Gong Yu entered the elevator, took a deep look at Yun Muxi and stood beside her.

At the moment Tong Nan saw Gong Yu, her eyes lighted up. He was really handsome and manly. Soon, the elevator reached to the 25th floor and opened with a ring. Yun Muxi took Tong Nan's hand to walk out of the elevator first while Tong Nan seemed to be reluctant to go. She turned around and stared at Gong Yu again. Observing Gong Yu striding step by step toward his home, Tong Nan spoke to Gong Yu suddenly, "Hey, handsome man, do you want to have dinner with us? The more people, the happier."

Gong Yu, who had overlooked Tong Nan, looked back at Tong Nan and Yun Muxi upon hearing Tong Nan's invitation.

But Yun Muxi did not turn around and rejected immediately, "Xiao Nan, we're not so familiar. I'm afraid that's not good."

Yun Muxi straightened her face instantly and said soberly, "Niannian, don't do that. Loosen your hands."

Niannian failed to kiss Uncle Gong who she had longed for and was criticized by her mother. She felt quite aggrieved. So she clenched her hands to hold Gong Yu more tightly and her watery eyes were full of tears. She looked rather pathetic.

Seeing Niannian behaved like that, Gong Yu felt it was too harsh for a child and could not bear it any longer. He put the shopping bags aside, squatted down and held Niannian gently. Sensing this, Niannian hurtled herself into Gong Yu's arms and cried in injured tone.

What Yun Muxi feared most was Niannian's tear. Fortunately, Niannian was always obedient and sensible, and seldom lost her temper willfully, let alone burst into tears. Therefore, her heart softened immediately when seeing Niannian cry.
