VAMPIRE SYSTEM IN ANOTHER WORLD 3 Chapter 3: Hunting

The information filled my brain. "Oh~ i almost forgot. System, please change my name to Michael!" I said. Michael is the leading archangel of G.o.d. I think it's a cool name.

As I sorted the information. I found out that some beast have magic cores. It will help to increase my mana pool. I need to level up anyway, so I need to start hunting.

I saw a rabbit with a horn. So I picked it as my first target. As my speed is like a regular adult speed, I had a hard time keeping up with the speed of the rabbit. It also attacked back and riddled me with stab wounds. My s.h.i.+rt became all b.l.o.o.d.y, so i was cursing inside.

"d.a.m.n stupid rabbit! Do you know that this is going to stain. s.h.i.+t!" I cursed out loud. then i suddenly remembered one of my skills. "Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! I can't believe I'm so stupid to forget...." I yelled out loud.

The chains wrapped around the rabbit. I then activated .

"What?! Is this like a pokemon game!" i said. I also looked at the rabbit corps to see if it have a magic core. "Argh! Just a regular beast core." I stored the rabbit corps in my inventory. I sucked all the blood since the blood helps me level up. "System! Please show my status!"

"Okay! Let's start hunting!" i said to myself. I started to hunt every rabbit i see. By the end of the day, I have hunted close to a hundred rabbits. They multiply quick. By using my agility went up by 1 and the level experience became (490 / 500). Strength also went up by 1. I also obtained 3 magic cores out of the hundred beast cores.

It was night time already so I decided to sleep. I don't necessarily need to sleep, but it's boring to stay awake. I have years and years to live. I am thinking to practice hibernation or sleep.

The next morning...

I woke up with some pain. I looked up and found out that goblins are stabbing me continuously.

" What the f.u.c.k! !!!"

I killed 10 goblins in quick succession. I also used on them.

I acquired an increase in strength and knowledge of the goblins nest. I also found human weapons on their hands.

I took the beast cores but left the dried goblin corps behind. They stink too much. I looted some quality swords and maces. I also got 1 bow and some arrows.

I started practising some sword techniques from the books i bought and also practiced the bow and arrow in order to raid the nest the next day.

I also set traps and defensive structures in front of the cave, so i won't wake up getting stabbed again. I also put a bunch of scrubs of nearby bushes to camouflage the cave entrance.

The next day, i went towards the goblins nest. From the goblins knowledge, i understand their language and the layout of the nest. My main target is the goblin mage and his equipments.

"Graah grrr grah grrr daaa ddidoo!" - (Goblin guard A) . (Translated) " Do you know what happened to the scouts from yestetday?

"I don't know, but the cheif said that they will send a search party. Those d.a.m.n humans are hunting us again. We need more human women for breeding soon. We are loosing more than we multiply."

I disguised myself as a bush so i can get close enough. Once I heard that they are going to send out a search party. I decided to wait until they send them out. From the goblins memory, they always send out a search party that is like an army. There are close to 200 goblins in the nest. So they will send out 100 goblins for the search party.

Later that day the search party left.

"Okay! Let the fun begins!"

I let out 2 arrows and hit both the guards throats. I then used to pick up the guards and pulled them beside me in the bushes. I looted the weapons, took out the beast cores and used to increase my strength and level.

I then entered the nest cave. Every room i advance to, I did the same thing over and over again. I killed close to 50 regular goblins when i came across a big opening in the cave. I saw goblin warriors and the goblin cheif. I don't see the goblin mage yet.

I decided to use the bow and arrow to kill the cheif to draw out the goblin mage. I was hiding in the shadows behind a pillar. I know they have night vision the same as i did, so i need to be well hidden. I took aim and let go of the arrow.

Direct hit. But the goblin chief did not die. His hide is tougher than regular goblins.

"Intruder! Everyone kill the intruder!" - (Goblin Chief)

The goblins started to run at my direction. And then I heard it

"!!" - (Goblin Mage)

I looked behind the chief's chair. " Thete you are!" I said. I started to use , and in quick succession. I killed my way through the horde of goblin warriors. Thanks to my regeneration, i survived after being burned and stabbed multiple times. I ended up battling the goblin chief b.u.t.t naked. I used the but the goblin chief is way stronger. My head got splattered multiple times. But i did not stop attacking. My limbs got cut multiple times, my body got burned multiple times but regenerated.

The goblin chief and goblin mage started to show fear at the site of me being unkillable. But my strength is too poor so i cannot kill the goblin chief. I put my attention to the mage which was my original goal. The goblin chief decided to ran away leaving the goblin mage unprotected. I used and and wrapped the chains all over the body and the mouth of the goblin mage. I then used then looted the dried corps.

(DING!)

I felt the surge of power and also knowledge entered my brain. I looked around and found the goblin chief got away.

I then found a magic core inside the goblin mage. I also started to loot the rest of the goblins and used on each goblins. I also went to the goblin prison. I saw some human corpses that still have blood. I used on them too.

"Alright~! That was great. This guy used to be a knight!" i got a big boost in strength from the corpse. I also found some females that has lifeless eyes. They are pregnant wirh goblin babies.

"P-please k-kill me!" said one of the human female. I kinda feel sorry for them so i nodded and put them to sleep first and took pain resistent on them. Then decapitate their heads.

A quick and painless death is all i can give them. I then stabbed their wombs to kill the baby goblins inside. Afterwards I make my way to their treasure room and looted books, weapons, gold and juwelry. I emptied the whole place out.

"I guess I need to hunt for that goblin chief now!" I said to myself. "System show my status please"

Having my clothes burned save me the ha.s.sle to wash those clothes. The are now as tough as a rock. The can now turn multiple parts of my body to turn to mist. The can now steal more than one skills.

"I'm a few ways ahead before i level up to 5." i said while exiting the goblin cave. I also learned how to track the goblins from the dead knights memories. So I begun my hunt for the Goblin Chief. I know that it probably headed to the direction of the search party that left earlier. The direction is toward the human village. So i started walking towards the village.

"No rus.h.!.+ I have all the time in the world!"
