"Jinse will see who is coming…" Jinse said as she put down the towel and walked toward the door, she knitted her brows questioningly.
When the door was opened, Jinse saw two familiar guards who were standing there awkwardly.
"Brother what do you need?" Jinse asked them as she peeked through their shoulders. Apparently, it wasn't only the two of them, but there were around ten more guards behind the two.
"We are here at Master's command." The guard scratched the back of his head.
"For what purpose?" Qianru glanced at the ten guards behind them. Why their master sent so many people to their mistress's room?
"Master ordered us to remove all the flowers inside the room." The guard said in weird tone, they had been there since Qi Xunyi started to send all of those flowers, that was why they knew exactly why they had been given this weird order with menacing glare from Xiao Jun.
The problem was, there were many flowers inside the room with large vast, thus they needed more people to bring them out.
This was almost like they were there to do renovation.
"Oh…" Jinse felt slightly awkward as she knew the situation. "I have to ask Princess Xiao first." She said.
"You can ask Mistress, but whatever her answer we will still to do our duty." The guard said, after all their Master's order was absolute.
"I will inform my mistress first." Jinse murmured. "All of you wait here." She closed the door again as she went back to Qianru.
Qianru was still sitting on the same place, seemingly waiting for Jinse, but her eyes were staring at the blue sky outside the window.
"Princess Xiao…" Jinse called out Qianru's name sheepishly.
"Hmm?" Qianru mumbled, but didn't look at the young maidservant.
"There are guards outside the bedroom who was ordered to remove all of the flowers." Jinse said in one breath.
Previously she had given Qianru a bit of advice about her closeness with Qi Xunyi, but her mistress didn't even make an effort to listen into it, after sometime Jinse stopped to complain about the flower and the books that Qi Xunyi had given to Qianru, as she knew her position.
But now, their Master has come back and it was only right if he was being jealous.
"Princess, what you will do…?" Jinse asked cautiously because Qianru didn't give any reaction upon hearing her information.
"Can you reject it?" Qianru answered her question with another question.
Jinse hastily shook her head. "Princess, the order is coming from Prince Xiao Jun himself, I am afraid those guards will not listen, because…"
"Then do it." Qianru cut Jinse's explanation coldly.
"Pardon me my Princess?" Jinse a bit confused with Qianru's reply as she took a step forward. "You will allow them to remove the flowers?" She asked for certainty.
"Yes, throw them all." Qianru replied callously. "Hurry dry my hair, I don't want to catch a cold."
Jinse was taken aback by her Mistress nonchalant reaction. "Jinse will inform the guard about Princess Xiao's answer and then dry your hair." Jinse slightly bent her knees before she went to the door.
After she informed those guards, she returned to continue to dry Qianru's hair while those guards moved quickly to remove every vast of the flowers, even they didn't spare every petal of it.
Qianru tilted her head to look the silhouette of those guards, who were moving behind the curtain which divided the room.
She didn't bother with what Xiao Jun had ordered to his men nor she felt sad because of it. Qianru was exceptionally calm.
Jinse actually wanted to say something, but she didn't dare to voice out her opinion, so in the end she only put her focus on drying Qianru's long and thick hair.

Xiao Jun was standing tall in front of Qi Xunyi, who was laying on the ground, bleeding.
The tip of Xiao Jun's sword was on his neck while another blood dripping from the open wound, in the other hand, Mo Xuan Fei was trying to pull back Xiao Jun by held back his sword from killing Qi Xunyi.
"Prince Xiao Jun, you can kill him!" Mo Xuan Fei's grip tightened. "You don't have to do this! You will spoil all of the plan if you are going to kill him!"
Qi Xunyi held a big role in Xiao Jun's plan, but the later seemingly didn't care anymore about it as he was consumed by his anger.
The only thing that he cared now was how to finish this man off, chopping his hand because he had touched someone that he shouldn't touch.
The woman that belong to him.
"Xiao Jun!" Mo Xuan Fei yelled and pushed him away with all the strength that he could mustered.
Xiao Jun took four steps back because of the sudden force from Mo Xuan Fei and it was enough to safe Qi Xunyi and let him to grab back his sword as he stood up and be on guard again.
Both of them ready to kill each other once more.
Qi Xunyi wasn't bad with his swordsmans.h.i.+p as he was also a disciple from Mountain Sui Sword Sect, but if he was compared to Xiao Jun, he was still far away behind him. Xiao Jun was his senior brother after all.
However, despite knowing that fact, that didn't stop him. Qi Xunyi felt bad when Qianru told him her deepest hopelessness and the heartache that she felt.
"Xiao Jun." Qi Xunyi said as he spat a mouthful of blood on the ground. "It is you who had failed to take care of your woman!"
Xiao Jun glared at him menacingly, if look could kill, Qi Xunyi would be death by now. "That reason didn't justify your act." He said loud and clear.
"No." Qi Xunyi shook his head. "I didn't do anything. We were not doing anything. Qianru needs someone to talk to and you were not there for her." He said mockingly.
Xiao Jun was about to dash toward him, but Mo Xuan Fei stopped him in time.
"Oh, should I say you had never been there for her in any occasion?" Qi Xunyi looked at Xiao Jun arrogantly. "Do you want to know what she said to me last night?"
Upon hearing Qi Xunyi's question, Xiao Jun stopped his attempt to shove Mo Xuan Fei away. He froze, waiting for Qi Xunyi next sentence as he felt his heart hammering.
Qi Xunyi didn't immediately continue his word, he enjoyed the change of Xiao Jun's expression. At this point, Xiao Jun was really ready to kill him anytime soon, but he didn't mind it.
"She said…" Qi Xunyi drawled. "She gave up on you."
Xiao Jun's eyes darkened when he heard that, the grip on his sword tightened, he didn't even hear Mo Xuan Fei's curse to Qi Xunyi for being so reckless and made the situation worse.
"Why? Do I touch your sore spot?" He taunted him. "Is it really over? Your feeling toward Riana?"
Xiao Jun stilled as he gritted his teeth, but didn't say a word to retort.
