Si Weimin gazed at the middle aged man in front of him. He put his hands over the table. He began to tap his fingers on the table, a sign that he was losing patient.

"I'm telling you, CEO Si. No one has ever breached our cctv before. It's impossible!"

"Then, how will you explain the disappearance of my friend?"

"I-I r-really don't know, CEO. After he told us to bring the woman to the hospital, I never saw him again," The Royal Night's manager stuttered in front of the serious and impatient Si Weimin.

"What happened to the woman?" Si Weimin furrowed his brows before he leaned and rested his arms on his Wegner swivel chair. There were lots of questions on his mind and he needed answers.

"I-I left her in the care of Beijing Family Hospital. I didn't find anything so I didn't know who to contact. B-but…"

The manager stopped which made Si Weimin raised his brow. Seeing the hesitation on the man's face, he impatiently slammed his right hand on the table, "I'm a very impatient man. Speak!"

"B-but t-the woman disappeared," the manager trembled in fear as he answered. His face began to sweat profusely.

Si Weimin didn't know what to think but he suddenly felt something heavy on his chest. He looked intently at the manager. He closed his eyes as he pressed his temples. How could this happen? What really happened to Thomas? Who was that woman? Too much questions flashed in Si Weimin's head.

He took a deep breath before he asked, "How did that happen?"

"It was also a mystery to me, CEO. When I went back the next day, the woman was gone. According to the nurses, the woman didn't stay long. After I left that night… the woman also disappeared."

Si Weimin pressed the intercom as he called for w.a.n.g Guo.

"Boss."

"Check the cctv of Beijing Family Hospital two weeks ago."

"Yes, boss."

After w.a.n.g Guo left, he looked at the manager who was fidgeting on his seat. He glared at him before he said, "Go."

However, the manager stood hesitantly. He looked like there was something that he needed to say. Si Weimin noticed it and asked, "Is there something else?"

"Ahm, CEO…" the manager coughed before he continued in a low voice, "I-I already asked someone to check the cctv and …"

The manager once again stopped which made Si Weimin even more annoyed, "If you can't finish what you're about to say, then get the f.u.c.k out of my office!"

The thunderous voice of Si Weimin filled his private office which scared the whimsy manager even more. However, he blinked his eyes several times before he took a deep breath, "It was already deleted, CEO!"

Once the manager finished his words, he panted hard. Upon seeing the blank expression on Si Weimin's face, he felt nervous as he bid his goodbye and ran out of the office.

Si Weimin slumped on his chair. He tried his best to decipher what the manager just told him. He didn't know what to say. He didn't know whether to believe that. He gazed at the door where the manager left open in panic. Who was behind all these?

Did he hear him right? The cctv footages were deleted? How could that be? Who was that woman? Deep in thoughts, he didn't notice it when someone entered his office.

Zhou Bingbing just came back from a two week promotion of Si Cosmetics' new skin care line in Europe. She attended the different famous make up companies that would have the potential to collaborate with Si International Corporation.

She felt accomplished that she was able to attend the different galas and fas.h.i.+on shows as Si Cosmetic's new face. The warm welcome that she received was enough to make her in high spirits. She enjoyed the beautiful Paris and wished that she was with Si Weimin.

After she arrived, she went straight to see Si Weimin. She was very excited to tell him the good news. She was hundred percent sure that the European company would team up with Si Cosmetics.

She leisurely walked inside the company where the employees greeted her. She smiled like she owned the company.

Once she reached Si Weimin's private office, she looked for his a.s.sistant. Seeing no one there, she rushed towards the open door. Afraid that Si Weimin wasn't there, she peeked inside and saw Si Weimin looking at her. Zhou Bingbing's heart thumped so fast as she stared back at Si Weimin, "Weimin-ge, I'm back."

She walked closer to him. When she reached his table, she put the bento box down. Since it was already 7 in the evening, she asked Fei Hong, her manager to buy from Moon Leaf, "Weimin-ge, I know you're busy so I bring a take out from Moon Leaf."

Si Weimin was cut in his thoughts when he smelled an unfamiliar woman's scent. He frowned when he saw Zhou Bingbing standing in front of him.

"What are you doing here?"

"I just came back, Weimin-ge. Here, try this."

He saw the bento box on his table. He was not in the mood to pretend that he cared for what she did but his respect towards Zhou Jiayin stopped him from being rude. He nodded at Zhou Bingbing as he said, "Thank you!"

"I know you'll like that," Zhou Bingbing wore a huge smile on her face. She moved closer to the table before she continued, "Weimin-ge, I really missed you.

Si Weimin frowned at Zhou Bingbing. A m.u.f.fled laugh escaped her throat before she said, "Hmm, I only drop by to inform you that the collaboration with the European company is all set. You have nothing to worry, Weimin-ge."

Si Weimin only nodded as he stood from his chair, "Thank you, Miss Zhou. The finance department will coordinate with your manager. I need to go now."

"Oh, will you not eat first?"

"You can eat that if you want."

He strode out of his office, trying to escape from the woman's presence. The woman disgusted him. He entered inside his private elevator. To his great annoyance, Zhou Bingbing rushed inside as well. He sneered inside as he pressed the b.u.t.ton for the bas.e.m.e.nt parking.

"Weimin-ge, will you go back to the mansion? I really missed Grandpa Si. Can you –"

He was clearly displeased when he cut her words, "You can go by yourself."

"B-but Weimin-ge…"

"Miss Zhou, I'm really trying my best to be civil to you since you're the new endorser of the new product line. Don't get the wrong way."
