After an hour, a group of figures appeared near Paolo, who was just resting by the man-made lake he made in the desert.

Upon seeing these group of people, Paolo visibly frowned, and spoke.

"What are you guys even doing here?" He asked, obviously annoyed that he was required to do this disguise and all by the system.

"Greetings, mysterious Esper. We come here to represent the UN to invite you to meet our leaders." One of the person wearing a black suit, which was quite weird for Paolo to see in this dry and hot climate to be worn, responded back.

"Meh, no thanks. Stop bothering me." Paolo responded in a nonchalant way, and continued to close his eyes while lying down by the lakeside.

"Sir, we came here for an important mission, which was to slay the beast that was causing the temperature anomaly. May we know if you already killed the beast?" The man in black suit asked once more, not caring at all that his invitation was rejected.

"One, if you guys don't leave right now, I'll make sure you won't ever leave this desert. Two, the drake is already dead. Three, why are you still here?" The moment Paolo said this, Ice elemental particles began gathering around him as he prepared to cast [Frigid Winter].

[Frigid Winter, lvl 5

Causes a gust of ice particles to appear and freeze everything at a temperature of -20 degrees Celsius. The higher the level, the lower the temperature becomes.

Instantly after, several [Torrential Bolts] appeared, and launched towards that fire esper. The fire esper, knowing that the person casted an attack against his own attribute, immediately intensified his fire, hoping to overpower the water elements.

However, before the bolts reach, Paolo snapped his fingers and everything returned to normal, as the spells were casted. Those who were frozen were able to move again, albeit they feel weakened from the effects of the spell.

For these people, Paolo immediately launched several [Life Bolts] towards these people. Life-elemental skills had the general function of healing non-nonliving organisms, or even hastening their growth. However, life elemental skills can also be used to overwhelm the life of others, resulting to a deadly outcome.

After all, he could have just killed them all and be done with it and complete the mission, but he realized that technology still worked; there were satellites monitoring every single thing in the world. The only way he could escape their sights is hiding in plain sight.
