As the last sentence was spoken, the world's voice finally turned quiet once again. All players had heard the announcement but some didn't hear it as well and they were already dead before the announcement arrived. The announcement was only heard when the gates had closed off completely. Those players in the hidden village had also heard the announcement and started looking for clues about the contents of the labyrinth. These were the players that were trapped for the longest time inside this enclosed world. Unable to leave unless the gates had welcomed another set of players which are Hei Anjing and the rest.

Even the scene in the village had changed. The players hiding in the alleys and warehouse had all finally come out and started looking for clues. Some death-seeking players even went directly to the dungeon without any preparations as they wanted to leave this crazy world as soon as possible. Players that were stuck in the Labyrinth Viallge were treated as slaves when caught by the NPC. Some had become miners and farmers without payment as they are nothing but ent.i.ties without human rights in the village full of people from the Spirit Race.

Now that the Labyrinth had been reset, these lingering players were given another chance to escape. But they need to fight for it with the incoming players who had just entered the Labyrinth, the compet.i.tion for the key fragments would begin and battles between players would be inevitable.

Initial Testing Trial for newly arrived players.

Location: Labyrinth Forest 

Within the maze forest of the Labyrinth, Echo. This Wind Spirit King did as he said and flew towards his village without caring for the players that were left behind by him. Since he needed to return to the village as soon as possible he took the safest path back to his home. Normally, he would waste some time playing around with the player leading them to a field of mines or traps, even in some dwelling of monsters that live in the forest as a form of entertainment. But unfortunately, he is in a hurry this time and ignores his pastime hobby.

The structure of the forest remains the same as an ordinary forest; the only difference is that the trees and gra.s.ses would suddenly move on their own, changing the paths within the area. If one didn't know the pattern or way toward the forest, it wouldn't be surprising that one would get lost forever in this magical forest.

Within the said forest, numerous players were running as three they followed the shadow the Wind spirit king left, the few who were able to chase him were trailing behind with serious expressions on their faces clearly if they even decreased their speed once this small Wind Spirit King who definitely left them behind. A lot of players had failed to chase after him and they didn't know what to be included in that group.

"Ah~ wait!!! Wait for us!!"

"Slow down for a moment!!"

"f.u.c.k! Can you slow down for a bit!!!"

"Pant. Pants"~ I can't... run anymore~"

Suddenly a walking fly trap lilies appeared out of nowhere. Some players were caught off guard and ended up becoming food for these mutated plants that had long transformed into monsters.

Few of the players were eaten on the spot. Of course, the mutated plant fly trap lilies only showed itself after the wind spirit king pa.s.sed through that part of the forest. These monsters are still able to decide who is the prey and who is not. As someone from the Spirit Race, there is no way a mere plant who gains enlightenment would be able to beat this race which is loved by elemental essences.

AAHHHH!!!

I don't want to die!?

Some humans had fallen or activated the traps in the forest. Whenever a loud click was heard what followed is the activation of traps. Simple traps like wood logs would suddenly swing down from weird angles. .h.i.tting humans like a cannon. A floor covered in gra.s.ses and leaves would suddenly cave in and inside were spikes that could pierce their bodies easily. Arrows raining from all directions. Trees suddenly sprouted from the land and more.

A lot of players have been affected by this situation but Echo, this Wind Spirit King had ignored all their pleas. Right now, he only has one thing in his mind and that is to report the existence of something that isn't human nor a demon nor a monster yet possessed divinity and was loved by the elements of ice. As far as he knows only one race had such features and this feature was revered by all races.

Echo's current thoughts, 'I had to report to those old men. That within the circle of human players, a G.o.d is likely to hide among them.'

These thoughts were on point. Hei Anjing had entered this world without overtaking a role or a vessel only his soul had directly entered. This is why his current appearance is that of his real face and this state was called his human form. It was a fact that a Mo had a human form and a G.o.d form.

And G.o.ds are the race that most Spirit races love the most as they were ent.i.ties made from the divinity and natural essences themselves. To the Spirit race, meeting a G.o.d is like a small employee meeting the big boss CEO of the company.

On the other hand, the team that was led by Ye Xiajie took the path in the skies. They were riding the wind flying through the heavens when suddenly a herd of the small impure dragon had blocked the way of Ye Xiajie and his team. The other players following closely behind them were also affected.

RRROOOAAARRR~

Ye Xiajie remains unmoved by the deaths of the other players and the existence of these dragons. In his eyes, these dragons are no different than flying lizards.

"Tsk! Annoying. Incinerate!" murmured Ye Xiajie with no emotion on his face and a black flame floating around him. These flames are h.e.l.l flames.

Some players were eaten alive by these monsters and some were directly turned into a mere pile of ashes spreading in the air once a black flame summoned by Ye Xiajie touches them. Even so, Ye Xiajie never stopped flying in a certain direction System Yue and System Yang had been pointing out. In that direction are the hidden village within this labyrinth and the core stage for the second phase of the punishments.

Moreover, the funny thing is that the unlucky, Chu Mo within the group. Regardless of his attempts or actions, anything of ill elements or bad things would fall on him. When a group of birds flies next to them, there would be some bird droppings falling onto Chu Mo and even his wind wouldn't be able to block it. When a fire was suddenly summoned by Ye Xiajie, some stray flames would burn him no matter how much he guards himself he would get burned. The ashes that spread to the air would solidify and hit him directly on his face and sometimes some small stray lightning in the sky would fall on him.

Right now he looks like a charred character that was roasted by the lightning and his face is covered with soot making him even more pitiful than that of a beggar. The funny thing is no matter how much the unlucky thing falls on him, his lover, Lan She and the rest of the team were unaffected by it.

Seeing how unlucky Chu Mo is. An Yuan, Lan She, and Han Ya couldn't help but sn.i.g.g.e.r at Chu Mo. Of course, Ye Xiajie ignored him as he was focused on protecting his sleeping wife and making sure he would be affected by the wind pressure as he flies.

The charred Chu Mo is now flying after Ye Xiajie who was in lead by his side, his lover, Lan She who couldn't even hold on to his hand as he was covered in ashes and bid s.h.i.+t. Chu Mo doesn't mind it as he couldn't dirty his honey but the sn.i.g.g.e.rs and m.u.f.fled laughs.

Pfft!~

Even Lan She's shoulders were shaking as he covered his mouth with his fist trying to hold back the laughter which was about to burst. Chu Mo noticed it and was p.i.s.sed by it as well. But what he could do with all the unluckiness is because of that talisman Lord Hei had pasted on himself only him or Lord G.o.d Ye could remove it. His Lord G.o.d would always side with his wife and Lord Hei is sleeping now, he could only suffer for now.

Chu Mo yelled, "Laugh! Just laugh openly, why are you even holding it up!?"

HAHAHAHAHA~

As he said these to Lan She and An Yuan burst into laughter there were even tears in the corner of their eyes. They were truly entertained at Chu Mo's misery and told him to have a loose mouth to serve him right.

Chu Mo looks like a bullied puppy as he stares at Lan She.

"Honey~ QAQ..."

Lan She stopped laughing and felt bad about his lover's current state. He brought out a wet towel to remove the soot on his face and at least clean his face up.

"Bear with it for now. When Lord Hei wakes up I'll apologize to you," said Lan Shen.

"Un!" said Chu Mo.

An Yuan spoke, "That's right! What's the worst that could happen!?"

As An Yuan finished saying those words, the cloud above them suddenly moved and gathered on all their sides blocking their way out.

Chu Mo said, "Ah~ An Yuan and your crow's mouth!!!"

"Eh!? Is this my fault?" said An Yuan.

Han Ya didn't deny his beloved special skill to attract disaster adding up Chu Mo's unluckiness in the mix and it becomes the group problem in the end.

Rumbles~ creeks~ boom!

Among the six of them, Chu Mo was the one being targeted by the lightning. Lan She helps him block the lightning with a talisman made from the barrier but it only holds up for a few minutes

Chu Mo cursed when he saw the violet-colored thunder striking him. "f.u.c.k! This is the  Heavenly Tribulation Thunder!"

Lan She said, "Don't hold back anymore. This thunder is for real!!!"

"So lightning's color is violet. It's my first time seeing one up close," commented An Yuan as he and Han Ya were unaffected by the lightning only a bit of discharge floats towards them, and these were instantly destroyed by Han Ya but waved his weapon to eliminate it.

Han Ya said, "Don't touch it, A'Yuan."

"I won't." said An Yuan.

On the other hand, Ye Xiajie and Hei Anjing's side was completely unaffected and even the clouds near them were as white as snow. Clearly, the heavenly tribulation itself is avoiding them.

Just when the heavenly tribulation was remerging to hit him Chu Mo again. The latter stopped holding back and temporarily used his G.o.d form as a NetherG.o.d. His wings disappeared as his current robe was replaced with an all-black robe with silver cloud patterns at the edges. There's gray armor covering his chest and shoulders plus a black helmet covering his head and face. With a heavy-looking black spear in his hands, he postured a throwing position and threw his black spear towards the black clouds above him.

With a whooshed the black spear flew out like a rocket and instantly dispersed the clouds to nothing as wind elements covered the spear. A loud explosion caused by the collision of the spear and lightning was heard.

CRIKS~ BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Finally, the sky clears up and everything returns to normal. The black spear Chu Mo had thrown is made of unknown material from the Nether System. He had used it to control wind and fire elements to suppress the prisoners back in the Nether Prison. That black spear is Warden Lou's soul weapon. It is the most powerful weapon in his possession. The black spear flew back to his hands and disappeared together with the armor on his body.

Chu Mo once again revealed his black feathered wings and returned to being a Fallen.

With a smile on his face, Chu Mo says, "Whoa~ that was dangerous just now~ honey~ hug~"

"No! You smell and are covered in bird s.h.i.+t. Clean yourself up first," said Lan She as he pa.s.sed a few cleansing talismans to his lover.

Chu Mo used the cleansing talismans and cleaned himself up and jumped on Lan She hugging him happily. The latter let him hug him for a while but when it took long Lan She started pulling his ears up like the usual.

What they didn't notice is the dumbfounded expression of An Yuan and Han Ya as they stared at Chu Mo. The strength Chu Mo had should be even beyond what the former Undead General could do at his peak. It was as powerful as a G.o.d.

Han Ya and An Yuan muttered, "What the...!!"
