A Wizard's Romance 8 Dilemma

After dinner Mr. Taylor decided to have a nice chat with his precious daughter so he asked them to follow him and soon they arrived in the living room. Rune was excited to meet his little sweeties so he also joined them. He totally ignored his father's death glare and went to sit in between camy and ciel. Mrs. Taylor too joined them and asked a maid to bring some fruits and milk for supper.

My darling sweeties, Please forgive your big brother. You both know that he hates your tears and never made you cry. He never thought that you would be scared so much,Mrs. Taylor said sweetly to both his daughters.

Ceil and camy were both unwilling to forgive their brother but on listening to their mother and seeing their brother's apologetic face they decided to forgive him. Moreover they too missed their big brother way too much. For the last 8 years they have never come back to their house. Often their parents used to come and meet them in a hostel and they hardly saw their brother so they missed him dearly and were not able to be angry with them.

Okay, big brother, since I missed you too much I decided to forgive you but you know that you still owe us a gift for forgiving you and with that ceil hugged him and clung on his arm

My too big bother and with that camy too hugged him and clung on his other arm.

Runes was verry happy and felt blissful after many years.To him his sweeties were like his daughters.He never felt anything towards anyone except his sisters.No honor .no recognization made him so much happy as he was feeling this time.

Witnessing the scene Mrs Taylors eyes became wet and she too felt happy .

Father you wanted to say something to us ,tell us this time Camy spoke.

Yes,yes there is one important thing that i want to tell everyone present here. There is one thing that you all should know.I haven't told you earlier because I didn't want to pressurize you but now since you both have become pretty young ladies so there is something which you ought to know. Listening to their father made not only camy and ceil restless but also Runes.He could sense the flow if conversation and didn't like a bit. He wanted to say something but after seeing his father's expression he decided to close his mouth. Sooner or later he needs to accept that his sweeties have now grown up and will eventually marry off. However he couldn't bear sending his sweeties in the care of another man. Although he was extremely troubled inside he maintained a calm facade and held the hands of both of his sisters to calm them down.

After calming down both of them looked towards their father for continuation.

You both know about the ex-Lord of Reinstle empire Lord Eric Ewans. When both of you were in your mother's womb and it was known to us that we will be expecting a girl in our house then lord Eric suggested betrothal proposal to us. Although it was a proposal you both know that we can't decline a royal proposal. At that time Lord Eric betrothed the girl in your mother's womb to Vladis, presently serving as knight commander to present lord, Arthur. The present lord and Arthur are of the same age and have a great friends.h.i.+p despite the servant-master relations.h.i.+p. Soon the unfortunate events occurred in the empire and during the ex-lord Elric died. Although royal proposal still holds but we are not sure between two of them who is betrothed to him,Mrs Taylor said.

Sigh!it was an utter chaos. They can't refuse the royal proposal nor they can accept this. The only outcome of the proposal was to marry both came and ceil Vladis. However Mr. and Mrs. Taylor didn't wanted this. They have seen many fights and conspiracies between relatives and sisters for their loved ones.They both knew that ceil and camy were harmonious sisters but who is to say what will happen in the future. After all ," Love is blind and lovers are a fool"

Rune was enraged after listening to this.He can't imagine marrying off his one sister to that feeble Vladis forget about marrying off his both sweeties.

Decline it.Runes said loudly.camy and ceil were terrified after hearing their big brother Rune's cold voice.They have never heard such murderous tone from their brother.

Sensing that the hands he was holding were sweaty he decides to lower his cold aura and smiled amicably at both of them,Seeing his calm smile both sisters were now less terrified.It was nothing new to begin with.They both new that no matter how much love and care their parents provide to them eventually they will be married off to someone But they didn't expect this day to come this soon moreover both the sisters were truly uncomfortable sharing a man. They knew that it can become a big problem in the future and can turn both of them into enemies.The idea of becoming an enemy to each other made both of them scared to death.No, they can't do this. They can't agree to this ridiculous request.

Mr. Taylor understood the dilemma of both of the sisters and the rage of his son. He too was enraged and despaired after hearing this but there was more to this.Before he can say anything Rune stood up from the sofa and announced in a solemn tone,"I need to talk something important with knight Vladis, please excuse me father" with that he strode forward before he can even reach to the door Mr taylor spoke," Where do you think you are going Rune .retreat.Don't you have any faith in me.Do you think i will just sit and watch my daughter's future ruining."

Everybody gasped after hearing that. Rune too retreated and sat back in his seat.

What do you mean father,the trio Rune , Ceil and Camy spoke in unison.
