Amber And Her Wolves 32 Chapter 32 Hunting

My brothers took me back to the pack house so I could sleep in my room there. I woke up around two in the morning. I checked on my brothers and they were snoring their heads off. Bradley had fallen asleep at his desk again so I put a blanket over him and turned off the lights. They were leaving tomorrow at 11 so I had nine hours to do what I wanted. I knew what I wanted to do. I was going to go hunting. I was going to hunt a hunter. So I took my bow and arrows and put them on my back. I also put a couple of daggers on my thighs just in case. I sneaked in to the pack hospital next and found the silver knife. The hunters scent was still on it, but it was faint. I could smell disinfectants and other peoples scent on it too. Parker taught me to track like a warrior could and I was better then my brothers. Mainly because I took secret lessons from Parker. I checked on Daniel too. He was in stable condition and had been given medicine to improve his healing. I sat next to him for a bit. He thought I was dead and properly wouldn't recognise me even if he did wake up. "Daniel, I'm sorry I had to leave. I couldn't forgive your brother, no matter how hard I tried. I will make sure the hunter gets what's coming to him." I said and kissed his forehead. I ran to the border and made sure that the patrols weren't nearby. When I was sure, that it was clear, I crossed the barrier. Any minute now I would get my brothers shouting in my head telling me to get back in the barrier and on our territory now. So I shut off my mind link before I could get any messages like that. I took a deep sniff of the air and picked up a trail. It was Daniels blood. I followed it to a tree that had the hunters blood on it too. By the look of it Daniel got a few good hits in too. I then managed to follow the hunters trail to a camp. s.h.i.+t, I didn't think it would be a group of hunters. I hoped it was a lone hunter. If it was a group it may be harder then I thought. I did a quick survey of the camp and it looked like only about 10 hunters. G.o.d knows how many weapons or what kind of weapons they had. No one was on lookout. I knew one wrong move would set the whole camp off after me. How was I going to get one hunter. Especially when their scent is everywhere. The scent was strong all over the camp so I couldn't tell what tent they were in. I heard someone behind me so I quickly climbed up a tree. Lights went on in the camp and a few guys came out with guns. I could smell the silver dipped in wolfsbane from here. I tried my best not to cough and choke on the smell. "Whose there? Show yourself now." A woman said coming out from behind the guys. She was definitely the leader. I heard rustling from behind the tree next to the one I was in. I heard a scream and knew who it was. Em had followed me. s.h.i.+t, s.h.i.+t, s.h.i.+t. We were going to be in so much trouble. If they found her they would kill her. Well they already found her. They had her and tied her up in the middle of the camp. That poor girl. I had to get her back. I saw the hunter I needed too. Daniel had ripped a nice chunk of the hunters arm out. He would be easy to take back. Now I also had to get Em back at the same time. I opened up my mind link again. I think I would need some help. 'Ash, I need help.' I said.

'Amber where the h.e.l.l are you? Are you with Em, we can't find her." Ash shouted back through.

'Kind of. I went after the hunter and found it's a group. I didn't knew Em was following me and she's been caught.' I answered. Next all I heard was a lot of swear words from Ash, Drew, Bradley and Parker. They told me to wait until they got there and not to do anything stupid. Well anything else stupid.
