Woah.... Her health is really low but her resource is ma.s.sive. The others have had a little balance between resource and health but this is pretty extreme. It's a good thing that some attacks probably won't damage her. I doubt that physical damage will affect her.... Unless a ma.s.sive force is used, I guess.... I can't really guess what effects that Jester aspect will bring.

Ehhhh.... A pervert has appeared. I know she offered herself earlier, but, I figured that it was because she wanted to escape. It turns out that she is just like this..... Well.... c.r.a.p.... The most normal subordinate I have is still Kess.

Yeah.... Set doesn't like her as well. She didn't like Xelu at first either but, overtime the two-..... well Set bonded with her. Xelu probably can't bond with others or even understand orders that well at the moment. She is getting better though.

A week pa.s.sed by after that. Vulki brought a lot of noise with her. Set will talk nonstop about how 'great' I am so I usually ignore her ramblings. Kess will talk about food and her hatred of gnomes. Xelu..... Well she doesn't talk. Now there is Vulki.

She likes to talk about anything and everything. It was quite annoying at first as I'm used to the quiet. I came to like it though. Despite having Kess and Set to talk to, I still felt like I had no one to bounce ideas back and forth with. Perhaps it has to do with her past as a religious figure. I was surprised at the fact that she had such a high status. Even the lowest of religious figures in drow society have a higher status than most n.o.bles.

The reason she was able to become one was only because she had a forsight ablility. Apparently she used to have a much higher position but, was banished to that settlement due to her..... 'Nature'. Besides her foresight ability which she has retained, she has gained a couple new ones after a.s.similation.

The most interesting being deepfire manipulation. It seems much cooler than my own poison control. Her flames are unique as well. Unlike normal flames, deepfire flames don't produce heat.... Instead they 'drain' whatever they come into contact with. I haven't had her test them on any enemies so I can't know what exactly they would do.

Now on to her jester abilities. The first of which has to do with her mask. She filps it upside down and the face on it fades until it becomes blank. She told me that it can steal someones face or head. It would then replace her own and she can extract all information they have along with depriving the victim of their senses.

The second ability involves her bells on her hat. They can cause hallucinations if she uses a good bit of resource. Luckily she has a ma.s.sive amount to draw from. She has a perk that increases her resource regen drastically as well.

Now onto her spiderlings.... She built 3 dark blue flame cubes. The cubes hover but still take up even more s.p.a.ce than Kess' mounds. As I expected, her spiderlings are just mini versions of her. The only difference is that they have more childish masks. Well, they can't speak yet either, but, they are pretty mischievous.

They particularly find joy in messing with the other spiderlings. I've seen flipped over metal spiderlings, kicking there legs all over and baffled eldritch spiderlings falling over themselves. Chastising them is useless as they just find new ways to cause mischief. Recently though, they stopped pulling pranks on the other spiderlings and only pull them amongst themselves.

I don't think I will create anymore broodmothers or guardians anytime soon. I can get more after increasing their skill levels but even then....

So reviewing over all of them there is Set who can slash open enemies, heal, sneak, and place killer runes. Kess can spike enemies, create spiderlings, she has an aura, and last but not least she has a metal petrification ability.

Xelu can create spiderlings, Shoot out orbs that vein out and penetrate whatever they hit, and create tentacle sentries.... Thinking on it I should fill the nest with them. I have not really witnessed a good portion of my subordinates abilities be put into practice.

Vulki POV-

I have been reborn. No longer a self-absorbed wench..... For I have fallen for someone. It is probably the result of brainwas.h.i.+ng, but, so what? Is there a point in living if there is nothing to latch onto? Love. That is the only thing this feeling can be described as. The drow concept of love is extremely vulgar. There were some who successfully had a 'pure' love but they were extremely rare.

Speaking with him brings great enjoyment unlike anything I've experienced before. He is a deep thinker which has it's pros and cons. He overthinks a lot of things. I seem to have become a secretary of sorts which has angered this 'Set'.

She must feel the same way as me about master Gin. I shall grow on her over time. The one that worries me the most is this 'Xelu'. I have seen similar situations. The religious drow used to experiment on slaves. That is until they rebelled and killed a royal. Everyone related to that incident were incinerated and, experimentation on slaves was put to a halt.

It seems that master Gin is worried about her as well but, he is clueless on how to fix her. After hearing about her conception, I am stumped as well. Perhaps..... The best I can do is become her mentor. She has very little understanding and, a lot is missing out of her so I can only build her up..... Thinking on it, I should educate the litte ones. They cause too much trouble for others. I can't destroy their fun though.... Let's just corner it off so they only mess with each other.

Should I educate Kess and Set as well? They cause a lot ofstress on master Gin. He doesn't get tired of it though and bends into their desires..... Perhaps..... I should let them be and just join in on the spoiling..... No, I won't fall for temptations! Even the sleeping next to Gin one!.... I..... I'm sorry master..... I don't think I can help it.... I want to be spoiled too!
