Ball Master 6 Chapter 6: Gym Training... Avril Vs. Lindsey...

Jamayne Potts is a responsible and experienced athlete trainer. He work very detailed and create a daily routine for every player he handles. Every day, he records their situation in detail until each action reach a clear standard. At this time, Jamayne Potts is watching Jayson's training in the past three days.

In his view of before Jayson isn't good at all and he doesn't like this thin, soft guy. Jayson's physique is the same with sick person that haven't exercise and there's huge gap compared with athletes. Jamayne once suspected that Coach Olivia had recruited him into the Beavers team because of personal connection.

He once gave Jayson a very harsh judgment and told the director and members of the coaching staff with 30 years of experience... "Give up on this guy, his physique can never reach the standard of qualified NCAA player".

But now he feels that there seems to be deviation in his judgment. This guy's renew his knowledge since he walked into the gym Monday afternoon. At first, he didn't care to arrange a few sets of training for him and that this guy wouldn't able to do it so he left the gym.

He thought that Jayson would leave right away after finis.h.i.+ng one set of training but after resting for twenty minutes, he completed the 2nd set of training. Then take a break for another twenty minutes and do it again. After completing the 3rd set when he was preparing for the 4th set, the trainer walks over to stop his activities.

As a trainer, he knew how serious the consequences of over-training were and he already determine that Jayson's body is overwhelmed, is at least a week to recover. However, the next morning Jayson appears in the gym and began to repeat the training program yesterday.

This scene made Jamayne Potts stunned and officially treated Jayson as an athlete. He took Jayson to complete a physical a.s.sessment and made a systematic program.

He had to upgrade the training program to 2nd phase because Jayson is reaching the index values in the afternoon of the same day. On Wednesday morning, he again increased the intensity of training of Jayson. On Thursday morning, he gives Jayson some training on strength and conditioning for juniors.

From this moment then, he regarded Jayson as a qualified player. Before that, his training intensity always regarded as a rehab patient. Jayson's progress can be seen from the data and looking at the curve Jamayne Potts was surprised.

Jayson's physical does not show his strong side but just able to keep up with the pace of the team. As he flipped through the training list, he said to Coach Olivia who looking forward to what he about says: "I think it's positive for him to play in the afternoon fifteen minutes at least. Can we discuss another issue?"

"What's the problem? Coach Olivia asks.

"Can we convince him to train during summer vacation time? I just want to see how far can achieve and if he can surpa.s.s his innate potential" Jamayne Potts said.

"So this good news "Coach Olivia mood was good.

"Can you help me convince him" Jamayne Potts asks.

"I don't know if I can, you have to know that this guy is a rich second generation. Who knows if he will return to home to inherit his family business in the summer?" Coach Olivia said.

"This is bad news" Jamayne Potts was frustrated and he also a second generation of basketball player so he know some of Jayson's situation.

When Coach Olivia put Jayson's name on the player's list in the in the internal meeting, it was unanimously oppose by the a.s.sistant coaches. They thought that Coach Olivia was crazy to put Jayson on the court in such important game and, make Beavers a joke to everyone.

The opposition was suppressed by first a.s.sistant coach Adam Levitt's support. He hopes that they could Jayson a chance and everyone felt strange because of his behavior. Coach Olivia knew what a.s.sistant coach Adam Levitt's motive behind is to make Jayson a joke on the court.

To Adam Levitt, his purpose isn't just to joke but replacing but Coach Olivia and he had already got the promise from Craig Hefferman. Now he only hope for the Beavers to lose the game on Friday with Jayson playing will increase the team's failure, so why not directly support and pa.s.sed it.

Jayson receive a call from Coach Olivia in the evening and after the Thursday training, he goes back home to rest when a text message from sister Shery saying: "Go to the airport and pick sister Avril."

"Okay I'll be leaving soon and how's the studio going? Jayson ask.

"I'll be finish this weekend so don't worry about it"

Avril Lavigne is Shery's best friend, the two meet two years ago as neighbors. Avril wants to go to Los Angeles to pursue her music while the other is to take care of her young brother to study. Avril, to Jayson is an elder sister and punk rock fan coz she was caring to Jayson and treats him as a younger brother.

She even attended for Jayson's activities when he was still in high school.

After receiving Avril from the airport, he has been arguing with her about having relations.h.i.+p musicians. She doesn't know why this kid keeps on repeatedly stress that she not fall in love within music circle. Is this discrimination in the music industry?

So, Avril began a barrage of explanation of music, how music influence people's mood, how people release their emotions but this can't impress Jayson. In his dream, his two sisters' marriages are unfortunate. Avril Lavigne married two times to musicians and in relations.h.i.+p with an actor. Not only happiness, her career began to falling and he can only help her come in Asia to earn through concerts, endors.e.m.e.nt and etc.

Speaking of music, Jayson tell her: Avril, you can't just focus on rock, especially punk genre coz there's not many listeners. The public is into more rhythmic pop music, so you should find better music genre and make last memorable alb.u.m for punk genre.

"I get Jayson; you're not used to be like this and what just happened to you? I heard that you went home four in the morning last Friday, I mean you're not kid anymore but you sure not broken by girls at school?" Avril said

'Hey, Avril why do all topics end led to me and baldly hurt by girls? The same with Shery think her brother is an idiot and will me into h.e.l.l... well I'm a smart person so..

"BOOM!!...

He didn't notice the red car in front him suddenly stop in the middle of the road, so he's late to step on brakes and both airbags were deployed instantly.

"Lindsay Lohan?" Avril recognize the red-haired girl.

While Jayson breathe a sigh of relief that no one is injured and thank G.o.d that everyone is safe from harm's way. However, Lindsay Lohan also saw Avril and suddenly rushes over: "Hey Avril, is this your new boyfriend and having moment in the car without stopping on the roadside. Are you not afraid being killed by a truck?

"Oh right, how about my crazy guitarist you hook up last time... Is his thing not enough to cover you're a**hole so you hook up with the Dj in the bar and have three****. Wow! That was amazing of you so you want to be p.o.r.nstar now? Avril attack her.

Just when he was listening to the two women's argument, a phone call from Coach Olivia and she explain on the phone what he should be keep attention when playing tomorrow afternoon and emphasize not to be nervous... blah,blah, by Olivia for more ten minutes on the phone.

In Lindsay and Avril's verbal fight lasted at least ten rounds and Jayson vaguely found out the history of the people's grievance was. It happened last summer, the two meet in a bar and Lindsay Lohan flirted on Avril's band guitarist and it she obviously block the pursuit. This led to the two arguments and causes a big scene in the bar.

In the end, the two reach a truce and Lindsey called her bodyguards, while Avril called the insurance company. Soon Lindsay Lohan's bodyguards arrive first, two tall and strong guys came.

Then, Lindsay Lohan order:" Smash the mouth of that woman and bring her to me after."

The two guys quickly went to Avril's side and Jayson who just hanged up the phone rush to the two. He swiftly kicks both the crotch of both bodyguards, after seeing that they lost fighting ability so he went back to Avril's side.

Lindsay Lohan was fl.u.s.tered on what happened and so she rush over inside to grab her phone: "I'm a Disney star and just called the police..."

Avril also shout to Jayson: Jay, let this girl know just like you did with her goons!"

Jayson come to Lindsay Lohan side, but this time he grab Lindsay's head using the Vice claw skill. Like Tracy Mcgrady held a ball with one hand, then leaned over and kissed her lips.
