I looked at the manga raw and didn't see a 大 in front of 丫鬟 so I don't know if the 大 character was accidentally added in here or not. I'll keep it as Head Maidservant for now. 莲叶 – the maid's name, 莲 – lotus, 叶 – leaf.

T/N: When I searched up 大丫鬟, apparently it was the t.i.tle of a 2010 Chinese drama. The English name for it is if anyone is interested in watching it.

Meng yiniang walks up and grabs onto Lian Ye's hand. She worriedly asks, "Lian Ye, is Old Madam not feeling well?"

Lian Ye glances at Meng yiniang and reveals a light laugh that is not too friendly yet also not cold. "Old Madam is fine. It's just that 8th prince was injured at the entrance."
