It seems that Bruno has made all sorts of arrangements behind the scenes.
Recently, he's been so focused on the college that he often doesn't return home. Incidentally, while Claude and Bruno have a healthy rivalry as the Chief Physician and the Head Court Pharmacist, it seems that they've joined forces on this matter.

Upon hearing those words, Palle's eyes widened and he practically chocked in surprise. Seeing as he had come to the imperial court, there was no point in hiding it from Palle anymore.

Speaking of Claude, according to Bruno and other court physicians, he's quite skilled at surgery. Almost all surgeries in this world are performed bare-handed, which results in a high post-operative mortality rate due to infections. Claude is especially talented at sewing thin blood vessels together, and his patients don't bleed much during surgery. He works meticulously while using his G.o.d arts.
Compared to the average surgeon in this world, his success rate was higher.
If there's a problem there, then the idea of sanitation can be introduced and postoperative antibiotics can be provided to support Claude's surgeries, which should result in a substantial increase in patient survival rates. Claude would become an excellent physician.

"Your father wants to turn the Imperial College of Medicine into the world's foremost provider of medical care. It's an extraordinary and ambitious thing to think about…"
Isn't it interesting? Claude asked with a bold smile.
When she heard that, the Empress wiped her lips with a napkin, stopped eating, and asked,

"Will you permit the dissection of criminals executed by the Empire?"
Until now, medical students who wished to learn about anatomy would either watch their teacher perform a dissection or dissect an animal by themselves. However, Claude thought that this results in an incomplete understanding of anatomy.
"All the medical students think that a human body should be dissected. Furthermore, after reading through Falms.h.i.+'s textbook, I realized that the previous textbooks on anatomy are incorrect. As such, students and teachers will need to write a new, more detailed, textbook”
"Chief Physician-sama…"
Falma was deeply moved by the unexpected support he had received. He was worried that because of Bruno's involvement with the restructuring of the Imperial College of Magic, Claude might be antagonistic and claim that there were vested interests at play.
"Hmm, permission granted"
Claude also requested that criminals be executed by hanging instead of by firing squad"
This was so that the bodies would be in good condition for use in training.

"Thank you very much, Chief Physician-sama"
Falma bowed deeply.
