Half an hour later, Aliyah and I were sitting on the white pathway, panting. Looking at the corpses of Oniya’s lined up along the pathway we pa.s.sed, there’s a feeling of bitterness in my heart that I couldn’t describe.

“What’s there to be shameful about?” Aliyah smiled bitterly and replied.

them onto one of the falling ground.
