The master and cat duo were already used to talking at each other freely despite the presence of a third party since no one can hear them before.

But now that Long Yue was already capable of understanding Ja.n.u.s' word as well, they might need to reconsider some things.

They should probably better off refrain themselves from talking at each other like that in public.

"Alright, now that Long Yue's concern about his pet was already settled, why don't we move on to our next concern???"

Fan Lei suggested to the group after the long silence, then he looked at Mu Lingxi's direction.

"We still had one???"

Chan Gu asked with a confused expression.

"Why does it seemed to me that it feels like we attend an open forum???"

He added.

"Errr??? But we all agree to discuss the thing  that Long Yuen and Su Yan saw inside the Jar of misfortune as well, right??"

Fan Lei reminded his friends. It was not like he was the only one who was curious about it.

"Oh yeah, right. About that. Sorry, I forgot. HEHE."

Chan GU said as he scratched the back of his head.

"Well, it is not exactly frightening actually.."

Mu Lingxi said.

"If what you said was true, then why did you react like a scared cat back there??"

Yun Xue asked.

They have seen with their own eyes how their two friends were scared beyond their wits after they peaked in the water inside the Jar of Misfortune.

If the thing that they saw inside was not that scary at all, just like what Su Yan (Mu Lingxi) claimed, then why they both looked petrified that time to the point that they even went pale?

"Ahmm.. well, what we actually saw in the Jar of Misfortune was the ancient chalice the be retrieved from Sanguine Tundra. The chalice that should not be opened, remember?"

Long Ye started, then  Mu Lingxi continued after him.

"The water inside the Jar of Misfortune reflected an image showing that the lady that was trapped inside the ancient chalice escaped again and we also saw someone lying beside the chalice. So we are worried that it might be Scholmaster Yin."

Base on their friends' description, what they saw inside the Jar of Misfortune was indeed disturbing, to say the least.

But no matter how hard they try to look at it from a different perspective, they still could not understand how was that image enough to frighten both long Yue and Su Yan (Mu Lingxi).

To the point that the two even went pale and felt weak after the incident.

Little did they know, that Mu Lingxi and Long Yue deliberately left out some part of the story.

"That was indeed troublesome and disturbing.  But not to the point that could be considered as frightening. Anyways, what do you guys plan to do then???"

Chan Gu said afterward.

"Of course! We have to tell Schoolmaster Yin about it!"

Long Fuzi said as if it was a matter of fact.

"Wait! We can't act rashly and do it like that. What if it was a trap or something?? What if it would lead to a series of consequences instead?? Don't you remember what Madam Xing said before?? She said that whoever saw the misfortune that was bound to happen inside the Jar of Misfortune, it means that he or she would also be the one to either cause or resolve that misfortune."

"That is exactly why we have to tell Schoolmaster Yin about it. Would it not be a good thing if we tell Schoolmaster Yin about it beforehand so that he could prepare and keep the ancient chalice safe?? In that way, it could be said that Long Yue and Su Yan will become part of the resolution since they could prevent it from happening."

CHan Gu expressed his lengthy opinion, but Fan Lei denied him and gave him another of his.

"That was not how it is. Whatever they saw inside the Jar of Misfortune was already bound to happen. Meaning, regardless if we tell Schoolmaster Yin about it or not, it will still happen in the end. Now, let us say Su Yan and Long Yue really give Schoolmaster Yin a heads up of what was about to happen on the chalice. How could we be so sure that their action would not actually aggravate the situation? How can we be certain that our decision of interfering won't actually be the one to cause the misfortune in the first place???"

"Its indeed quite complicated."

Fan Lei a.n.a.lyses were spot on. Ss such, Yun Xue agreed to him right away.

It was not that they were against helping Schoolmaster Yin or whatsoever.

It was just that they were just afraid that instead of being a help, they might even end up messing it up even more

"Then what shall we do then? Are we just going to allow it to happen without doing anything at all???"

Long Yue suddenly said.

From how Fan Lei was leading the conversation, it was as if he was pointing out that they better not stick their noses in this matter.

"Why???? Do you think si there anything wrong about it??? Why do you think so? Let us all be honest here. This is not just about to tell or not to tell Schoolmatse Yin. Because once we tell him about it, we will eventually get ourselves involved in this mess as well. trust me. Isn't our experience at Sanguine Tundra enough to show you what I mean??? By just merely retrieving that chalice, we almost got ourselves killed! Do you think we could be much of a help to Schoolmaster Yin if that lady inside the ancient chalice truly escaped?? If we get ourselves involved into it and a battle broke out, we might just potentially drag Schoolmaster Yin in our inexperience"

Fan Lei reasoned out.

It was not that Fan Lei was being selfish and he was against lending their aid to Schoolmaster Yin.

It was just that realistically speaking he did not think that just the few student warlocks like them would be enough or be much of a help to the schoolmaster once the lady in the ancient chalice escaped.

Considering that they were just nothing but a mere student warlock at the moment.

Not to mention that they were currently at the lowest realm of magic which was the Red Realm. It was indeed not wise of them to get themselves involved in that kind of thing.
