Captain Lou Ye commanded. At the control room, the officers cleared from being the devil as they were ordered and turned on the emergency sprinklers all over the building. The vice-captain said, "Leviathan, the devil of envy."

"So, Leviathan, why are you targeting me?" asked the doctor.

Leviathan answered, "Nothing personal. I found you a bit annoying. You also killed my pet. The captain is always on your side and we always have to pick you up just because you don't arrive at work in time. How come you have so many people surrounding you? How are you different from me? Just because you're a genius doctor?"

"Woow~ calm down there. For nothing personal, you've listed quite a lot of things there. However, that might be true. But isn't that normal? I'm a genius under the police record. The reason the police are always on me is because they are afraid of me becoming the next Frankenstein." Doctor Hei Yu said.

Leviathan said, "You feel so proud ha!"

A wave of black snakes similar to the one Doctor Hei Yu recently dissected crawls towards him wanting to overwhelm him and get him killed.

Leviathan was smiling as he was about to watch the doctor. He hates being killed by his snake but is stunned to see what suddenly appears behind the doctor. Without the doctor noticing the red orb earring on his left ear had opened a large summoning portal from behind him.

A huge black dragon head peeks out glaring at Leviathan. This dragon's head is five times larger than Leviathan's original shape. Just the nose of this dragon alone was larger than the whole whole they are into.

The howl of the huge dragon was heard in the whole city. What left the police and military dumbfounded was that this dragon was actually attacking Vice Captain Lev and seemed to be protecting Doctor Hei Yu.
