The Destined Encounter 9 Chapter 9: Marked

Liam is now five months pregnant and the buldged in his stomach is now begining to show. The clothes which no longer fits him begun to increase. Lance noticed it so on his way home he decided to take a detour to the mall to buy Liam some clothes. Lance went to the maternity section to choose for clothes that will soothe Liam. The sales lady immediately went to him "Is there anything I can help you with Sir?"

"I was actually looking for a maternity clothes" Lance said

"For who Sir? for male Omega or female? and how far long?" Lance looked at the sales lady.

"Male Omega, five months" Lance said.

After buying clothes for Liam, Lance was about to go home when he pa.s.s by the Toy store. He check if there are things he could buy for the baby.

Liam was quite surprised when Lance came back home with lots of toys and baby clothes with him. He even bought him a set of maternity clothes. As they fixed the things that Lance bought it occurred to him that they don't have a nursery room for the baby, they even hadn't fixed anything yet for the baby. With that the two of them decided to ready a room for the baby on the weekend.

That weekend Lance himself personally took care the readying of one of the rooms in the house to be a nursery room. He painted the walls with yellow as the color gives of warm ambiance, He even thought painting in with cartoon characters such as Winnie the pooh and friends or such. They worked for the whole two days of that weekend. Liam is the one who was a.s.signed in making snacks and meals for them all. He occasionally helps in painting. After the room is ready they placed the crib inside and on top of it hang toys. On the corner of the room Lance decided to put a small tent and inside of that tent he placed staff toys. He even placed sofa bed inside so that they could sometimes spend the night with their little one. At that moment Lance thought every details of the room diligently he made sure everything is perfect and in that thought Liam is always in there forgetting the fact that he previously wants to send Liam away after giving birth.

"No dad, No, no I can't go. That's two weeks long I can't go dad you have to understand. Can't I just ask the Vice President to go instead?" Lance said over the phone he can feel head ache coming from that call. "Ok, Ok I'll go, I'll go." Lance end the call and went to dial Sebastian number.

"Yes ready Liam's clothes for two weeks he'll come with me." Lance immediately end the call.

Lance sat on his chair "I have to bring him with me." Lance was too afraid of leaving Liam alone for that long, afraid that some other Alphas might visit him while he's gone.

It was rather hot in this country Liam thought as they landed with lance in an unfamiliar country. Lance ask him more like commanded him to come with him to his business trip in a tropical Country. It was so fast that he just found himself in the airport with the man. After landing Lance and Liam went straight to their hotel room after which then left for the business meeting he specifically came for. Liam was left alone in the hotel room they are accommodating. Just outside the hotel room is the beautiful view of the beach and the different stores of souvenirs, drinks, clubs and etc. There are lots of tourist walking, partying, playing and swimming at the beach. How nice would it be to walk hand in hand with Lance he thought. But the later one is busy and he can not bring himself to ask even a little of his time.

10 days had pa.s.sed and the out of country trip of Liam has spent with him staying all day inside the room. Lance didn't allow him to cook, for cooking would be needing ingredients and ingredients needs to be bought outside and Lance would not want to let Liam go outside. Besides Liam doesn't know how to speak foreign language much more have money to spend with.

Out of boredom and the eagerness to feel the warm water of the sea Liam decided to go outside bringing with him his ID and writing their hotel room and the name of the Hotel hoping it would be enough for him to find his way back after all he'll just going to take a short stroll outside.

Wearing a round neck sleeveless grey and white stripes with back tie s.h.i.+rt and a white short showing his cream white flawless legs Liam decided to take a stroll outside. The moment he saw the sea he runs towards it. As the sea flow towards him as if welcoming him Liam felt warm and happy at the same time. The sea water feels cold but the sun s.h.i.+ne feels hot to his skin nonetheless it all feels great to him. "It's not like I can enjoy something like this everyday." He said.

"Yeah such a wonderful thing right?" said the man from behind him who is watching him since the moment he run towards the sea. The man is not wearing anything on his top showing his toned body, his tan complexion gives emphasis to his muscles. His long brown hair that reach to his shoulder makes him look manlier. *How can a man look even more manlier with long hair* Liam thought.

"Oh I'm Dexter by the way and you are?" asked the stranger.

"I ahm I should not be talking to some stranger" Liam said and hurriedly run away from the man. In his panic to get away from the man Liam accidentally trip himself which cause him to fall luckily the stranger caught him.

"Careful now, Oh I'm sorry I didn't know you are pregnant?" said the man in shocked. *I can't believe I'm hitting on a pregnant man* The man thought.

"T-thank you. Yes almost 6 months actually." Liam said fixing himself.

"With such a cutie as you the man must be so lucky. But I noticed you are pregnant and yet no marked? Or maybe you got pregnant by accident it that it? One question after another question of the man.

"No it was planned, for the mark I don't know. Is really necessary that one should get marked when making a family." Ask Liam thought deep inside the Man's word is making any sense. He tried to shake away the feeling that maybe he was still not needed and it is just about the Baby. The last time they make love was the time he was in his heat it wasn't even making love it was more like Lance forced himself to him so that they could have a baby.

"No not necessary but if the man loves you he will put a mark on you. I mean to keep other Alphas away." The man's words brought Liam back from his reverie.

Seeing the down expression of the Omega Dexter tried to cheer him up. "Hey don't feel so down there must be a reason. You see I'm also in love with an Omega but still hasn't marked her. She is so much like you." with that Dexter got Liam's full attention. Dexter told him his love life as they stroll around the beach. He also treat him to some foods and drinks. The two were so engrossed with talking to each other they didn't noticed the time.

"Just call me big brother after all you are like a brother to me." Said Dexter.

"Really?" asked Liam in disbelief.

"Yeah, after spending some time with you I think of you as my little brother. Oh here is my card if you have problem or you just want to catch up with your big brother just give me a call." The man said enthusiastically.

Liam grab the card and immediately hide it for safe keeping. "Big brother, I think you should pursue her. She wouldn't know if you don't. At least if ever she rejects you, you can live your life far from what ifs right." Liam said as the two of them sitting on the sand cross legs watching the sun sets.

"Confessing means risking my friends.h.i.+p with her. I might loose both her and my friends.h.i.+p with her." Said the man looking at the sun set.

"Better than not trying right?" Liam persist.

"Yeah, yeah ok he really is a lucky man to have someone like you love him that much. If I were him I would have marked you a long time ago." The man said while patting his head.

"But you are not me!" the newly arrived man said grabbing his hand away from the Omega's head releasing deadly pheromones. He then looked at the boy and in a commanding tone said "Liam get up we are going home."

Dexter couldn't breathe and move properly after the pheromones was directly released on him. The two were quite far when he forced himself to get up and go after them. His legs were still shaking when he reached them grabbing the hand of the Alpha.

"Can we talk?" Said the man, Lance told Liam to go first. Liam doesn't want to go but Lance is too livid to argue with.

Lance didn't say anything "So I think my thoughts are right. You don't love him do you? you maybe just want the baby after all but not the mother." Dexter laugh "A knock up Omega without mark can only mean two things 1. It was by accident 2. For breading purposes but in the end it all downs to there's no love involve." Dexter give off a heavy sigh. Liam quickly went to him the moment he came inside. Lost to his own thoughts and feelings of confusion, anger and jealousy Lance grab Liam by his arms and throw him in their bed.
