The Destined Encounter 11 Chapter 11: The Acciden

Liam is now on his 8th months. He is now excited for his baby. They didn't want to know the gender of the Baby so the two decided not to know. For the weeks now Liam noticed that the Alpha has not been coming home lately he is now starting to feel lonely. There are times when the Alpha would not come home and there are times when he is at home that he would stay up late inside his study room. They hadn't made love for weeks now.

"I'm home, Love?" Liam heard Lance voice so he run towards Lance. "Welcome home Love." Liam welcome Lance with a kiss and Lance just suddenly hug him.

"Let us just stay like this for awhile. I'm so tired let me hug you so that I could regain my loss energy." Lance said like a child acting cute to his mother.

Liam just laugh and shake the thoughts he was thinking earlier. How can he doubt the man when he is acting this cute and spoiled towards him.

Liam and Lance were out of breath they just finished two rounds of making love. Lance wanted more but does not want to exhaust Liam as he is nearing his due date. He wouldn't want his child coming out in no time would he?

After cleaning Liam and dress him up the couple lie on the bed cuddling each other. Lance hands went on the bed side table looking for the remote control of their T.V., since it was still a little early he decided to watch with Liam.

The news on T.V got Lance speechless and heart pounding. He never thought that he will be seeing that news. There in the T.V a beautiful sophisticated woman was being interviewed for her recent marriage to a wealthy business man. Lance turned off the T.V. and went on to sleep.

Puzzled to the actions of the men sleeping beside him Liam didn't asked questions and just sleep.

Since that night Lance has been cold towards him. He stopped calling him Love and starts calling him by his name again. Liam couldn't bring himself to ask for the reason of the sudden changed of the Alpha.

One morning Liam ask Sebastian if maybe he could bring him to Lance's office. He will surprise him with lunch.

"Are you serious man! You want your Omega out of you and your son's life?! wh-why the sudden change of mind. I thought you love him?!" The Lawyer is pacing back and forth. "I'm no longer helping you with this man I'm out!" The lawyer said raising his two hands in defeat.

"You didn't refused when I first told you about this so why refused it now?" Lance asked.

"Ha! when you first asked me about this you made it clear there will be no feelings involve between you and the mother but now things are different. You made that Omega love you, you marked that Omega and that Omega is hoping he could be with you and his child and now you are asking me to take that all away and you will cover it all using the law and contract. How heartless can you get Lance!" Terrence said in frustration raising his voice.

"I'm out, if you want someone to do your dirty bidding then find someone else. Tell me honestly is it about Bea? The fact that she got married made you act like this? Then if it is your reason then that Omega surely is unfortunate to even love you." Terrence said.

Terrence was about to leave when he heard someone shouts Liam's name. Lance immediately got up to go outside. There he saw Sebastian who was about to after someone. Lance grab Sebastian hand and ask him what is he doing in that place.

"Sir let's talk about that later for now we should go after him something bad might happen to Liam if we don't go after him."

"How much did he heard?" Lance asked

"Everything." Sebastian answered.

Lance run towards where Sebastian was heading. He was looking for Liam until they got out of the building. A cross the road a bunch of people are crowding in. Some are shouting for help and others are calling for ambulance. Lance heart pounds as fear starts to sip in hoping he was wrong but the moment he saw the body lying on the cold pavement full of blood. He immediately carry Liam's unconscious body and drove the car of the man who just hit Liam.

"Where am I?" Liam asked no longer can feel anything. His body became numb due to so much pain. Looking at himself he can't help but cry and worry for his baby. "My Baby, Lance please save my baby."

Lance can't helped but cry as he watch Liam pleads for their childs life.

The Doctors took Liam's inside the operating room. Lance was left outside the operating room waiting for the news. He can't helped but cry as he see the blood on his hands and clothes. Soon after Terrence and Sebastian came.

"Young master what happened? how is Liam doing?" Sebastian asked full of worry for the young Omega.

"He is in the operating room. He-He got hit by a car." Lance cried. "Sebastian why are the two of you in the office. None of this would have happened if you didn't bring Liam at my office" Lance shout at Sebastian."

"None of this would have happened if you hadn't been so selfish and heartless. Don't go blame your poor butler for your doing." Terrence said as he punched his best friend to his face.

"I think this is a karma for you man." The Lawyer said fixing his coat. Seconds after that the Doctor came out with a paper on his board. He ask who the husband is.

"Me I'm the husband." Lance immediately stand up.

"Sir the mother and the child is in a very critical condition. You see we can only save one of them so we will be needing you to sign a waiver on which one it is that you want to save. Also please fill up your wife's complete information. I know it is hard but we will be needing your answer or we will loose both of them." said the Doctor.

"The mother save the mother, save my wife I'm begging you please save my wife." Lance said as he signed he paper. The Doctor went inside to save Liam. Lance punch the wall until his knuckles bleed. Regret and guilt is flowing to his system.

"I thought you will going to choose the baby since you are so ready to abandoned the mother." Terrence asked mockingly.

"I love him, Terrence I can't be without him. Thinking I won't be able to see him, touched him, kiss him or love him sucks the life out of me. The sight of him bathing on his own blood made me realize that I can't live without him." Liam said staring into nothingness. The nurse went to Sebastian asking who is the husband. Sebastian pointed at him. The nurse went to him to ask him to fill up the information about his wife. Tears gus.h.i.+ng down his eyes as he realize that he doesn't even know his wife full name, birthday not even his age. Sebastian took the form and fill it out instead. Lance ask Sebastian a questioning look.

"Everyone in the house knows all this. If you had just asked he would answer." Sebastian answered his unspoken question. Feeling ashamed of the mere fact that he doesn't even know as simple things as that.

"The Surnames are different?" The nurse asked. "So the two of you are not married." the nurse added.

"Not yet but we will." Lance told the nurse.

It took them hours before the Doctor to finally come out to bring them the news.

"The operation is a success. Your wife will be under observation he lost lots of blood but he will recover soon. The physical wounds will heal fast but the emotional wounds that would be hard so you need to stay by your wife's side. I'm sorry for your lost." The Doctor said.

"Can I go see my wife?" Lance asked hoping he could see his Liam.

"No, at least not now but you'll see him soon."

"How about my child can I go see my child?" Seeing the desperate look on Lance eyes the Doctor called one of the nurses to lead Lance to where his child is.

Lance just came back after seeing his baby. "It was a boy Terrence. It was a healthy baby boy who takes after me but now I won't see him grow up. It was all my fault." Lance cried as he blames himself.

"As much as I want to see you regret you decisions I still don't want to see you like this. You should have just been honest with yourself."

"What happened, Where's Lance why are you in the hospital. Sebastian answer me where is my son?!" Mrs. Montero hysterically said.

"Mom I'm here." Lance answered.

"What happened to you why are covered in blood." The Mrs. said

"That is not my blood that is my Omega's blood." Lance said.

Mrs. Montero gasp in shocked. "What happened to Liam." Lance was even more surprised with what his mother just said. It came as a shock to him the his mother knows Liam. "How, how.?"

"What happened to Liam?!" his mother shouted angrily. Never in his life his mother shouted at him.

"Liam got in to an accident. He run outside the office building and got hit by a car. The Baby's gone but he is stable now." Sebastian explained.

"Why would he run." his mother ask suspiciously.

"He over heard us." Terrence interject. "Your son here wants to strip Liam his rights to his own son and cover it with money and other material things. Liam run as soon as he heard it."

His mother slap him. "You think that man will accept your money?! You know nothing. It was not the money that young man wants but love that none of you had ever gave. Not his family, most specially not you. I thought I made the right decision of putting Liam in to your care. I thought you can love him but I guess I was wrong! To trust you such a fragile person to you is a mistake." His mother begun to cry. "Why do you think I greed with your condition? because I know from the start that Liam's family is selling him. I asked someone to buy him from them and hand him over to Sebastian since I know you are looking for a surrogate mother. I was so convinced that you will come to love him but I guess I was wrong. Me and your father will handling everything from here. There will be no need for you marry if you don't want to. We won't asked you give us grandchild either." Liam's mother said with finality in her voice.

"Mom, M-mom I was wrong. I was wrong please don't take Liam away from me. I love him mom believe me. I love him." Lance begs his mother. It was the first time she has seen his strong proud son beg to beg.

Elizabeth could not resist her sons pleadings "Ok, ok but the decision will not be coming from me. It will come from Liam" His mother kneel so that she could level with her son. " I will speak to you as a mother and a wife. If I were to hear your father talking to someone stripping me all the rights I have for my son, I would also run and after that loosing my child's life, how do you think Liam would do? He would probably run away as far from you. Son you hurt Liam too much. It will be hard for you to win him back."

"I'll do everything just for him to love me again." Lance answered his mother firmly.

It was until the 3rd day when the Doctor allowed them to see the patient. Liam is still sleeping, it was actually an inducing coma to allow his body to recover faster. They held a small ceremony for his little boy. On the fourth day Liam opened his eyes only to see the white ceiling of the hospital. Memories came rus.h.i.+ng to him as he noticed the flatness of his stomach. He immediately wake up Lance.

"L-Lance wake up, L-Lance wake up" with his hoa.r.s.e voice Liam tried to wake Lance up.

Lance woke up by the sound of Liam's voice. "Love your awake. Let me just call the Doctors."

"Our Baby where's our baby Lance?" Lance remain silent as Liam's fear arises getting nervous by the time pa.s.ses by that Lance is not answering. "Lance where is MY BABY TELL ME!" Liam demanded.

"The Baby's gone Love." Lance could not look Liam straight in the eyes.

"How, how can that be." Liam asked in disbelief as tears rolling down his face.

"I chose you over our baby." Lance said.

"What?! You should have chose our baby." Liam pulled Lance from his collar. "You just want the Baby you should have just chosen the Baby. I can accept it if you choose the Baby instead of me. Me I'm contented with my life but my child he still has a lot a head of him. Me, me I had enough with life but my child deserves to live." Liam is crying his heart out.
