The couple feel like floating in the air as they pour out their hearts in their vows. It wasn't memorized. It was a heartfelt vow which would later they will both do best to fulfil it.

The minister called the ring bearer who is Clark, to bring the couple's rings. It's a custom made rings that only those who knows the brand could recognize it. It isn't a typical ring that most people wear. The design is so simple that you need to look at the inside part of it to know that it's a wedding ring. It gives subtle hints about its meaning.

When Ingrid laid her eyes on it, she immediately love it.

Out of the blue Clark spoke. "Mommy! Mommy! Did you know that daddy designed the rings? And I helped him..."

"Really?" Ingrid s.h.i.+fted her gaze from Clark to Clifford, and the man nodded. "...my, I love it!"

"I told you dad..." the child grinned as Clifford ruffled the child's hair.

"Thank you, son.." he said as he winks at his son. The minister once again coughed.

"Get the ring and repeat after me.." then Clifford followed the minister's words.

"Ingrid, I give you this ring as a symbol of my love and faithfulness. As I place it on your finger, I commit my heart and soul to you. I ask you to wear this ring as a reminder of the vows we have spoken today, on our wedding day." Clifford slides the ring on Ingrid's fingers.

It's Ingrid's turn. She took the ring from Clark and repeated after the minister.

"Cliff, I give you this ring, as a sign of my love for you, of choosing to share my whole life's journey with you, and of knowing that in marrying you I shall become much more than I am. Wear this ring as a reminder of the vows we have spoken today, on our wedding day."

They signed the doc.u.ments pertaining to their marriage.

Then the minister declared,

"By the power vested in me, I now p.r.o.nounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride..." the minister declared.

Clifford smiled at the p.r.o.nouncement while Ingrid looked down and so nervous. Clifford cupped her face and slowly lifted her face so that they could gaze at each other.

"At last! We're now officially married. There's no stopping to our union, my love..." Clifford's voice is hoa.r.s.e as though he's holding something in his throat.

At a snail's pace, Clifford lowered his face to kiss Ingrid.

His lips faintly touch her lips. The act sent s.h.i.+vers to Ingrid's spine. Without warning, Clifford deepened the kiss. It was pa.s.sionate kiss but not erotic. It was the longest kiss Ingrid experience. Taking her breath away.

Then someone clapped.

"Woahh.. daddy and mommy are kissing!" Clark giggles.

Instantly, Ingrid pushed Clifford lightly away from her, but then Clifford pulled her back to his embrace.

"No need for you to be shy my wife..." Clifford laughed. Ingrid could only slap the man's arm as she wipes her lips, but her eyes beams with pleasure.

After the simple and short ceremony, they settled the doc.u.ment first and secure it. Without delay, they bid goodbye to the minister and walked out from the building. They are the complete picture of a joyful family. Clark walked with them holding his parents' hands.

On their way to their car Ingrid asks, "Where should we go after this?"

"To our honeymoon, of course!"

"Are you kidding me?!" Ingrid's eyes widen with shock.

"Nope, that's what married couple should do after the wedding right? But before that, we'll eat something first." Clifford looked so serious and determined to what he's saying.

Ingrid gulped before she spoke, "Could we just, uhm, skip that part?" her voice rings with much nervousness.

"NOPE.." He shakes his head like a stubborn child.

"Mom, Dad, what are you two talking about?" Clark suddenly interrupted their seemingly serious topic.

"Answer your son," but Ingrid glared Clifford with warning. Before he answered he took the child and carried him to his arms.

"That's for mom and dad to talk about only son. Not yet for a big boy like you." Clifford touched his son's nose.

"Oh, okay... So, when are you going to give me a sister dad?" the boy asked innocently.

"Well, as soon as possible... but we need to work on it first..." Clifford then winks to his wife.

"Then hurry and work on it...!"

Clifford laughed so loud that it echoed the whole area. Ingrid on the hand, profusely blushed and almost choked with Clark's words.

"Did you hear our son's word of advice, wife? We should hurry and work on it..." his laugh continued until they reached their car.

"WILL YOU STOP LAUGHING?!" Ingrid hissed and wanted to get ahead of them. But Clifford stopped her.

"Please, don't go just yet, we should at least have some groufie..." he took his phone from his pocket and then he clicked and took many photos of them.
