We are currently sat in Harvey's office. Harvey and Rose are behind the desk whilst I'm sat on a chair with a brother either side of me. Alec and Daniel are sat on chairs to but a away from us. "Well, are we just going to let her get away with attempted murder?" Alec shouted pointing a finger at me. My brothers growled in his direction and Alec growled back. They were silenced by Harvey's growl. "I'm more interested in why they called you Amber, young lady." Harvey said looking at me. 'What do I say?' I asked through the mind link. 'The truth, we have no choice.' Ash said and Drew agreed. I took a deep breath and got ready to tell the truth. "I am Amber. I faked my death so I didn't have to be Alec's mate and so that we could form our own pack." I said whilst looking at Harvey and Rose. "You're a liar. You look and smell nothing like Amber." Rose said through gritted teeth. "My hair and scent changed when I s.h.i.+fted for the first time. I have a pure white wolf with black ears and my scent changed because I s.h.i.+fted." I replied almost begging them to believe me. Daniel got up and came over to me. I stood up too. My brothers got over protective but I told them to calm down, it was Daniel and he wouldn't hurt me. "I knew you wasn't dead. Everyone said I was crazy, but I knew when you visited me in hospital that you weren't dead." Daniel said and hugged me tighter then ever before. I hugged him back and cried saying that I was sorry and that I wouldn't do it again. Alec got up and came over to me too. He looked furious and extremely scary. As in I could break your neck just by touching you scary. "Why don't you want to be my mate? You won't be able to do any better then me! Your nothing but a stupid b.i.t.c.h!" He shouted and slapped me around the face. I fell on the floor holding my cheek. Harvey told the boys to take Alec to the cells to cool off for a bit. Harvey followed behind them leaving me and Rose alone. I tried to apologise but she held her hand up to silence me. She must hate me even more now. "Amber, I don't hate you. You are like my second daughter and I love you so much. We knew everything that Alec did to you as a kid. Your mum told us and so did Daniel. If anything I should be apologising to you." Rose said and started to cry I ran over to hug her and we sat there until the boys came back hugging each other. Rose started to explain to me that my mum could see my dreams and saw the nightmares that Alec was giving me. My dad followed us one time and saw that Alec was being an a.s.shole to me. My mum had a bad feeling once and came to Rose for help. It was a couple of days before they died. So my mum put a spell on me so that I would feel the opposite for Alec when the time came. When I s.h.i.+fted the spell wore off so that all my feelings came back to me. it started slowly then it hit me all at once. My mum did it to protect me from everything. She knew if she died before I knew the truth, Rose, Harvey and Bradley would have to help me. the others came back up and were glad that I knew the truth about my mum's spell. She did a lot to protect me to make sure I made it this far. The money put away, the spells, the protection circle I have and all the love that they made sure I have. I miss my parents but at least I know that they are still around. And not just in my heart like they tell people, they are actually around as spirits helping me and guiding me. Thankfully my circle has grown bigger and so have my powers. Unfortunately my enemies have also increased. Rose said we could stay for the night and talk about everything more in the morning. I and Daniel ran straight to his room. We used to have sleep overs all the time. This was going to be fun.
