The Destined Encounter 24 Chapter 24: Mistake

It took Bea by surprised to see Lance friends much more to see Lance himself. She was only taking a chance when she asked them if the man is with them but it turns out that he is. Bea couldn't believe that Lance changed so much he became more manlier and exceptionally more handsome. His body built grew drastically and she can see the tight and well toned muscles hidden inside his plain dark blue V-neck s.h.i.+rt. She didn't know what's got into her by inviting Lance and his friends to stay over to her house. *Maybe because of his handsome face* Bea thought.

She clearly remembers how good Lance is when it comes to s.e.x, if she would be asked who among her s.e.x partners before is the best she would have picked Lance as the best. The only downside of Lance before was the way he looks. He may have been handsome but he's too goody good shoes looks made him look like a push over. Bea knock on Lance door to talk to him but no one answered so she decided to open the door and Lance moans made her stop from what she plans on doing. Lance woke up to the loud sounds of thunders and rain fall. He look at the time and saw that it was already 10 in the morning. He dialed Sebastian's number to asked about Liam. "Sebastian how's my wife? Is he awake?" Lance asked. (He's still asleep. Should I wake him up?) Asked Sebastian.

"No just let him sleep some more. Don't forget to make him take his oral suppressant." Lance reminded. He really needs to go home but how can he if the weather does not permit it. Lance decided to get up. He saw his friends eating breakfast with the girl and Bea.

"Lance come join us." Invited Bea. The image of last night is still etched to Bea's mind. She can't help but wanting to have a taste of what she saw. Lance seated beside Terrence.

"It looks like you guys will be staying one more night to this house. As per the news the roads has been blocked due to the heavy storm. I don't mind having you guys here." Bea start of conversation.

"How about your husband, wouldn't he be angry to know that you are letting four adult men in your house?" Asked Adrian. Lance kept quiet but looking and waiting for Bea's response. Terrence can see the way how Lance looked at Bea and Bea on the other hand glanced at Lance before answering. "Nope we just got divorced recently. You see things didn't work out between the two of us. I think I was looking for someone who can give me the kind of love that Lance gave me before." Bea looked at Lance again. Terrence was waiting for Lance to brush off the girl's statements or to say anything. But Lance just sit silently looking at Bea.

"Wait cousin you and Lance dated before?" Mae asked full of curiosity. "Yeah five years to be exact." Bea confirmed. Terrence knew that the story is leading dangerously back to the past and he can see that Lance is being drawn back again to that place.

Terrence was cut off from thinking when his phone rung. It was Liam who was calling. He quickly answered the call without excusing himself in front of the table. He's getting the geez of what might be the reason that the Omega was calling him. "Yeah, yeah he's here. Do you want to talk to him?" Terrence asked, He is currently looking at Lance who still didn't brake off the stare he's giving to the girl. Terrence tried to get his attention by handing him the phone. "It's Liam he's been calling you."

Lance quickly s.n.a.t.c.h that phone and answered it. "The rain is heavy and they blocked all the roads to prevent travelers to pa.s.s by. I'll be home before you know it. I'll call you later bye." Lance ended the call quickly.

After that breakfast Terrence waited for a chance to talked to Lance alone. "Dude I can see what you're doing. Are you out of your mind?" Terrence was very angry to see the fact that his friend is still not completely over with the girl. "Fix yourself or else you are going to end up hurting him again. You better choose, that witch or Liam? You didn't even say your I love you to your wife before ending the call which you usually does." Terrence said letting go of Lance collar. "Remember you only have one chance left."

Terrence didn't bother talking to him the rest of that day. Lance can't forget what Terrence said to him, he was loosing sleep so he decided to get up and drink a couple of beers while sitting on the Veranda looking as the rain drops by. The sound of the rain is making him feel calm at some point helps him clear his mind. He doesn't know how does he really feel for the girl whom he loved so much for so many years. Hearing from her that she and her husband were already divorced made him feel a slight happiness but what about Liam. He knows deep inside that he loves Liam. He was lost in his own thought when he heard someone.

"Mind if I join you?" It was Bea. She was wearing a long neck slit white body con maxi dress. She invited herself and opened one of the beers in can. She made herself comfortable. Lance remained silent. "So why are you hear all alone?" Lance remain in silent.

"I was just thinking back then everything was just so simple. I mean we being in love and everything. I wish we could go back to the way it was. Where you loved me the most." Lance looked at Bea and when Bea. "But we can't 12 years has pa.s.sed Bea since I beg you to stay." Lance drink his beer and opened his 3rd can.

"Yeah I know. I married the man who I thought could give me the happiness that I need but ended up regretting everything. I just realized that." Bea move in closer to Lance and reach out to touch Lance face. "I still love you." They were just inches apart until Lance can no longer hold back and kissed Bea aggressively. Lance got up and Bea wraps her legs around Lance's waist. The moment they entered Bea's room Bea hurriedly took off and her dress revealing her nakedness in front of Lance. She then went down to unbuckle Lance pants and put Lance shaft inside her hot mouth. A phone ring stopped Lance from what he was doing, he quickly answered it. "Sebastian what's with the call?" Lance was trying to calm down. (I don't think I should report this to you, but I think you should know.) Lance was curious and starting to feel a little bit nervous. "What's about it Sebastian?" Lance asked loosing his patients.

"Lance are you just going to leave me here dry and heavy?!" Bea shout she's starting to feel a little bit of annoyance with Lance sudden action. Earlier she was just enjoying herself but then the next thing she knows is that she's already on the floor holding her sore hips.

(Young master, are you with someone?) Sebastian asked. Lance didn't answer but instead he just strode off from Bea's room. He went inside to his room. "No, so what is it." Lance demand. (Ahm Liam was acting strange. He was like not himself he's extra sad this whole day. When I asked him he just suddenly said that you didn't even told him you love him, I think it was just a slip of the tongue cause he told us that it was just nothing.) Lance silently cursing himself. *How can he be so stupid.* the silently beating himself up. He is now certain that it is Liam that he loves. He can't afford to loose him. "Sebastian I'll be home before morning. Don't let my wife go to his work and don't tell him that I'll be coming home." Lance said. "Ow also is he still in his heat?" Lance asked. (Yeah it has only been the 2nd day.) Lance ended the call.

He heard knocking on his door. He opened it and Bea storm in to his room. "Lance kindly explain just what happened?" She was clearly frustrated, she was left hanging after taking her to the highest peak of pleasure she was suddenly left hanging without letting her have her released. Bea was also sure that Lance still hasn't relieved himself so she was really confused why did the man suddenly change his mind.

"Bea what happened is just a mistake. I thought that I still love you but I just realized that those feelings were long gone. All that's left are regrets and what ifs. But everything is clear now." Lance holds Bea to both side of her shoulder. "We should just forget all that happened here. I'm sorry but I don't love you anymore." Lance left Bea and went straight to his friends rooms knocking it one by one. Little did he know that Terrence heard and witness everything that had happened.

Lance convinced everyone that they need to take their leave even though the rain is still pouring hard they push through with their plan to go home. They didn't even bid their goodbyes to the hostess of the house.

Lance was the one driving the car while Terrence was sitting beside him in front. The other two are just sleeping soundly.

"I've seen and heard everything." Terrence started. Lance remain silent but Terrence can see the clenching of his jaw. "Should I prepare for your divorce papers?" Lance stopped the car and looked at Terrence. "There will be no divorce papers to prepare." Lance said with finality. Terrence fought off Lance glaring stare. "If you don't make your decision now you're just going to hurt him again." Terrence pointed out. Lance started driving the car again. "I chose Liam, I told Bea that I don't love her. I just realized that I don't love her anymore but why do I have to realized it when I was doing it with her." Lance voice begin to crack. His hands starts trembling. "Pull over Lance, I don't want to get in to an accident. You need to pull over." Lance continued to drive which ticks of Terrence. "I said to pull over man! Unlike you I don't want to hurt my wife so pull over." Lance finally stopped and pulled the car over. "You're too emotional to drive a f.u.c.king car! You'll going to get us all in an accident! Let me drive." Lance didn't badge to where he was seated. He place his face on the steering wheel and begin to cry. "Terrence I'm so scared. What if Liam will come to know. What if he leaves me because of that. I can't, I can't live without him."

Terrence sight as he watched his best friend being eaten up by the guilt and fear of the mistake he has done. "You should have thought about that before you stick in your thing to that witch's hole." Terrence blows a loud sighed "Don't cry, if Liam leaves you then just come after him. It's your fault after all. You should ready yourself when that time comes. You will be lucky if that witch will just let you of the hook then non of this will be known like nothing happened" Lance continues to cry silently. Terrence rarely see the sight of a crying Lance in all those years that they've been friends he can only count with his fingers the times that the man actually cried.

"And if ever Liam were to find out I'm sure he will stay and forgive you. Liam loves you, you just need to trust his love for you." Terrence said what he thinks is best to at least comfort and ease Lance's mind.
