After seeing those pictures, I was terrified.

I couldn't sleep at all. What happened to me was nothing compared to what happened to her.

I got out of bed and saw the ghost of my parents. It doesn't bother me anymore.

I opened the window next to my bed, I could feel the cold breeze on my face. I tried to calm myself down. Then my phone buzzed.

I reached out to the nightstand and looked at my phone.

I had just gotten an email from the university I applied for. I opened it right away.

I took a deep breath and read it.

"Congratulations, you have been accepted to Yonsei University," I read with excitement.

I then called Jin-Young.

He answered and said right away that he got in as well. I made a weird noise in excitement. He and I talked for a little while until he fell asleep.

Since I couldn't sleep, I needed to get answers. So I called my "sister."

She answered the phone and said, "What's up?"

"I need you to tell me something," I said.

"Go on," She said.

"Can you explain the test subject thing more?" I asked her with anxiety.

"I-it's umm, let's meet up and talk," She said.

"Alright, let's meet up at Yeouido Hangang Park," I said.

She ended the call. I rushed and got ready, lastly, I put on a coat and, left.

I called a cab, and it arrived in about 12 minutes. I got in the cab and by the time I got to the park, she was already there.

She saw me and waved.

When I looked around I didn't see a lot of people. I looked at my watch and it was 11 o'clock.

I sat next to her on the bench and she said "I-I will start with my real parents."

I nodded and held her hand, as a sign of support.

"My real parents weren't the ones who tested on me," She said.

"It was around May 24th, we were getting ready for church when these men came in."

"My father told my mom to take me and my brother to the cellar."

"By the time we got to the cellar, we heard gunshots, obviously like any child I was scared."

"But they found us in about 17 minutes and shot my mom."

"We had found out their motive wasn't to kill my parents but, to make us into something different," She said while tearing up.

"I made sure my brother was safe so I distracted them so he can run."

"He got away but I was left there."

"They first tortured me until the lab was ready."

"Then they put me in a tub for about 3 years, in those 3 years I was brainwashed and tested on."

"On March 12, police found me after my brother had told Mrs.Lee."

"For years, I was put into therapy to change me, after your parents found me and, adopted me." She said.

I hugged her.

"I have something to tell you as well," I said.

"I killed mom and dad because, I was jealous they only loved you," I said while my heart heated fast and I teared up.

"I know," She said.

I looked at her shocked, she pulled me closer and hugged me.

"It must have been so hard for you," She said, while I cried.

"I am so sorry," I said.

"Did Min-Gyu take care of you while I was gone?" She said.

I looked at her. She knew.

"He did, but how did you know?" I said.

"He's my step-brother how wouldn't I?" She said.

"Then who is your real brother?" I asked.

"I never had one," She said.

"But.." I was saying when she said.

"My mother married someone else after my father was killed," She said.

"My life is full of complications," She said while smiling.

After we talked she sent me home. The following month I talked to her every day. Then that same month I had my university orientation. I had made a lot of friends that day. I had a lot of fun.

After my four years in college had ended, I joined the Police Academy.

The six-months I had worked hard. I wanted to join the Police Detective team with my sister.

After the six-month, I graduated from the Police Academy. After the Police Academy had ended, the first thing I did was go on a date with Jin-Young.

We had a lot of fun. But after 2 weeks I had officially started my job as a Detective for the Police.

After a month, it became 2, then one year. I had dealt with a lot of fun cases with my sister and our team.

But that would change when Jin-Young proposed to me.

That day it was my day off, so I had spent the day with Jin-Young. But at night when we were at the bridge that showed the city view, he kneeled down and took out a box that had a ring and said "Will you marry me?"

I nodded and hugged him. He put the ring on my finger and kissed me.

We had decided to have our wedding 4 months later since we were both busy.

After 4 months the wedding day came. It was a nice service and everything went well. But he asked me if we could move to Incheon. I was unsure so I had asked my sister for advice.

"Should I move to Incheon and leave you?" I said.

"Yeah it's not like I am a baby," She said.

So I had officially moved to Incheon. I had transferred to the police station there. I was living well with Jin-Young. But I had gotten so busy with work and, the family that I had stopped visiting my sister.

Just like that, we grew distant again.

She had also gotten busy so she couldn't visit me either.

It's was like 6 and a half years all over again, we were so distant, I wish I hadn't left.
