The Alpha And The Luna 6 Six

I was sitting on the floor with Alexi and Aaron, discussing a plan about how we were going to save Veronica. I started sharing the plan I had when a burning feeling came to my throat. My vision slowly faded out, and it felt like I was choking on blood and my mate bond to Veronica was slowly regressing to nothing. Everything around me was starting to go black and I felt my body swaying side to side.

"Dude Xander what the f.u.c.k, are you ok?!" Aaron said as he and Alexi rushed up and rebalanced my body. When the aches finally stopped and my sight came back, I gave myself a minute to breath and then got up.

"I'm gonna go pay James a little visit." I said, my voice dark and murderous. I watched Alexi and Aaron exchange looks with each other before they both grinned ear to ear and came along with me. We walked through the many hallways and pa.s.sed many bedrooms till walking up the stairs, and shoved the 'alphas' bedroom doors open. James looked up from the girl who was currently doing and growled out.

"Why the h.e.l.l are you in here?! Can't you see I'm doing something here?!" He argued but I couldn't give a f.u.c.k. I've seen worse.

"I've seen my luna get raped and the man who didn't had his head bashed real quick, this s.h.i.+t is nothing." I growled back in retaliation and I could hear Aarons growl at the idea of his sister being degraded in such a way.

"Now, tell me, you old sack of potatoes, why the f.u.c.k did I almost get choked out just now and why is my mate bond to Veronica no longer there?!" I growled out and I could feel Alistair fighting to come out, but I restrained him just for now. I watched James emotions contort with a mix of things.

"What do you mean choked out?" He barked, throwing the girl off him and covering himself.

"I don't know, my vision started closing out and it felt like I was choking on my own blood." I said back simply.

"That means you're feeling what Veronica had felt you jacka.s.s. f.u.c.k this could ruin everything!" He grolwed under his breath before looking up at me and then as fast as anyone had ever seen, he dressed again and he shoved right past me, Alexi, and Aaron. I took the lead in following him and the boys followed.

"You're lucky you have an idea where Veronica is. Otherwise I would've aready ripped your body apart limb from limb." I said, directing it at my father.

"Yeah and you're lucky you're loved by everyone in this pack and can be used to my advantage. Otherwise I would've torn you up days ago." He sneered back and I snickered.

"You could try old man." I retaliated.

Veronicas POV

I woke up and my head felt like it was spinning. I slowly sat up and when I looked around the room, I could tell I wasn't in the cells anymore, and most certainly not in the pack ground anymore. I slightly whimpered, knowing that meant I was away from Xander.

"Good, you're finally awake." Said a voice from across the room and I instantly knew who it was. I got up off the bed and bolted for the door but was stopped short when two arms wrapped around my body and picked me up from behind while I flailed, kicked and punched.

"Put me down!" I screamed out and Abel hadn't let go till he kicked the door closed. Then his arms had released me and my feet didn't even catch me as I fell to the ground.

"Don't strain your voice, you almost got your throat slit so you're lucky I was there." He said calmly before locking the door and stepping away from me. I just stayed there on the floor and stared at the ground with a clod of nothingness in my eyes.

"Are you just going to sit there or get up Ronni-"

"Don't f.u.c.king finish that name." I growled.

"That name was reserved for one persons use, and one alone."

"Yes well he's dead now.

"Because of me?"

"No, I don't think that at all. But Marie does."

"Then f.u.c.k Marie. Where's Adeline?"

".....Why does it matter?"

"Because I want to see her."

"She's gone. Sorry." He said and I sighed. Then I heard a little tap on the balconys gla.s.s doors. Abel dropped what he was doing and grabbed my arms, pulling me against his body before shoving me in a closet.

"Stay quiet..." He warned and then closed the doors but left a crack me for me to see what was happening.

"She wasn't at the cells. But, there were three bodies in the one she was a.s.signed. James and Xander just found out she's gone."

"Aww baby that's too bad. I know how much you want her dead." Abel responded sympathetically.

"You know what will make me feel better?" She said and it was that fake little tone right there that told me everything I needed to know. It was Marie.

"Hmm I don't know." He said while wrapping his arms around her waist before entwining his fingers.

"Tie me up and do me. Right here.." She said and I could see the temptation in his eyes.

"No, nor right now baby.." He said and I could hear her stupid pouting. THen the worst thing that could possibly happen, happened. Xander, Alexi, Aaron, and James climbed up through the balcony, just after Marie and I had made eye contact. She pulled the door open and grabbed me by my hair, pulling me up and out.

"Is this what you boys want?"
