Chapter 705

The green light of the Time Stone glowed once again. Once Thanos realised that he couldn’t remove Hela’s Aura of Death with his sheer power alone, he resorted to the power of Infinity Stones once more! 

Sure enough, it stopped the Aura of Death from spreading further instantly! Thanos knew that the Time Stone couldn’t really purify the Aura of Death from his body, but as long as it didn’t spread, Thanos didn’t care about it!

Thanos then pulled out his colossal double-edged swords to end all of this fight! At the same time, Steve, who finally arrived beside Tony, was on the receiving end of Thanos’ attack! Steve immediately used his trusted s.h.i.+eld to block Thanos’ attack, but it didn’t do much as Thanos cracked his s.h.i.+eld so easily! 

T’challa feared what could happen to himself, but as the King of Wakanda, he knew he had to do his best! He rushed forward and jumped toward Thanos in an attempt to attack him with his Vibranium claw. However, Thanos just swung his oar blade around, cutting T’challa’s Vibranium claw and Vibranium suit easily!

Seeing that his new friend was in a pinch, Scott gritted his teeth and transformed into a giant once more. He wanted to kick Thanos with his Giant Form and save everyone! However, the bigger he was, the harder he fell! Thanos punched Scott’s leg before pus.h.i.+ng him to the ground hard! 

In front of Power Stone, Scott’s power to turn into a giant was useless! Everyone was desperate as there was nothing they could do anymore. They couldn’t do anything against the absolute power of the Infinity Stones! 

But as everyone wallowed in despair, a new crack in the s.p.a.ce appeared behind Thanos, revealing the man that everyone had been waiting for! 

“Sorry, I am late!” Dio said as he came out of the portal with Galaxy. At the same time, Dio looked over at Stephen. He already knew what happened over here as Stephen had already relayed everything he knew using the Little Snail.  

Stephen took a glance at Dio and nodded briefly. He was relieved that Dio finally appeared, and he knew what Dio would do now. In fact, everyone was also relieved when Dio made his entrance as they were at their wits’ end at this point. 

“I can feel the last Infinity Stone in your body. Hand it over, and I will let everyone live!” Thanos said confidently at Dio. He was confident that he was in his most powerful state right now. With 5 Infinity Stones in hand, he genuinely believed that he was invincible! Dio looked over to Tony and squatted to hear what he had to say.

“Pietro is dead!” Tony said weakly. Natasha, who was not too far behind, also squatted down before she told Dio of the casualties of the battle. 

“Yes, Pietro is dead! So did the Treant! Tony himself almost died right here too!” Natasha said with a frown on her face.

Dio was silent as he processed every information he got. He rushed over to battle as fast as he could, but in the end, he was still too late!

Dio did have the ability to bring the dead back to life, but it was really unfortunate that he didn’t have an ample amount of Souls to activate that effect. But Dio was way more worried about what Wanda would do after she heard about her brother’s death!

Wanda was already in a bad state as she saw Dio having mental corruption after his battle with Dark Crystal. If she heard about Pietro’s death now, Dio was afraid that she would blow from uncontrolled fury!

But the most important thing right now was to deal with Thanos once and for all! 

If you want the Reality Stone, follow me!” Dio said as he rode Galaxy and flew to the sky. Thanos smirked and immediately teleported away, pursuing Dio wherever he went! But as Dio flew fast in the sky, Thanos disappeared from everyone’s sight. A red flash appeared where Tony was, and Dio stepped out of it casually.

“The one he was chasing is just an illusion! Everyone, gather together. I will try to heal your injuries and inform you all about my plan!” Dio said confidently. He summoned [Golden Experience] and began treating everyone’s injuries. Naturally, Tony, who was on the verge of dying, was the first in line to receive [Golden Experience]’s aid. 

In order to save time, Dio had boosted [Golden Experience]’s capabilities with ma.s.sive Hamon Energy so that everyone could receive [Golden Experience] benefit in a limited time window. Meanwhile, Dio also used [Golden Experience] power for himself as he didn’t exactly escape Dark Crystal’s last torture unscathed. The Reality Stone was still a parasite that lived in his body. He could force it out, but he still needed it to fight Thanos later, so he decided not to save that for later. 

At the same time, his thought returned to a few moments ago, when he was still under the effects of Dark Crystal’s dreams reality. Dark Crystal’s dream ability was already scary to begin with, but with the help of the Reality Stone, Dark Crystal’s ability to make the dream even more real was overwhelming, even for Dio!

The real show began when Dark Crystal used the true ability of Reality Stone! It was the moment where Wanda and Mantis that helped him could be caught in a crossfire between Dio’s fight against Dark Crystal!

Then again, no matter how hard Dio said that Wanda should stay out of his Dream World for now and let him handle everything, Wanda was still headstrong to help Dio get back up again!

The unexpected thing happened right after that! The Ancient One, who was supposed to be dead for a long time, appeared in front of Dio and smiled warmly at him. 

“This is the last gift that I gave to you!” The Ancient One said with a smile on her face. After Dio received the gift, it turned into an unstoppable starburst that slowly melted Dark Crystal away.
