The Star In The Midnight Rain 16 Run Away

"Sweetie, wake up or you'll be late for school," said a man that sounded familiar.

I woke up and saw my dad in front of me and, I also realized that I was back in my old house, sleeping in my old room and, in my old bed.

I was shocked and, I told myself this isn't real. He looked at me and asked, "What's wrong?" no matter how much I tried, it felt so real.

I got up and hugged him, but he turned into aches, I started panicking, so I opened the door.

I saw my mother making breakfast, she looked at me and smiled, "You're finally u..." she was saying something when I cut her off by a hug, but she turned into aches as well.

I fell down slowly and lost control of my breath, and started to cry. When my sister came and said, "Where's mom and dad, what's wrong?" She came down, and, I touched her hand. Instead, I felt pain and slowly looked down she had stabbed me, and blood spat out of my mouth. She looked at me like a psychopath and said "You did this to me," I got up and ran away.

I ran out of the door and I was in a pitch-black room. Suddenly the light was s.h.i.+ning on me and, everyone was saying she a murder and other rude comments. Someone dragged me, to a tree that had a rope hanging for it. He placed a black bag on my head and, then put my head on the rope and tightened it.

I tried to fight back but it was worthless.

Just then they raised the rope and I was gasping for breath. I then saw the b.u.t.terfly and it said "You did this to yourself."

I then woke up again gasping for breath, and this time I was back to reality.

"Hey, are you okay?" My sister said while holding a knife. I was looking terrified, and she laughed, and said: "I was cooking breakfast."

I sighed in relief and said, "Don't carry that around."

She then said "I think you might be a little late for school," I asked what time it was and she said 9:00 am, "9:00 am I AM AN HOUR LATE, WHY DIDN'T YOU WAKE ME UP."

"I did try but you pushed me away," She said.

"Besides I can call in for you, I can tell them your so sick that you couldn't come in today or maybe for weeks," She said while smiling.

"You're a devil, do you not want me to go to college," I said and she chuckled.

"Get ready breakfast is read," She said, and I nodded.

I was getting ready in anger, I was an hour late, what would I do? I will have to clean for 1 hour after school for a week, I thought to myself.

I was ready and waiting for her to serve food while drinking milk.

When she was serving food, I slipped all my milk. Why did I just realize she sucks at cooking?

"Are you sure it's edible?" I asked, and she gave me that look that said, if you don't eat it I will make you choke that food.

I ate it and it was okay. After I was almost, I looked at my phone.

"It's Sunday..." I was so done at this point.

"Did you do this on purpose?" I asked and she said "Maybe."

I chased her and she was saying sorry while running away.

The doorbell rang.

We looked at each other and, she opened the door. There was a letter in our mailbox. She checked and came back running and, screaming "I GOT IN!"

I was confused so I asked "You got into what?" and she said, "SEOUL INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY."

"Are you sure maybe they accidentally put into our mailbox," I said.

She came and hugged me.

Just as the moment was getting nice, she got a phone call.

"h.e.l.lo?" She said, "W-what are you s-sure?" She said and, ended the call.

"What's wrong?" I asked and she said, "He wasn't the culprit."

My heart started to beat really fast and I started shaking and, told her I have to use the bathroom.

I went inside and closed the door, and fell after closing it.

"I have to get away from here," I said and, washed my face. Why can't I tell her?

I then wiped my face.

When I opened the door, she was there sitting and eating.

As I looked at her, everything got dark and, her shadow turned into a two-faced psychopath face. I got scared.

I slowly walked over to her and sat down.

I started eating again when she said "Did you know I am adopted?" I nodded.

"I see." She said and continued eating in silence.

"Hey wanna go to..." I was saying when she said, "I would love to but I need to find a place to stay."

"You..." I was going to saying something but she cut me off again and, said: "I can't live with a stranger forever."

I then said, "WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU?" she looked at me and said, "I am just not in the mood."

She then got up and washed the dishes and, after she was done she said "Can I borrow a coat? I will give it back to you late," I nodded and she left.

I was all alone again. In this tiny apartment, with the sun s.h.i.+ning in, I was alone again.

No matter what happens, I will always end up alone.

Then I heard a knock and, ran thinking she came back.

When I opened the door.

It was Min-Gyu. At least he cared.

I hugged him and started crying.

"Why does my heart hurt so much?" I asked him.
