Forbidden Forest, Kingdom of Diamond

He lifted his face, letting the falling leaves caressed his skin. He slowly walked in large strides. The leaves on the ground were jumping in time of every step he made. He breathed in its minty smell and continued on, taking pleasure in the sound of his feet sliding through the leaves.

The sounds of guns and missiles were everywhere in the place. In every step he made, the forbidden forest unleashed its wilderness and dangers, shooting daggers on every person existing in the place.

He walked towards the extraordinarily huge Olive tree.

His hands pressed the trunk of the tree, "Mirror, unleash the portal!" He was closing his eyes as he recited the simple spell of unlocking the portal. It is said that it didn't need a long chant. In order to open the portal, he must have the elixir. The elixir can only be found in the depths of Clover Island. It was a rare plant. He couldn't find it anywhere. And then, he heard interesting news; it was actually the real Alexander Francis who had acquired the one-of-kind plant. He was currently shape-s.h.i.+fting as him, taking advantage of his wealth and power in the Kingdom of Diamond, the richest country in the world including the other dimension.

The portal still didn't open.

He evilly grinned, 'I was right, it will not open until I obtained the elixir in that special plant. That Alexander must be so smart that even I couldn't find it. You have been hiding so well'

He retreated, not continuing any further. For him, it was such a huge waste of time.

He gritted his teeth, 'D*mn it! I will have to go and get this problem solved. I'll have to find it somewhere in this kingdom as soon as possible!' he rashly kicked the rocks that were lying on the floor. The rocks trembled and some of it whooshed into another place.

He breathed in deeply, "I must go to the Kingdom of Ruby as early as possible before it's too late,"

The clock was ticking. The most precious thing to him right now was time. Every moment in every minute spent was like a treasure. Diamonds were nothing but a piece of jewel. Power in the land was just a temporary luxury and wealth, not eternal and immortally irreplaceable. Notwithstanding the immerse status symbol upheld in the land, eternal power and wealth were the most potent of them all.

He laughed malevolently loud. He laughed so hard that his body was shaking and convulsing.

"I swore that if I'll ever find you, you'll be dead with just a single glance, Hahahahaha!!!"

The birds that were laying peacefully in the forest were all in shock that they escaped from the nightmare he was incurring in their serenity. They all flew away, afraid of the man's utterances and actions. He was suspicious. No, he was a psychopath. He was a narcissist, not allowing others to exude their success and their power. For him, he was always the most powerful and insurmountable living. His evil laugh was calling for wars and weapons, incurring the wrath of his enemies.

���I will conquer the world. No, I will conquer the universe. I will take back what used to be mine' he was pondering, brainstorming his evil plan to ways how it will have triumphed.

Kingdom of Ruby

Alexi was waiting outside of the accommodation that Alexander and Evelina were in. He was handsome and gorgeous as usual. He wore his favorite clothes— white long-sleeve polo and his black slacks. He was a handsome devil with his three b.u.t.tons unb.u.t.toned, revealing his muscular chest. He was waiting patiently, more like a decade. It was like waiting for a thousand years.

Hours had pa.s.sed yet still didn't decipher an existing person arriving in front of his eyes. he was tapping his foot, unveiling his impatience to the couple.

After the long wait…

'Finally, they're here! Whew, what a long wait!

Alexi sighed in relief, "I have been waiting for years!! Now tell me, what happened??" he winked at Alexander.

"Nothing," Evelina replied nonchalantly

"Oh, really Alexander? Nothing really happened? You are so manly that nothing happened?" He winked at Alexander, teasing him.

"We made love, " Alexander said with a complete vainglorious smile.

"Oh… That's why she's so shy to admit it!!" he teased

She avoided his gaze, "No, I'm not!!" her face reddened from extreme embarra.s.sment. She gave him a side glance.

Alexander was in a daze. He grabbed her waist tightly, not letting her go, "Don't ever lay a finger on my wife. She is mine and only mine. Don't you dare stare at her for more than a minute, " his eyes were like shooting daggers at him anytime soon.

Alexi shook his head, "Okay, okay. Calm down, take it, easy man! I never took a liking on her. I don't like your taste of women. They don't suit my standards at all. I prefer older women with a mature demeanor, "

Evelina scowled, not liking his reply. She was so disappointed, making her lower her self-esteem.

She looked at Alexander with her beautiful puppy eyes, making him melt his heart. Every single person who would see her like that would make them protect her and comply with her stipulations regardless of its difficulties.

Alexander looked at Alexi with his cold eyes that were like calling for thunderstorms anytime.

Alexi waved his hands, "Alright, I'm sorry, okay? I was just clearly jesting. It was only my opinion, Evelina, don't be disappointed. But really, I have someone that is in my heart and she will forever live in my heart, " his eyes were wandering somewhere beyond the depths of the ocean.

The atmosphere suddenly dropped into an endless cold night, deciphering his woes and grief. He was definitely longing for someone.

'There must be a painful past that made him upheld his unctuous mask. How unbelievable. He always keeps on smiling joyously that is as bright as the rising sun' Evelina deeply thought.

Seeing his sudden deep reaction,

made their hearts in grief and worries.

Alexander decided to warm up the atmosphere, "Anyways, I have a question. What are we planning?" he meant what they were going to do with that mysterious man, shapes.h.i.+fting as him. Alexander was extremely aggrieved. He couldn't believe that there was still someone who had the guts of destroying his day. He remembered that there were clearly no disputes between his family and other people in their kingdom. It was common in the military, however, that man was insurmountable especially with the use of dark magic. Notwithstanding the state-of-the-art technologies that were thoroughly examined before it launched, magic was still a huge threat. Although it held the immense advantage, there was still a risk behind the action. 'Every magic comes with a price'. He was about to burst into anger at any moment, but seeing his lovely Evelina made him calm down and control his feelings.

He was furious. There was no way that someone could steal his ident.i.ty and could act rashly, making bad decisions that were against the law of the kingdom. There was no way that there would be someone who would dare to enter the depths of his web of secrets. He was well-mannered and an upright person. He was raised with a silver spoon that was filled with words of wisdom and understanding the real-life situation. He never looked down at people. He was not full of himself, absorbing power and wealth like other people. He was just a down to earth and modest person.

Alexi shook his head, suddenly remembered something, "Let's go!!" he was back to his normal pace. He was quick in s.h.i.+fting his emotions that made their worries eradicated.

"Alright. By the way, do you mean by traveling with a vehicle or are we just using the teleportation?" Alexander asked

"Of course, let's take the teleportation!"

"Then, how about the vehicle? Are we just going to leave it right there?" Evelina asked, concerned with the important thing.

"Don't worry about it. It is in the good hands of other people!" Alexi joyously replied

His eyes widened in surprise, "You mean, we are just going to leave it here and allow others to own it?" Alexander asked.

"Yes, don't you worry. There are still hidden people out there who have been tailing on us. We must be careful and prudent, " he said in a serious tone.

"We know that, " Evelina and Alexander said in unison.

Alexi grinned, "That's great to hear from you two, " He paused, "You two, let's hold our hands together, don't ever let it go and close your eyes. Just follow me and do what I say. Got it?"

"Yes!!"

"Let's first hold hands and close our eyes, "

They demonstrated and followed what he instructed them to do. As they were focused on fulfilling his orders, they felt the bustling wind brushed onto their skins and hairs. It made their hairs stood up, yet felt a subtle effect of the transformation.
