After he left, I imbued the door with mana like he told me how to do. It is very similar, virtually the same in fact, to enhancing objects with mana. So it didn't take me long to do it. Once I had, there was a soft click and the door opened itself for me.

Inside was fairly basic. There was the main room which I was in currently. There was also a room with a bed and a cupboard to store my clothes. The only other room was a bathroom. The house was all fully furnished but the main room itself was empty except for a mat on the floor and a small, low table in front of it.

After looking around the house fully, I quickly found myself bored and with nothing to do. I cleaned myself up for the feast later on. Then I put on some fresh clothes. These were fairly plain but had the badge of the tower on the front and under that badge was a small star.

Once I was ready to go, I looked around and noticed that I still had nothing to do akd had around an hour left until I would have to go. Looking around, I went over to the mat and sat down on it. I then began to practice sensing the mana around me. Just about as I was going to fall into a sort of trance I heard a knocking on the door.

Shaking my head as I stood up, I noticed the time….An hour had already gone by.

'But it only felt like a few minutes.'

I walked to the door, opening it I found the person who took me to the house standing outside. Bewas pacing back and forth. When he saw me open the door. The frown that was on his began to disappear.

"Finally, now come on, I don't want to waste my day." Then he turned around and walked without waiting for me to explain.

I quickly hurried after him as if I lost him, I doubt that I would be able to find my way in this maze. Once he caught up, he looked back only for a second before speeding up even more. At this point I was nearly running so that I could keep up with him.

A few minutes went by and before I knew it. We were in front of a ma.s.sive hall. There were thousands of people hanging around outside the hall. All of them in different coloured clothing and fancy robes.

I heard the other mage who had led me here let out a sigh. He turned to me. "You go into the hall. Someone will direct you to where you need to be."

Doing as he said, I walked up to and into the hall. Once inside I saw hundreds of long tables each with two long benches on both sides so that people could sit down.

As I saw in the hallway. I was noticed by a few people, one of whom was the master mage who begged me to.be her student. Seeing me there, she walked over with a little smile on her face. As she got closer she began to speak, her voice echoing around the hall.

"Adoh, would you like to become my personal disciple. Learn my path and study the element of darkness."

By the time she was finished, she was standing right in front of me. The rest of the hall went silent and everyone was looking at us. Honesty, I was surprised. I did not expect this at all.

"I do and would follow you. My master."

When I finished, her smile became even broader.

She then lent in and whispered into my ear."You will enjoy your lessons and I mean really enjoy."

After that she gave me a little.smile before walking back to her seat and showing me where I will be sitting.

Looking around the table, I noticed that the few people that were sitting down already were all giving me dirty looks and some were just interested. Not one of them though wished to speak with me. Slowly seemed to be moving away from me as well.

I decided to ignore them and just let my gaze wander around the hall. Above me was an illusion. This one though was a starry sky and was beautiful.

The rest of the hall.was decorated in ma.s.sive banners each with different shapes on and different colours. Apart from all of that though the hall was fairly plain as it was just white stone. Though it was a pristine white.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

The Arch mage smashed his stave that was in his hand to.the ground to get everyone's attention. Looking around at all of the new mages he smiled and announced the official beginning of the feast. As he did the door opened and all of the mages waiting around outside, came in and took a seat.

Once everyone was seated, food appeared in front of us all on varying different platters. Once they did, I could hear lots of oohs and ahhs. Going around, before the hall erupted into a noisy mess.

I began to grab some food before giving it a little taste, it turned out that it was delicious. Without pausing for a second, I proceeded to eat and eat, barely stopping as I wanted to eat as much of this food as could.

Meanwhile as I was indulging my appet.i.te. Some people had appeared behind me. I carried on eating, but slowly over time I noticed them there and there were more people beginning to join them.

"Do you like watching people eat their food? You do not like to hara.s.s my food are you?"

The one who I a.s.sumed was the leader. Almost coughed up.what he was eating at one I said. There were a few snickers going around as well.

Hearing all of the snickering his face went scarlet before he silenced them with a look. Then he looked back at me.

"If you have any guts come outside and fight me."

I almost felt like laughing, but managed to hold it in. This fool obviously does not know anything about me. Compared to a demon, he will be like fighting a child. So I stood up.and walked straight outside. As I did, I noticed the concerned gaze of my master. I just gave her a little smile.

Outside, it was just me and him and his friends.

"So what are the rules for this?"

He just looked at me like I was an idiot.

"There are no rules, I don't want peopl…"

At that point my fist had already smashed into his face. Taking a little step back, I enhanced myself quickly. Before lunging in again.

Two swift punches to one of his friends and another punch to another. They were all down and the rest of his friends ran off. Leaving me alone with him, who had just managed to get up.

I walked to him slowly. Upon reaching him, I smashed my fist into his gut causing him to bend over. Then brought my knee into his face rapidly. This caused him to hit the floor out cold.

Dusting myself off, I walked back into the hall and carried on eating the amazing food.
