The Destined Encounter 75 Chapter 9: Involvemen

Captain Brother Thor? Calling..... Aiden looked at the caller ID Flashed to his screen.

"G." Aiden greeted.

(Ai, what is it that I heard from Dad?) George asked.

"Ow so you heard." Aiden said.

(Don't Ow so you heard me Ai!)

"Relax G, it's not like I kidnapped the kid as a matter of fact I just returned him to his mother....hhhhhmm do you want to hear a gossip? I have one for you."

(What kind of gossip?) George asked taking an interest in what kind of gossip his little brother will spill.

"For a Doctor you are quite a gossiper yourself aren't you?" Aiden laughingly commented.

(Who were the one who offered the gossip! Now I'm curious so what's is it about?) George asked.

"The kids Mother is Bea so...."

(So Lance is the father.) George finished Aiden's sentence.

"Bingo!" Aiden said.

(Ai, don't get involved with them any further. It's enough that you helped the child.) George said with all seriousness.

"I'm not done yet G. The boy is a battered child, it appears it was Bea who did all that. Several fractured bones to the child's body shown in the X-rays. Some are years ago but there are others that just recently healed. Bruises and cuts can be found all over his body." Aiden explained.

Aiden can hear a gasp on the other line. (Do you have a copy of the boy's medical?)

"I do."

(Send them to me.) Aiden smiled the good thing about George is that he only seems to not care but he is the kind of person who has a soft spot to people who have been abused.

"Later I'll send it to you. I'm still driving."

(Ok, send it to me later. So what do you plan? I know even if it's the child of those people you won't sit still. You have such a big heart that even if that's the child of your enemy you will still be willing to help.)

"I'll help the child but I won't involved myself further to their issues.____"

(What did you do? If it's you I'm sure you have already done something. So what is it?)

"I threatened the mother with the medical records of his son. Bea has a reputation to take care of she won't gamble it. Just leave it to me G. I won't do anything that will waste all the years I worked hard for just so I can build Aiden Miller." Aiden said.

(OK then but if things gone south don't expect me and Dad to just watch and do nothing. You are still our priority, remember that.) Aiden felt happy by just hearing his brother said that.

"Ok, ok.... So Are you and George finally making my nephew or niece to be? Where is George anyway?" Aiden asked.

(Ow yeah we did the entire night that George is still in comatose right now hahaha. I'm awesome thank you.)

Aiden rolled his eyes after hearing his brother talked. "There you go again lifting your own chair. I'll tell George you said that. I hope she won't let you sleep in your room tonight."

(f.u.c.k don't Ai! Don't tell George or she'll beat me again. That woman is a Savage, a Monster, she doesn't even know the word mercy! You know what I'm saying she's a merciless Amazon like literally she grew up in the forest aw aw aw ouch George Honey,....) (Don't honey honey me! What did you just said again? I'm a Savage?, Monster? Merciless and a what AMAZON! Then Let this Merciless Amazon Monster show you how the people from forest butchers their prey!) The line went dead and Aiden was trying hard not to burst out laughing because of what happened.

Lance went to Bea's house as soon as he heard that Lander was found. He was very worried to his son that he spent the whole night with the Police men looking for his son all over town he even beg the authorities to not wait for a 24 hours lead time before they could start looking for his son. That's how desperate Lance is.

"Lander!" Lance run towards his son all the reporters catch the heart warming scene between father and son.

"Daddy!" Lander hug his father almost immediately the moment the man reach him. The father is who he has not seen for several weeks because his Mommy won't let him. "Lander Misses you Daddy. Will you stay with Lander tonight Daddy?" The boy's question made Lance clenched in pain and pity for his son that he instantly blamed himself for not able to give him the family he deserves.

Lance pulled out from the hug to face his son."Yes Daddy will stay. Daddy won't let you out of my sight again. Daddy will play with you. So don't go to where Daddy can't find you ok?" Lance felt Lander's small hand wiping the tears the he didn't even noticed.

"Daddy why are you crying?" Lance shake his head.

"Daddy is just happy. Daddy has been very sad since last night cause Daddy doesn't know where Lander went." Lander hug Lance again.

"Don't cry Daddy, Lander won't do it again. Lander just misses Daddy." Lance showered his son with kisses.

"Daddy miss Lander too so much. That's why Daddy decided that from now on we will be a family." Lance said.

"Family? What do you mean Daddy? Lander can't understand." Lance kiss Lander to his forehead before getting up and walking towards Bea. He held Bea's both hands before uttering the words that Bea has long awaited to hear.

"I don't have a ring with me now but Bea Salvacion, will you marry me? and make this a real family?" Bea gasp in surprised. She was not really expecting it. All the people in the house could not believe that the most awaited proposal is happening in their faces right now. All reporters cameras are on them. The news travel fast like a wildfire that it made a breaking news early in the morning.

"Lance is getting married again?" Theo blurted out Nicolas almost spilled his coffee because of what Theo just said.

"WHAT?!"

"Here take a look." Turn up the tune of his phone and showed him the video of Lance proposing to Bea.

"But Lee told me that Lance would never marry again." Nicolas said.

"Why won't you want your friend to get Marry Mom? Not everyone is like you who wants to be single for the rest of their lives." Nicolas glared at his son.

"On second thought being single the rest of your life is the best choice. Deffinitely the best choice." Zai laughed awkwardly and just focus his attention to his food.

Nicolas cross his arms in front. "What did I ever tell you about b.u.t.ting in to adults conversation?"

"To not to.... But Mom I didn't but in I just simply stated my opinion it's what you called expressing ones thought. I just simply exercise my freedom of expression." Zai explained.

"Fair point." Theo seconded, then he looked at Nicolas who is now glaring at him. "What? The kid has a point."

"There, that's the reason why Zai is learning how to talk... talk ... talk like this!" Nicolas complains as he pout.

"Talk smart?" Theo asked. Nicolas didn't say anything more. " You should be proud of your son. No one will push him over he is just too smart for that. Zai knows how to get his way in and out of the situation."

"How should I be proud? I'm worrying that my son would grow up to be a cunning man." Nicolas said.

"I'm sorry Mom." Zai said to his Mother.

"When will Lee's wedding will be?" Theo asked changing the topic.

"By next month so you better use this time to make up for him or that man will sulk. He already accepted that you won't be able to attend to his own wedding so you better use this time to make up to that one or else my ears will be the one to suffer. That man will complain non stop." Nicolas s.h.i.+ver at the thought of Lee calling him for a month complaining for the same thing over and over again.

"Yeah don't worry. I will. Does he know that I'm here?" Theo asked before sipping his hot coffee.

"Yes I kind off told him. It was a slip of a tongue really." Nicolas place his two hands together and vow a little as he says his apology to Theo.

"Don't worry. I think I should pay him a visit today. Nick can you give me the address of where he is currently staying at? I'll also probably will stay 3 days there." Theo said.

"Uncle why three days?" Zai asked.

"Why will you miss uncle?" Theo asked the boy.

"Nope of course not. I grown up man doesn't miss adults." Zai's words put a smile of Theo's face.

"No they don't but a real man knows how to admit just how much he misses the person that he loves. So you better say how much you miss your special person when you met him ok?"

"UURRRGGGG Yuck Uncle that's so gross." Zai's reaction made Theo and Nick laugh.

Aiden was busy typing to his computer he was trying to get from his mind what he heard from the news earlier. He didn't know that the news would still somehow would have an effect to him but he is no longer the same man as before so instead of letting it get to him he focus himself more to his goal and right now Lance is not his goal.

Aiden looked at the caller when his phone ring. He answered it after a few rings and put it in a loudspeaker.

(I already got the list of people that you have asked me.) Said the man from the other line. The news made Aiden smile, he didn't thought that the man will move quickly and will give him a much faster results.

"Have you sent it to my email?" Aiden asked sounding like a person who is doing a day to day conversation. He doesn't want to appear like an overly excited person over a peace of information as much as possible he wanted the man to think that this plan doesn't hold any special meaning to him.

(Yes I did and I already did a background check on each base on the plan you told me last night. I think you would want to raise your payment to me for doing this extra job.)

"Mr. Reese that depends if I will be happy to the extra service you have done. So what is it?" Aiden asked.

(About 60% of the share holder are willing to sell their shares at the right amount. The question is, how much are you willing to spend to get a share of that company?)

"Now that's interesting. Send me the names, I'll worked on that. About your question, I don't really like to talk I'm more on an action kind of guy. I let my actions speaks for it. So I suggest for your to do your job and watch me use all those information as a weapon and tools in getting what I want." Aiden end the call as soon as they are done talking. He immidiately opened the email send to him and looked at the list of names of the share holders of the Sy's after reading he opened the list of the names of those who are willing to sell their shares at higher price and just how many shares that they are willing to sell.

Aiden who is having a satisfied smile on his lips leaned back to his chair and cross his right leg over his left leg. He rested both of his elbows on the arm rest of his swivel chair. "If things goes according to plan then it won't be that long till I can finally have them at the palm of my hands."

"Someone's happy." Aiden looked at his father who seated on the long sofa of his office. "You didn't even noticed your old man coming in."

"Dad why are you here?" Aiden asked.

"I heard the news and got worried over my youngest so I visit to see how you are doing. But when I got inside you don't look sad and devastated at all just the complete opposite of what I'm expecting." Chairman Miller explained.

"Speaking of that kid. I heard from George that kid is Lance's son."

"Yeah."

"Are you alright?" Chairman Miller looked Aiden into his eyes to see if his son really is alright.

"I told you that I'm fine. To be honest I was quite surprise to know that those two still hasn't married yet considering all these years..... What I'm worried about it the kid, but if his parents would get married soon I don't think Bea will still continue to hurt Lander not on Lance's watch."

"Pppsssshhhh please, he didn't even noticed all those injuries and it's all sitting under his nose and now you expect for him not to know just because he will be married to that woman. An abuser will always be one and if that woman abuses that child to that extent then that marriage won't guarantee him his safety. She will try to hide all the evidences and that stupid Husband of your won't still know, cause he's STUPID!" Chairman Miller said in frustration.

"But we can't just barge in to their lives. It's complicated to get involved in that kind of domestic problem and the all that medical records wont point out the person who actually did that unless we have concrete evidence that can be shown in court."

"Now I can see you are plotting something. So you brought back the kid to gather concrete evidences is that it?" Chairman Miller saw that smirk on his face. "But you know ant wiretapped conversation is not being accepted by the court right? also you can't have her followed that would also be against her privacy and they can charge you with that. So what are your plans this time?" Aiden place his elbows to his table and rest his face at the back of his hands that are clasp together.

"It's easy Dad, I will have my eyes someone inside the house. I already talked to the maids. I promised them good pay jus for them to tell me in details what are happening inside. Also when I went inside their house I noticed CCTV's inside the house it's impossible that it won't catch any of those abuse footage. I'll have it checked. I'll hire someone who can get their hands on them. Once I do I will make sure to take from her what she took from me."

"Why do I have a feeling that you are making this personal? I thought you said just this morning that you will just going to help the child but won't get involved deeply. I don't think this is getting involved lightly. You are getting yourself way to deep with this. Remember that is Lance child. It's like letting yourself to get back to his life once again.

Aiden clicked something and then he turned his screen around for his Dad to see. "I think it is something personal, read Dad."

"No way, It's not what I think it is right?" Chairman Miller asked.

"I still don't know, but like you I'm also getting a hunch that she's somehow involved with my family's kidnapping me. I just got this information from the man I got inside. She somehow finances the company with large amount of money, she also finance some of their projects and most of those projects have been tied with Lance company. Since four years ago they started winning all the biddings for the Montero Empires. I still haven't seen just how much is the costs compare to others but I think there's a conspiracy here. I think Bea is the one who is making it possible and the real question is why is Bea doing them a great deal of favor unless they have done something that will please that b.i.t.c.h."

"Yeah looking at these you can somehow tell, well only if they know about your background with them." Chairman Miller looked at the screen then to his son again. "So are you planning to get her involved to this too?"

Aiden leaned back to his chair. "Yes, I'm feeling sorry for the kid but if I find out she really is involved with my kidnapping back then. I will make sure that she will rot in jail."

"How are you going to do that? By using Lander? It's a good opportunity really but all those court trials can put the child under so much pressure that's why domestic violence that involves children are messy. They will grilled you in the court with questions and in the end after the justice has been served kids always end up with a broken family who constantly blames their selves for having their parents sent to jail and for having them the reason to cause their family to break apart. If you want that child's mental health intact then I suggest for you to use another means. Don't use that child in your scheme son or you will end up betraying his trust." Aiden stayed silent his father has a point.

"Let me do the background check on that woman's relations.h.i.+p with your family, I'll handle it and you better think of another way. Didn't I thought you that it's ok to get back to other people just make sure to only hurt those who hurted you but don't involve innocent people nor use them to get your revenge. Think carefully of your next move ok?" Chairman Miller stand up from where he is seated to go on his way. "I have to go son, I need to be somewhere. I just dropped by to check on you."

"Dad would it be possible if Bea would loose her custody over Lander that I can have a custody over him?" Chairman Miller looked at his son and saw how serious he is with what he said.

"That child really grow in to you didn't he? But the asnwer to your question is No, the next person in line to get his custody is his biological father. Unless you marry Lance again then you can have him under your custody. So better think of your first move. Remember the first move is very important in the chess war. It sometimes determines who will the winner be in that game. Also tell your brother your plan."

"Lee honey can you get the door please?" Dexter asked Lee.

"But I still want to cuddle you. Can't we just let that person get tired so he would scram away?" Dexter hit Lee's head.

"Go get the door before I get angry." Lee break from hugging Dexter and start walking towards the door of their unit. He opened the door and was not expecting to see the person on the other side.

"Care to let me in?" The voice of the person brought Lee back to his senses and jumped on the person who is in front of him.

"Theo! I missed you." Lee said in a tight hug.

"I missed you too and I miss Terrence too but I think it would be an inappropriate time to visit him now."

Lee pulled out from the hug "Why didn't you tell us, we would have pick you up at the airport if you told us."

"I was actually planning in surprising you but Nick ruined that but it's ok. Ow by the way would it be ok for me to spend three days here?" Theo asked.

"Why? Is Nick kicking you out of the house?" Lee teased Theo.

"Why don't you first invite Theo in? Instead of talking at the entrance." Theo take a peek at the man behind Lee.

"Dexter!!!" Theo run to hug Dexter. "I missed you!!! Is Lee a good boy? You see, you can still change your mind in marrying this big head ache."

"HEY!!! Don't poison my Dexy Honey's mind." Lee quickly went in front of Dexter and covered his ears. "Don't listen to him Dexy he is crazy."

"Am I the crazy one or your are? Cause my psychiatrist told me that my mental state is splendid. I think you should be the one who needs to get their head check." Lee marched back to the kitchen pouting, sulking and mumbling things that they can't understand. The Alpha's reaction only made the two laughed.

"He never changed really, crazy as always." Dexter commented while looking at the back of his boyfriend who is still sulking while he sit on the island counter facing his back on them.

"Yeah same as always. I'm glad that you have able to keep up in all his craziness. Not everyone can do that." Theo said.

"Even though he is like that I do love him. He is worth all that sacrifice." Theo smiled at Dexter.

"Just like me you left your family for him but our story is different. I hope it stays that way. I hope the similarities ends with you choosing him over your family cause I want the two of you to get the happy ending that I didn't."

"Hey don't talk about sad stuff only happy stuff. That phase in your life has been long gone so don't think about it anymore ok?"

"Ok, Ow I really missed you both." Theo hug Dexter again then he run to give Lee a back hug. Dexter can only smile at the sight. By now he already got used to the closeness and sweetness that the two display to each other that if others would see they will think that it was Theo is the man that Lee would marry but who cares what others think what matter to him is that Lee is his and that they are happy so as Theo.

Everyone is sleeping silently when someone rung the doorbell of Lee's place. They aren't expecting any visitors that late at night but because it kept ringing that Dexter already got irritated.

"Lee go get the door it's so annoying." Dexter said grumpily that he even covered his head with pillow.

Lee being the obedient husband to be got up even though he still feels very sleepy. He can't say no to his Dexy honey so with all the will power that he has he forced his legs to walk out of the room, get downstairs and make his way to the door. He was still rubbing his eyes with his knuckles when all the drowsiness seems to slipped away from his system only to be replaced by the sudden rushed of adrenaline when he saw, Theo who is a.s.sisting his drunk brother Teakyun who is being supported by Lance to stand up and just behind the two is Adrian who just froze there looking at Theo like he saw a ghost.

"Here sit him here, I'll go get wet towel and a hot coffee for all of you." Theo said.

"Ok, since when did you get here Theo?" Lance asked while he slowly lay Teakyun to the long sofa.

"Just the other day but I just got here to Lee's house just this morning. I'll just go get the towel and coffee." Theo excused himself and saw him when he pa.s.sed him by to get the wet towel and coffee for them all. Lee was not able to say any words.

"W---what is going on? Lance why does it seems you are not surprised? This is a big news!" Adrian said hysterically and then his eyes landed on him. "You, Lee you also knew!!! All this time you lied to your brother! We all know that he is dead so why? This man" Adrian point at Teakyun. "He has been crying over his wife who he thought was dead by there he is in the kitchen preparing some coffee! You have been lying to him!"

"Theo, I love you, I miss you. Can't you just take me with you?" All eyes went to Teakyun who is sleep talking.

"See? He keeps on mumbling the same thing. How can you lie to him all this time? He is your brother for crying out loud!" Adrian pointed at Teakyun who still unconscious due to too much drunkenness.

"Theo has his reasons. He just wants for my brother to move on with his own life without him. It was a tough decision for him but it was for Teakyun's sake." Lee answered his question.

"Theo tried to break it off clean from him but he just won't let him and the fact that he was dying back then doesn't make it easy for him to make that decision." Lee added.

"At some point I have to make a decision. I have limited time that I can no longer spend with him. I don't want him to get stuck waiting for the impossible." All eyes darted to Theo who just came out from the kitchen. he carries with him a small basin with warm water and a towel. "Your coffees are in the kitchen isle, just go get it there." He said. Theo seated beside Teakyun who is still sleeping while mumbling the same thing only a little softer that it is almost a whisper. He started wiping his face with wet towel.

"I also misses you but I don't love you anymore so you have to forget about me." Theo continued to wipe Teakyun. "Go find someone who is not defective like me, who has no flaws like me, who has no past like me. It is your chance Tea don't waste it. Don't worry about me I'm getting by, also I'm a lot happier now than I was before. It may sound harsh to say but I felt lighter and happier when our relations.h.i.+p finally ended. It's like I was unshackled from all my burdens and insecurities. You should also let yourself be free and you'll see what happened to us both is what really is best for us. We must accept that not all people who loves each other can be together. Maybe we are just destined to meet but are not meant for each other." Theo wipe the tears that landed on Teakyun's hand that he is wiping. Everyone in the room stayed in silent while they listen to Theo said those words.

"This is f.u.c.ked up!" Adrian sighed. "That's why I said not to fall in love no matter what cause that s.h.i.+t is just too complicated. f.u.c.ked where is the coffee?" Lance pointed the way to the kitchen

Teakyun opened his eyes and saw Theo, just like his many dreams of him. The best time of Teakyun's time is when he dreams of him but this time his Theo in his dream is crying while he gently wipes him. He is saying things he can't understand but one thing he do know is that his Teddy is sad and breaking. So he reached out his hand to wipe the tears from his face. "Why are you crying? Did I hurt you again in anyway for you to cry like this?" Teakyun asked. Theo didn't answered. "I'm sorry for hurting you, if I could have a chance with you again I won't treat you the way I treated you before. I will always going to show you everyday from the rest of our lives how much I love you. I will going to give you everything that you want and I will do everything you will asked me to except for leaving you. I love you Theodore." His words became more and more distant that he himself could no longer understand what he was saying. His eyelids are becoming heavy again, and his eyes are starting to burn that he can no longer keep it open for a long time. He struggled to keep his eyes open still wants to see his Theo but the darkness is slowly consuming him till he can no longer see Theo his wife. How Teakyun wish that it was real but he knows that no matter how much he wishes for it Theo won't come back to him.

"That sucks that's Why I will never going to fall in love." Adrian declared.

"Now, now be careful with what you are saying or you might end up eating the bitter taste of what you just said." Lance said putting his arm over Adrian's shoulder. " You see love is a b.i.t.c.h, it moves in mysterious ways and always pairs you with the most unexpected person with you always mocking love you should be weary because maybe love will pair you with that person you hated and disgusted the most." Adrian's eyes grew wider and his forehead begun to sweat. " You are not pertaining to that person aren't you?" Lance nodded.

"NO!!! f.u.c.k DUDE YOU ARE GIVING ME ALL THE CREEPS, of all the people why him?!!! I won't ever ever going to fall in love with that voluptuous ugly uuuurrrrgggghhh.... Lance you are going to give me nightmares!" Adrian storm out and went straight upstairs.
