These two had gotten along well as if they were childhood friends.

Because he is still weaker than my lord that he was incapable of destroying the barrier that was erected around the Academy. You guys need to return soon and start the counterattack." Randall Ruid said.

Asher Light said, "Our world is already dominated by the undead. How can it be this fast?"

"No one knew how the devil learned of your absence. He suddenly started a large invasion a day after you left the world." Duke Luther D'Arcy said.

Carnelian Dawn spoke, "Is it that monster? The one who possessed my body I think he also had something to do with the Pope becoming a Devil."

The Beast G.o.d Shou pats the shoulder of his friend, Mikaela, and says, "Your child will be okay. With Lord Xuebao and Lord Meizhou on the other side, that world wouldn't be destroyed as long as they make a move."

"It is a question of whether the Venerable Lords are willing to make a move or not. If that Vile existence appeared then they would definitely make a move. I hope nothing else happens while we are away." Mikaela said.

Beast G.o.d Shou said, "Let's leave for Vearth right away. Then return as soon as he gets what we came for. Tuya, I will leave the rest to you."

Afterward, the Beast G.o.d Shou and the Elemental Light G.o.d Mikaela take their leave and head to the Vearth. They can only go there in their astral form and thus Mikaela's vessel was hidden in his s.p.a.ce. While the two Domain G.o.ds left their worlds to temporarily ascend, those who had returned home were welcomed by a world of black and barren lands.

Keylan Light and the rest were welcomed by the scene of the former world full of greens to a world full of dead things. Trees had died and turned black as well as brittle. The land was tainted, his miasma had become dry and infertile, and it was so barren that even the gra.s.s had turned black as if it was filled with poison. The sky had turned crimson and flying bones in the shape of birds and other flying creatures could be found. The former buildings where humans and the other races lived had turned into ruins of debris and piles of broken stones. Even the largest city in the Central Region is no more and was replaced by a castle made of bones where the devil lives.

Mayonaka Yoru almost couldn't hold back a curse, "What the h.e.l.l happened here? The city had disappeared, the trees had dried up while the rivers and ponds had turned into a black swamp."

"There is miasma in the air. Don't breathe it in!" Amber Dawn said.

She isn't affected as she is from the Blood Race and can be considered someone from the devil race. The Dawn Siblings are alright thanks to their Vampire Blood. Randall Ruid and Luther D'Arcy are also okay. They are both G.o.ds in reality and this kind of poison doesn't affect them. Asher Light and Mayonaka Yoru felt a bit groggy and dizzy. Breathing in a miasma can cause hallucinations and the worst result is insanity and becoming a fallen or undead.

Asher Light immediately covers their group with a purification spell as well as a barrier. This helps clear up their minds and souls.

Keylan Light couldn't believe how the world he and Mikaela controlled ended up like this. It was supposed to be a beautiful world full of life and peace but all of it was destroyed by just one person.

Mayonaka Yoru said, "It's all the Devil's fault again. He shouldn't have existed in the first place!"

"Blame me. I shouldn't have accepted him and this wouldn't have happened at all?" Keylan Light said

Amber Dawn said, "In conflict between races, it was never the fault of one person. All that happened is the consequences of the past actions and now are only results that everyone has made for themselves."

Everyone was rendered by Amber Dawn's words, her words were the truth that no one can deny. It was something not just one person can control and as it was something that involves races and not just one person.

Suddenly a group of birds made of bones attacked them. All undead beings regardless of their shape are all greedy for the living and even though they are flying the scent of someone alive cannot escape the undead. That's why they were attacked. The undead creatures had overtake the world and pushed the remaining living beings to the brinks of their extinction. In this world, the undead dominates the living under the lead of Kenan Light who had been reborn as a devil.

Keylan Light purifies the air and strengthens the barrier around them while urging the children and the rest to fly back to the Academy as soon as possible.

"Fly back to the Academy. The barrier will be able to block them!"
