Hei Anjing entered the world as a baby. He chooses to be reborn in this world as an original resident named Xue Hua from the world plot. He made this choice so his soul injuries would have a chance to heal in his mother's womb. Though his real soul was left to sleep so he would be able to focus on healing in his childhood years, this doesn't mean he didn't know what was happening in reality. His soul fragment called Xue Hua had lived his life being bullied by the protagonist shou like how the world plot had stated.

His life was silent and peaceful in the first four years of his life in this little star. Hei Anjing was finally getting used to sleeping and leaving his body to his soul fragment when his elder brother Xue Yan had been replaced by Yun Ming.

On the night Yun Ming had transmigrated on Xue Yan's body. Xue Yan and Xue Hua sleep together in the same room while their mother sleeps with their father Lou Ming. At this time, Lou Ming hadn't officially brought home Lou Lan and his mistress to the clan and they still live out of the mansion but within the Lou Clan's Territory. But the cheating between this illicit couple already happens multiple times in secret.

Sleeping in the children's room, Xue Yan who was hugging his younger brother in his sleep suddenly opened his eyes. But unlike his clear gaze as an inexperienced boy, there is only calmness and maturity deep within those light gold orbs. He looked around and saw the little baby in his arms, he was slightly confused and asked his system with him.

"System Guide, is this the Ghost World which Lord Hei had reincarnated too? Who is his vessel?" asked Yun Ming to his system.

Yun Ming's system isn't like System Yue who had his own thoughts and authority to move and speak on his own. Like all other systems, his system can only interact with him if he talks to it. Its att.i.tude is more rigid than the systems in the G.o.d System as he is a prisoner doing his trials. His original system's use is to announce his mission and plot. Aside from that, they were nothing else but before he entered this world his system was upgraded by NetherG.o.d An Liang and gave him the ability to receive points and exchange them in the system mall. Though the items he could redeem are limited, he knew his limits as this upgrade is something that was given to him to provide support to a memoryless Lord Hei. But he knew that Lord Hei wouldn't really allow himself to lose control of his life even if he indeed was reincarnated in this world.

[Answering to the host, the Venerable Lord's vessel is the young baby in your arms. The cannon fodder of this world's plot, Xue Hua. But at this moment there is no fluctuation of the soul as G.o.d. The Venerable Lord must be in his slumber and that in there is a mere soul fragment living as Xue Hua.]

  Xue Yan observes the young baby in his arms. This child is only 3 years old at the moment. There are thick baby fats all over his body and his skin is soft as a marshmallow except for those phoenix-shaped eyes, there aren't any indications that this baby is Lord Hei.

"This is Lord Hei?"

[Yes!]

"He looks so small? Why did he choose to be reborn in this world?"

[According to this world database, the Venerable Lord's soul was too weak when he entered this world. There was no suitable vessel when he descended and had no other choice but to end in this world's Underworld. He sneaks into the reincarnation pool without letting the protectors of the Underworld notice him. But in the end, this star still gave him the role of Xue Hua even after he choose to be reborn. That's how weak his soul had gotten.]

"Is his soul able to heal in this world if he lives a lifetime like this?"

[Not possible. In the first place this is a soul without a soul core and second, the soul the Venerable Lord is using is just a soul fragment with dominance among the other souls.]

His eyes suddenly widened in shock, the information Yun Ming heard just not from his system is something he never expected.

Dumbfounded Xue Yan, "No soul core? A soul fragment? Impossible, if he is a soul fragment how come System Yue or the Lord G.o.d even the Warden didn't notice anything?"

[It can't be seen through. The only reason I can see through it is that he is in deep sleep. Ah~ the Venerable Lord is waking up...]

As the monotone voice of his system fades, the baby in his embrace slowly wakes up. His eyes slowly opened revealing clear and innocent golden irises. But that didn't last long as the gold was gradually shrouded with silver hue overtaking the l.u.s.ter of those eyes. The innocence and childishness within those eyes had faded instead it was replaced with coldness akin to a zero degree temperature in the north and south poles.

An immature voice comes out of those pudgy lips that seem to look like it's pouting but the words were completely opposite of the naiveness that a chubby face emits.

"You are... Yun Ming. You left before those two. Right? I only blocked them and forgot about including you as well... Anyway, forget about it," said Hei Anjing, who didn't move too much from his current position. "This vessel is still too weak. I cannot stay awake for too long. I will give you a task. You need to look for Lin Ye and Ou Ya in this Mansion but wait for the protagonist to come first. Hide our hiding and use the two I told you to find. As long as their plot is also destroyed, not following the plot would hide the fact that we are outsiders even when those two b.a.s.t.a.r.ds come over. Continue to protect this vessel, I will only come out when life is in danger..." said Hei Anjing as he slowly closed his eyes back to sleep. 

This signifies that the vessel was no longer able to allow Hei Anjing's soul and he needed to once again go to sleep. Xue Yan helps him cover up his small figure and then murmur in the darkness.

"Your wish is my command, Lord Hei," whispered Xue Yan.

At dawn, Xue Yan and Ou Ya left the mansion to do a mission that Xue Yan had chosen. Xue Hua has left in Lin Ye's care while his elder brother, Xue Yan is away. The task Xue Yan had accepted from the Clan would last at least three days. Within those three days, the food Xue Yan had left for them is enough for their daily meals every day. The lives of Xue Hua and Lin Ye were peaceful for those three days until on the fourth day, someone knocked on their small hut and barged into the house without care for permission and only violence. 

BAAAM!!

Lin Ye's face turned ugly when he saw who appeared beyond the broken door. It's been a while since he last saw his smug face and had almost forgotten about this piece of s.h.i.+t. Looking at Lou Lan leading his usual minions as they entered the small hut. Lin Ye immediately hides Xue Hua in the closet before he gets spotted by them. As expected, as soon as they saw him Lou Lan ordered his minions to grab Lin Ye and bring him over to him. He was forcefully dragged over.

Lou Lan ordered, "Lin Ye. Oh, Lin Ye... Did you think you could escape from me if you hid in this remote area?"

"r.e.t.a.r.d." retorted Lin Ye.

Lou Lan was p.i.s.sed and said, "Grab him for this young master!"

"Yes, Young Master Lan!"

A group of children and young adults entered the house and grabbed Lin Ye. At first, the latter tried his best to struggle but he was. .h.i.t in his stomach making him puke what he ate for breakfast just now. Inside the closet, the young Xue Hua is covering his mouth as he was told so by Lin Ye who hides him there.

His orders were simple: Don't come out and keep quiet no matter what.

Seeing his Brother Lin Ye being beaten up by many people, the tears of this young and innocent Xue Hua stroll down his face like falls. He is obedient enough not to go against what his Brother Lin had asked to but he still feels fear that his Brother Lin Ye might die if those men continue to beat him up.

Lou Lan was extremely delighted to see Lin Ye being beaten up like that. 

"Hahaha~ how is it, Lin Ye? Are you going to tell me where Ou Ya is now?"

"Die, stupid! Phew*" said Lin Ye as he even spits on the face of Lou Lan making the latter even angrier.

Kicking Lin Ye on the face, Lou Lan continues to kick him until the former is curling on the ground like a shrimp.

"Disgusting! You dare spit on me! Die. DIE! What are you guys waiting to kill him for this young master!" commanded Lou Lan as everyone started kicking Lin Ye.

Lin on the ground covered his face and head, he could no longer fight back due to the intense pain all over his body. But he was not fearing death; instead, he was afraid that Xue Hua would show himself if he fainted. So he bears everything and keeps quiet.

'I can't faint. If I faint Xiao Hua would worry...' Thoughts of Lin Ye.

On the other hand inside the closet, the young boy saw his brother figure being kicked by lots of people. Xue Hua started trembling in fear.

Xue Hua's thoughts, 'I can't cry too loud. Brother Lin would get angry. QAQ...QAQ... They are beating Brother Lin... Boohoo... Big Brother, Brother Ou Ya when are you going home? Huahua is scared~ I don't want Brother Lin to die... Boohoo~'

With his trembling hands, he pulled out all the Talisman his elder brother had left to him from his pocket. He then jumped out of the closet and threw all the offensive talismans on everyone standing.

Xue Hua yelled while throwing the talismans towards them, "STOP! Don't hurt Brother Lin anymore, Baddies!!!"

This young man didn't know which one is used for communication and activated all talismans. Within his hand are some fire and thunder spell talismans. Xue Hua had thrown all of them to the ones beating Lin Ye. Lou Lan was even hit by a fire spell directly on the face and was almost burned alive.

"d.a.m.n! Run those are talismans of high grade!?"

"Isn't that the Waste Young master Hua?"

"s.h.i.+t! Why is he here? Doesn't that mean those talismans are high grade?"

AAAAAHHHHH!When everyone turned around they saw Lou Lan covering his face. Some of his bangs and hair turned curly from high temperatures. He is obviously burned.

"My face! MY FACE! IT HURTS!!!"

"Oh my G.o.d! Young Master Lan's face!"

"Stop wasting time! Bring the young master to the elders to heal."

"Are we going to die if the Clan Leader and the elders saw this?"

"Shut up! It was not even our fault. It was Young Master Hua who did it!"

The minions of Lou Lan had carried away their injured Young Master. They even forgot Lin Ye on the ground seeing the current state of Lou Lan. They would be punished regardless of how they reported the situation and decided to push all the blame on Xue Hua. As soon as they left Xue Hua approached Lin Ye who was almost dead on the floor covered in dust and blood. When Lin Ye saw that the little one was safe, his consciousness slowly faded. 

The last things he saw and heard are those silver eyes and a cold voice lingering in his ears saying,  "Sleep, child.. Leave the rest to me."
