A waiter from an outside restaurant went to take orders

' sir would what would you like to drink,' said a waiter as he came up to a man reading a news paper about the allies losing to because of the German's new weapon wreaking havoc on the battlefield

'hmm, seems there doing, well' thought jax

Cough 'Exuse me sir,' said the waiter again

'Oh how rude of me please, I'll have just black tea please ,' said jax in slight fl.u.s.tered

'Thank you sir,' said the waiter as he left

Jax went went back to his newspaper,

It had been 3 years and Jax had been heavily at work he had began to create technology slightly ahead of the current era and took advantage not to spread it to much he did not want to ruin the the time line so he kept certain tech such as receives and ear pieces to agents he was eitger not far from or they already had explosives placed in their organs. As for the story line so far he had contacted Shaw an had him recruited into HYDRA via the serum jax also had all of HYDRA under the effects of the hallucinogen and any other future recruits must take the serum in order to show loyalty jax was not taking any chances. then he also had Shaw bring in Eric lensher and have the research department exact tests on him to see other ways of awakening the x gene. After jax had complete control of HYDRA he then made he's way to America, jax knew he had a lot of work to do so he started of with Dr Abraham Erskine, he had tricked Dr Abraham into leaving the country an settle in America while later joining the SSR. Jax had seen this take place, jax however did not care for the doctors loyalty he only needed to see how the transformation of Steve Rogers took place, he already had the knowledge of how the super soldier serum was created as he had studied with the doctor for almost a year. Jax then also had certain people marked, he left a tracer on Charles Xavier and mystique in a form of a beacon in young Charles's home while also leaving one on James Buchanan( bucky) and Howard Anthony Stark. He needed to keep tabs on all the important characters of the upcoming future. finally jax had taken a visit to Dr Myron McClain, he had caught him in his moment of weakness when he was on a family outing when a couple of HYDRA agents kidnapped his family and threatened him with the usual demands. jax watched all this happen from his comfy bunker through his newly created camera lens which is installed in the agents retina's, jax made sure to keep track of all his slaves. jax had used the kidnapping as a form of goading the doctor to leave the country as jax had yet to dig his claws outside HYDRA's control. Dr McCain ended up partic.i.p.ating in the HYDRA research facility, after seeing the the slightly futuristic tech they were working with and being rea.s.sured continuously that he's family was not in life threatening danger the doctor let down his guard and jax soon made quick work with his hallucinogen.

'Hmm I think I'm early,' said jax while looking at his wrist watch as he packed up he's brief case an made his way down town outside the Brooklyn antique shop

jax got a good look of the place then went to a slightly tall building in the street and waited for both the arrival and transformation of the marvel world's first avenger.

8:30 am

' Ah finally their here,' said jax as he saw his targets both Steve rogers and Peggy carter. make there way into the shop

jax was currently sitting on a flat roof building and was looking through a pair of binocular.

"Hmm, I've got half an hour, i think I'll contact that agent and recap the plan with him," jax said to himself as he brought a make s.h.i.+ft laptop out of his briefcase. He then plugged on some head phones and the screen began to to light up. jax had remedied the past HYDRA mistake of using a less experienced spy by bringing in a seasoned agent, although jax would have him die he would do it in a way that would fit his interests.

"There we go now agent X9O can you hear me, if you can do not make any sudden movements just finish the conversation your conversation with the colonel and go have some water, remember naturally." Instructed the jax as the agent excused himself to get some water

Jax began to instruct the agent on what the plan was

" listen do you see that man by the politician, yes i want you to offer him and the politician next to him a drink," as soon as jax said that the HYDRA agent sneaked a pill into a two cups and poured some punch into the cup. the pull began to sizzle and dissolved into the drink but the neither the taste nor the colour of the solution changed.

while the agent continued his mission jax began to put together a sniper, he began to put the parts together and was station directly in front of the antique shop outside the lab. he began to load two bullets into the gun, the sh.e.l.ls that were oddly shaped contained a slow action nerve agent that did not take direct affect but did damage the nervous system of a body, if the body had just been through a severe metamorphosis the damage although light at first would grow in severity.

after jax had put the sniper together he had then began to take notes of the upcoming experiment

Steve rogers was fastened into place and 6 tubes of blue liquid was sent pumping into his circulatory system. Steve was in visible pain but his was then coc.o.o.ned in a metal pod,

"the patient will be saturated with vita rays," say's Dr Abraham through the mic

"vita rays huh, you really out did your self this time doc," said jax as he felt surprisingly impressed with the doctor and slightly shocked about how captain america could have survived this.

" i guess the laws of reality in this realm work slightly different," said jax as he continued to study the experiment

it had all soon come to its original end as Steve rogers managed to pull through and just at that moment of congratulation the HYDRA agent acted, he had first taken the serum then shot the doctor square in the head, the doctor hit the floor like a sack of potatoes barely even having time to think, the agent then shot Peggy carter in the leg before she could shoot him he then escaped

" hahahaha night night doc, no last words i guess," laughed jax s.a.d.i.s.tically as he watch from the roof of a building.

Steve rogers held the doctor in his arms ans mourned silently, then after he became serious as he quickly gave chase to the agent.

"here we go, here's my queue," said jax as he got ready to aim

just as said that the agent came running out he was instructed by jax to take a yellow taxi and, once the agent began to drive, the captain came speed running out of the antique shop and the agent shot some shots through the back window but the captain continued to run after the yellow taxi. As soon as he got into jax's line of sight jax took his shot.

'pwooo'

the bullet began to separate whilst in mid air and small syringe infiltrated the captain's neck and the contents was infused into the captain's body

in matter of seconds the captain went from feeling light to feeling heavy, the taxi began to get further and further away. however this only lasted for an instant as he began to regain his speed and continued his chase

"good this should give you slightly a little longer to complete your mission," said jax as he began to pack up his equipment and destroy any evidence of him being in that place

"yes sir," said the agent as he made his way to the harbour where his sub was waiting

he had to hurry he did not have long, the agent took out the still intact serum and put it in a shaft under his seat which sent the serum inside a container shooting out of the submarine into another part of the harbour

" sir it's done, the serum is now heading for the secured location." said the agent as he took a deep sigh and began to steer his way to the ocean

"good job, contact me in 2 hours once you make it to 18,000 meters down if i don't receive it then you must wait until i contact you ," said jax as he called a taxi and made his way to the train station

once the captain had made his way to the yellow taxi he found that it was abandoned, he opened the door to see and inside he found a letter which showed the picture of a HYDRA. he then turned it around and found words that read ' CUT OF ONE HEAD TWO MORE SHALL GROW IN ITS PLACE '

" sigh, the captain must have read that note by now so he's still aware of the existence of HYDRA, but.... hehehehe its already checkmate," giggled jax as he put his tools down, He had already built a base deep underground in this country half a year ago in order to wait for this day and to keep tabs on any important people and those who could be used by him, he had built it bigger than he's previous bunker due to it's upcoming long time use.

" sir, i have made it to the location," said a hoa.r.s.e voice through jax's earpiece

"well done soldier, you have completed the mission outstandingly and have made a world for our people to live in," said jax as he looked up at a blinking light on a screen,he then took out a switch in his jacket plugged into the computer then flipped the switch

"sadly you won't be joining," said jax as he could hear screams of pain through the line then silence.

He knew he could have done his back in the harbour but chose not to due the fear of the government sticking their nose in his business, he could not let technology that was slightly ahead of its time fall into others hands, that's why he chose to delete even those who work for him.

"this is not important right now," jax thought as he made his way down a corridor and into a separate room,inside contained a matrix of machines all connected to a pod in the middle.

jax had finally perfected his cloning device, after numerous failures due to this machine being a head of its time, he had finally been able to produce copies of himself but he was still far from his true goal which was ma.s.s production.

As jax left the room he moved even further down the corridor towards the second room which had a blue glow, this room was being used to enhance the super soldier serum that he had collected and was hoping to create lesser versions of it to create more beings such as the winter soldier. ever since jax left his original HYDRA bunker he had started to work alone in most of his experiments, this is because he did not want to ruin the story line and so he left HYDRA to fend for itself and would pick up the dregs left after the war to build something bigger with it.

finally jax made it to a vault at the bottom of his base, the vault needed a special combination that no one from this plane could guess unless they read jax's mind. A generator was pumping a crazy ton of energy into pipes that led up into the other rooms, glowing power could be felt just from getting close.

"hmm, i guess it was right to use this to generate power, if only stark could see this," said jax as

he then went towards a switch and turned of the generator then he quickly put on some body protection in order to cover himself from the heat, jax pressed a switch and out came a s.h.i.+ny light blue object ...

THE TESSERACT
