Prince sat before his desk staring at his computer before he finally called for his secretary. "Set up a meeting between me and the founder of Crystal corporations" he paused before he added, "As soon as possible". The secretary left and soon came back with the details of the meeting.

Meanwhile, at Crystal corporations, Alicia was starting to have a headache because of the Wilmot Point project. The project was supposed to help them take a leap higher in the business industry but because of that annoying fellow. It was all ruined

It had been more than a week since she went to his company to ask for the project back she couldn't help but lament at her stupidity. She was broken out of her trance when her cell phone started to ring. There was only one person who dared to call her during the working hours, so without looking at the caller she picked up the phone. Talking in a very sweet tone "Grandpa, you must have missed me so much right? Don't worry I miss you too, have you eaten? you don't even need to eat..."

A gruff voice came from the other end of the phone "Punk, what did you do this time?" he rolled his eyes at her tactics. She was only extra caring when she wanted to appease him. Although he already knew the reason she was trying too much as Prince had visited him, he liked it when she behaves that way.

"Me, grandpa I did not do anything" Alicia's pitch was slightly higher making it difficult to lie. Hearing her grandfather sigh, she thought he was disappointed in her and decided to tell him everything that had happened, removing the part where she had insulted someone she was not supposed to.

"Is that all?" her grandfather asked, he was already laughing at her feeble attempt to cover everything up. "Humph, why would I lie to you? I really don't know what you are insinuating by that grandpa" Alicia said in a righteous tone.

"GRANDDAUGHTER!!!" the old man called. That is it she thought he only called her that way when he knows she is lying which she actually was. "Fine, I may have said a teeny tiny bit of something to him but it doesn't matter anyway, I would never allow him to take over the company," she said patting her chest confidently.

"I am not the largest shareholder anymore, Alice," her grandfather said with a sigh. "What is that supposed to mean?" Alicia asked with a frown. "It means I am no longer the chairman of Crystal corporations," her grandfather said with a bit of sadness in his voice.

"WHAT!!!, I swear I didn't do anything wrong I think, so what are you talking about?" Alicia had forgotten her image by now and stood up from her swivel chair, shock apparent on her beautiful face. "My dear, I am still the founder of Crystal corporations that is not going to change and you are still the CEO, that is your right and also your inheritance, but as of today I am no longer the chairman"

"I wanted to tell you when it happened but I was scared you would flare up. I am still a shareholder" her grandfather said calmly trying to reduce the level of her anger. He knew she was hot-tempered and he couldn't blame anyone but himself for that.

When he had adopted her 6 years ago, he had used her channeled her anger into something else. Sighing softly, he heard Alicia speak "So you think it is okay to just drop something huge like that on me today of all days. Let me guess the new chairman would be resuming today, isn't that right, grandfather" she asked through gritted teeth.

She was not even sure again why she was angry, it is not like the company rightfully belonged to her anyway. She was just a homeless child who was adopted. For some reasons, she felt so sad. The old man on the other end of the phone had refused to speak after her outburst pressing his lips into a thin line.

Alicia thought she had crossed the line had no choice but to apologize. "I am sorry grandpa, it is not within my rights to be angry about your decisions, forgive me?" "Silly child why should I forgive you if I am not angry in the first place. I would have been more worried if there was no reaction from you" the old man laughed happily.

The company was a burden and he didn't want that on his precious granddaughter, especially after what she has been through.
