200 million Rubles, enough?

This question had stunned Feng Yu. He had never thought that his relations.h.i.+p with Brother Ke was so good until he was willing to help him get a loan of 200 million Rubles. He also knew that Feng Yu did not have enough a.s.sets to get this loan.
