Chapter 560: 11.86 First Green Star - Punishment World: 'Labyrinth - The Creepy Clown' (16)

{First Side Mission Target is found. Prevent the death of Georgie.}

Seeing the holographic label floating above the little boy, everyone knew that this little boy is indeed one of their mission targets. When they heard what the robotic announcement had just said, they were now one hundred percent sure that the dungeon had begun to move. 

Ye Xiajie commanded, "Follow the little boy."

Upon hearing this order Chu Mo and Zane were about to run after the boy and follow the order from Ye Xiajie. But unexpectedly Baby Jing in his arms had suddenly jumped off his embrace and ran to chase the boy named Georgie. Everyone was caught off guard. 

Hei Anjing's milky voice and laughter echoes in the empty street. It could be heard even with the loud rainfall. 

Hahaha~

Hei Anjing yells as he runs like a wind, "It's the Clown. I want to see the Clown!" 

"Baby! Wait for me!" said Ye Xiajie and ran off to catch his playful baby. 

He left most of them dumbfounded and didn't expect Hei Anjing to make a move all of the sudden. Among the group only Lan She and Chu Mo were calm. They've already expected things wouldn't be calm now that Lord Hei is awake.

Zane said, "T-They left us... behind?" 

Chu Mo said, "Chase them. If we lost sight of the two it would be dangerous for us."

The rest of them had no other choice but to follow the two who suddenly ran off towards the target of the side mission.

Meanwhile, at the cemented road within the residential area, the target, a little 5-year-old boy named Georgie, was running along the wet road chasing after his paper boat. The boat drifts following the current of the water towards the ca.n.a.l.

BONKED!

He was enjoying himself and didn't even notice a road blocker in front of him. He hit his head directly on the beam and fell down on his b.u.t.t. There is a swollen pain on George's forehead but the sight of the boat flowing further made him panic and stood up instantly to chase after his toy. But he was already too late and the paper boat fell into the ca.n.a.l.

"Ah? NO!!! Bill's gonna kill me!"

He was devastated as he yelled and squats before the road ca.n.a.l. Georgie peeks into the ca.n.a.l trying to look for his boat but what welcomes him is a dark and narrow ca.n.a.l with the sound of water flowing. He keeps staring inside as if something is attracting his attention to it.

He saw a pair of glowing eyes in the darkness but as he went closer to the opening of the ca.n.a.l a figure of a creepy clown appeared before his face. Georgie pulls back in shock as the clown surprised him on purpose.

Creepy Clown: BOOO!! HAHAHA

Georgie: AAAHH!!

The clown started laughing when he saw the little boy's terrified expression. He sounds excited and joyous at the same time.

"h.e.l.lo, Georgie! Is this lovely boat yours? Do you want it back?" asked the creepy clown inside the sewer.

Georgie upon seeing the paper boat his elder brother Bill made for him widens his eyes in surprise. That was indeed his paper toy boat. He nods his head in answer to the strange clown in the sewer.

"Um. Yes, Please," said Georgie politely.

The clown said, "You look like a nice boy. I believe you have so many friends."

"Three but the best would be my brother, Bill," answered Georgie.

The clown said, "Where is your brother then?"

"At home. Sick in bed." said the little boy.

Asked the clown, "I bet I could make him happy if I gave him a balloon. Do you also want to have a balloon too, Georgie?"

"Mother says not to take things from strangers," Georgie said.

The clown responded as he chuckled, "Kekeke~ Oh dear~ I am Pennywise the Dancing clown."

"What are you doing in the sewer?" asked the little boy named Georgie.

Pennywise, the creepy clown replies, "The storm blew me away. It blew the whole circus away from the sewers. Sewers are fun. I have a circus here. It has lots of stalls. There are hotdogs, cotton candies, toys, peanuts andddd..." he lengthens the last words as if baiting Georgie to complete his sentence.

"Popcorns!?" said Georgie.

Pennywise exclaimed, "Right! Popcorn! Because they pop. Pop. Pop. Pop."

Giggling Georgie, "Pop. Pop. Pop." he happily followed what the clown is but also noticed the weird changes on the clown's face. His laughing appearance changes to which of that is scary. A frowning clown with leering eyes and an unhappy expression.

The clown, Pennywise, was looking at him in an eerie way which made the little boy, Georgie, creep out.

"I... Should be going now," said Georgie.

"Oh? Without your boat?"

"Need to get going now."

"Are you sure you are not gonna take it? Bill's gonna kill you. Here. Take it." said Pennywise, clearly entrancing Georgie to reach out towards him.

Georgie was already all weird out with the creepy clown who would at first be happy then become angry then sad all of the sudden. He already wanted to take his leave but he could move away from his eyes from the book that Pennywise is holding. That was his boat.

Pennywise, the clown said, "Take it, Georgie, ~"

The little boy, Georgie, who was hesitating so much just now was coaxed unbelievably by the clown. And so he finally reached in his hand to get his boat. He was about to successfully grab his paper boat only for the weird clown to suddenly morphed into a monster with countless sharp teeth.

He wanted to pull back his hand but the clown reached to hold on to his arm. He was so scared when he saw those countless sharp teeth. His face paled under the rain and a terror that cannon be explained was painted on his face. Just before his arm was grabbed, Georgie screamed.

AAAHHHH!!!

Pennywise's leering red eyes were glowing in the dark, almost turning in an arc showing how happy he is. But before he could bite off Georgie's arm. The boy disappeared from his grasp and he saw him flung away from the sewer to the middle area of the road where a few more children he hadn't seen before appeared.

It was Chu Mo and Zane who caught little Georgie.

Zane spoke, "Woa~ careful their little buddy."

"Phew~ thankfully we've arrived on time," said Chu Mo.

But unfortunately, Georgie's eyes didn't wander to either of the two. Instead, he was looking at the one who saved him. It was a cute, white, and chubby baby that is a bit smaller than himself. He was only a third of his size. But he looks so cute that Georgie could hardly move away from his gaze. Especially at those cherry-like small lips which are upturned in a smile and those pair of deep blue eyes which are like sapphire stones.

Georgie mumbles, "So pretty~"

Of course! Pennywise, the frustrated clown also saw the little baby. This baby is none other than Hei Anjing.

Hei Anjing walks from above the ca.n.a.l to in front of it. He was wearing a yellow coat that protects his whole body and squatted near the opening of the sewer. With a mischievous smile on his face, he asked the clown.

Hei Anjing spoke, "You are the Boss NPC of this dungeon. How about it? Let's play, Pennywise~~"

Pennywise was left dazed for a moment as he stared at the unknown beautiful yet cold being in front of him. The little baby looks so weak, cute, soft, and delicious. Like a glowing little fresh and milky meat dangling in front of his eyes. He couldn't even stop his drool from falling from his mouth.

Chu Mo and the rest who were watching from the distance could help but feel disgusting at how the stupid clown drools at the sight of Hei Anjing. And his face couldn't hide his greed and excitement of wanting to eat the one in front of him. Staring at Hei Anjing is like a rare delicacy.

An Yuan commented, "Oh~ yuck! Is he drooling!?"

"Don't look. He is ugly," said Han Ya.

Zane reacted, "Does he treat the Boss' wife as food!?"

Lan She said, "What a death seeking clown."

"Hahaha~ he wouldn't even know how he would die by then," said Chu Mo.

But the Clown as if he could not hear what the others had said smiled at Hei Anjing but his drool is more like a fall by now.

"Bad baby~ you made my food leave! That's not good~" said Pennywise as he tries to lean even closer to the opening of the ca.n.a.l wanting to get closer to Baby Jing'er.

While he ignored the comments of the peanut gallery by the sidelines, his eyes and stomach couldn't help but want the little one in front of him.

Hei Anjing acted innocent like his appearance. He pouted as if he was wronged.

"No! Baby is good. It is you who is bad. You are ugly and don't want to play with me~" said Hei Anjing.

Pennywise got angry, "Who is ugly!? The h.e.l.l are you calling ugly!!" he shouted at Hei Anjing.

The latter is covered he hears as he looks coldly with no emotion at the stupid clown in front of him. He likes to play with his toys until they are broken but this is the first one who dares to shout right in front of his face. Pennywise was not really in rage. He just wanted to scare Hei Anjing so he could emit the delicious scent of his favorite food which is fear.

Sadly, he chooses the wrong prey. He was about to open his mouth and reveal those sharp teeth once again when suddenly a foot fell directly from the top of his head which he had reached out from the opening of the sewer.

STOMPED!

The moment everyone saw who it was that was stomping on the creepy clown's head, they had varying reactions. Hei Anjing smiled affectionately, and Lan She and Han Ya were expressionless. An Yuan felt nervous while Chu Mo and Zane, who could see the dark expression on the young man, were a bit frightened. One hid behind his lover, the other behind his friends.

Zane murmured, "Ah~ that silly clown is dead!"

"Of course, he is! He dared to scream in front of the wife of the boss," said Chu Mo.

Pennywise, the eerie clown, tried to struggle with the force above his head. But as if his head was nailed to the ground he couldn't move away from where he was. Plus the force on the foot stepping on his head is getting heavier and stronger that his head was about to explode.

It was Ye Xiajie. His monochromatic eyes of black and red were glaring at the clown that shouted at his wife. His face is expressionless and sullen at this moment. The coldness of his face plus the murderous intent coming from him made the others in the area s.h.i.+ver. That was such a strong and thick killing intent. It was even enough to suffocate anyone weaker than himself.

His slightly immature voice turned raspy and completely devoid of emotion. Cold and dangerous.

Ye Xiajie said with an icy tone, "How. Dare. You. Yell. At. My. Wife!?" he stomped on the clown to death.

BOOM!

Splurts~

And the scene of the huge brain of the clown exploding. His gray matter, blood, and flesh flew in all directions. Hei Anjing was protected by the rain which turned into a veil of thin ice s.h.i.+eld in front of him. Preventing the disgusting s.h.i.+t of the exploded clown head to touch him.

An Yuan and Lan She instantly covered Georgie's eyes before the gruesome sight had happened before their eyes. At this sight, even Zane felt his stomach churns.

"Ugh~ I'm feeling sick again," said Zane, holding his stomach and covering his mouth.

Chu Mo scolded him, "Puke somewhere else. Don't be disgusting here!"

"Nothing is coming out though," said Zane.

Stunned Zane, "You've already digested your breakfast!?"

"Um! It's already gone~" said Zane as he rubs his flat stomach.

Han Ya rolled his eyes at the two noisy ones behind their backs and witnessed the exploded watermelon clown, I mean Pennywise whose head had exploded and turned into a red mist. Every part that was turned to pieces became mist and ran back to the sewer.

Only then did everyone realize that the stupid clown did not die at all. His complete figure and face covered in blood were once again peeking from inside of the sewers.

An Yuan mumbled, "He is still alive!?"

"We haven't triggered the contents of the main mission. We wouldn't be able to kill him that easily," said Lan She.

Pennywise glared at them and said, "This is not the end! I will come for you guys soon~"

Then his figure blended into the dark and completely disappeared in front of their eyes. Hei Anjing looked up at his husband and only saw him shake his head.

Ye Xiajie spoke, "He's gone. Not here anymore."

"That's too bad then~," said Hei Anjing.

Ye Xiajie carried him in his arms once again and walked back to join their team and the target of their side mission.
