire was two-fold. It acted as a natural deterrent for animals and heat. The aurora was starting to show at dusk. The sun was starting to set. It felt like one of the longest days of his life. What's worse is he hasn't had any decent rest. He was starting to feel fatigued. Well, he did at least got some sleep earlier that day.

When he was satisfied that the skins were dried out enough he started to a.s.semble some makes.h.i.+ft clothing. Though cutting the skin with nothing but his axe was proving to be a real challenge. This nearly gave Radley a heart attack. He dashed for his axe.

The man smiled gently, "Whoa, there champ. I ain't here to pick a fight, but I am here to warn you. Your little smoking operation will attract some unwanted attention."

"Right, and I am supposed to believe that?"

The man studied him for a second and then tossed him a small hunter knife, "Kid, if what you say is true then that is stupidly impressive. Do you mind cutting yourself with that? Small knick should be fine."

"Could I at least ask why?"

"Wait, seriously? You need to smell my blood? For what?"

The man scratched his head, "I need to check your level of course."

"And you need to smell my blood for that?"

Radley humored the man and nicked himself. Hew didn't really want to upset a level 21., "There…take your whiff."

"Can you at least tell why you needed my level?"

"Ah, kid. You seem to misunderstand. You are a low level and took out creatures stronger than you…in a pack no less. And you are alive."

He turned to leave, "Oh, keep the knife. It made of Neodizamate and is a h.e.l.l of a lot sharper than that piece of c.r.a.p you call an axe."

He jumped off into an unknown direction. Radley couldn't believe his eyes. They become near superhuman at level twenty.

He looked at the knife he got. It had the same level of attack as his axe, but durability was way higher. Knife 5 attack. 50 Durability. He wondered how impressive a Neodizamate Axe might be. Then he remembered his axe was made of Neodizamate. Though in its raw form. Wow, that would explain how his axe was able to last so long and didn't see any chipping. Neodizamate was impressive stuff. He wished he had more. He wondered if there was some sort of perk he could buy from the diff system that he could use to locate things like Neodizamate or even stuff that was more valuable. He checked what he could buy and he found the locater ability, but it cost 50 Diff points for just the basic one.

He sighed, while that wasn't a must-have it would still have helped him. He tested the knife on the skin. It punched holes rather easily and was able to cut the skin, even though it was a bit difficult. He turned his kilt into underwear and made proper armor with the rest. He scanned his new armor. Sus
