"What is that?" said Cade while looking at that light. However, he immediately ran towards the camp.

"I have a bad feeling about that light," thought Cade and his feeling was right when suddenly, he could hear explosions coming from the camp. He clenched his teeth and ran as fast as he could.

Cade was getting closer to the camp and he could see that smoke had started rising from the camp. He increased his pace and he finally arrived at the camp.

Cade already can guess when he started running earlier that the Boarman was attacking the camp. However, looking at the situation in front of him, Cade froze.

"Why are there so many of them?!" said Cade while looking at the many Boarman fighting the explorers guarding the camp.

There was never once that many Boarman attacking them since Cade joined the group. The biggest group of Boarman ever attacking them were about ten Boarman.

However, Cade knew just by looking that there were more than 10 Boarman attacking the camp. He can approximately guess that there were about 50 of them.

Cade clenched his teeth and his face turned serious. He equipped himself with all of his linked equipment and immediately rushed to attack the nearest Boarman.

The Boarman saw Cade approaching. The Boarman did not retreat but he looked at Cade with a weird expression.

"What is that? Another monkey? He looks weak," said that Boarman while he snickered at the incoming Cade.

Although that Boarman was looking down at Cade, he still raised his axe and readied to chop Cade. However, he did that without much motivation.

"A weak monkey trying to attack me. This is too easy," thought the Boarman. Cade was coming as fast as he could and he arrived in front of the Boarman.

The Boarman chopped Cade with his axe. However, without stopping from running, Cade dodged the axe skillfully and swung his cardboard short sword at the Boarman's arm that was holding the axe.

The cardboard sword touched the Boarman's arm. The Boarman smiled as he was looking at the weak-looking sword arriving at his arm. He did not even try to block or dodge that because he was confident that the sword would not be able to do anything at him.

However, the Boarman's face turned white when the sword touched his skin. Instead of stopping at his skin, the sword continued pa.s.sing through his skin, then meat and bone too.

The sword easily went through the Boarman's arm like it was pa.s.sing through tofu. The sword cut the arm in two. The Boarman's arm that was holding the axe fell on the ground.

"Arghhhh!!!!" the Boarman screamed in pain and blood was pouring out of his cut arm like there was no tomorrow.

"How??? How can this be??? How can that weak monkey??? How???" all these questions popping out on his head while he was screaming in pain.

The Boarman did not expect that a weak monkey-like Cade with weak looking equipment like that can cleanly and easily cut his hand.

However, his thought was cut short when the same sword that cut his arm was already at his neck. He saw the sword coming from his left to his right. "Huh???" the Boarman, however, did not feel anything.

The Boarman saw Cade in front of him but then everything in front of him started rolling. "What the? What happened?" thought the Boarman until he could see his own body.

"That is…" thought the Boarman when he saw his body without his head. He saw Cade walk past his body and attacked another Boarman.

The Boarman tried to move his body but he could not feel anything and his view was getting narrow and narrower until everything turned black.

After he killed that one Boarman easily, another Boarman nearby saw what happened and they took Cade seriously. Even If Cade looked weak, they did not look down at him after he easily killed one of their comrades.

The explorers nearby were shocked to see what Cade had done too. They knew about Cade but they never knew that Cade was that strong. They never thought that Cade could easily kill the Boarman.

In their eyes, it looked like Cade did not even need to put much effort into killing that Boarman. It happened fast and clean too.

"Is he usually that strong?" thought one of the explorers. Looking at Cade, the nearby explorers got more pumped and did their best to fight the Boarman attacking the camp.

However, there were not many of them that could fight. Most of the explorers at the camp were either injured and cannot move or unconscious.

The one that can fight went to the Boarman's base to destroy the accompanying core. Most of them were better explorers among them.

The leaders a.s.sumed that there won't be any problem with the camp because the Boarman will be focusing on defending their base. Thus, they left the one that was not that good at the camp.

Everyone that was left behind also thought that nothing would happen to them but they were wrong. They never thought that the Boarman would send that many of them to attack their camp.

Cade continued fighting but this time, the Boarman in front of him did not look down on him. That Boarman fought Cade properly.

The Boarman swung his axe, used his skill and everything he could. However, it was shocking to him that Cade's cardboard round s.h.i.+eld and body armor can withstand all of his attacks perfectly.

"This monkey's equipment must have a high defense stat. More than my attack" thought that Boarman. "But… he is slow," said that Boarman while he attacked Cade.

Looking at Cade's movement, the Boarman guess that either the equipment was heavy and lowered Cade's speed or Cade was slow.

"Hehe," that Boarman smiled and he swung his axe much faster than before. Cade saw that the Boarman had started to attack and moving faster than before.

"Tch! He figures it out," thought Cade. He knew long ago that if he focused on increasing only one stat, he will have an obvious weakness to his other stat.

The first time he realized it was way back when he entered the slime dungeon. Due to him increasing his luck, he was overall really weak. He paid for that in the toad dungeon.

Cade then focusing on increasing his vitality and endurance. It was really helpful when he became more resilient than before. However, he realized that if not because of his weapon, he will need a long time to defeat an opponent.

Recently, Cade focused on increasing his strength. Though it was not much, his higher strength helped him a lot. Everything went great but then, he found another glaring weakness.

He was too slow. If he fought a fast opponent, he had no chance of landing his attack. His dexterity was the lowest stat he had. He had a spar with many explorers in the camp and he had no chance of beating the one with high speed.

They were too fast for him to catch and he ended up being defeated many times. Most explorers will not be one-sided when increasing their stats.

They did put more on one stat they thought will help them a lot. However, they did not neglect in increasing their other stats, unlike Cade that was too focused on one stat that he neglected his other stats.

The Boarman's attacking speed continued to increase and the Boarman was grinning wide as he knew that he was right. Cade was not able to follow his speed and he was now only focusing on defending.

The Boarman did not let that chance go and continued increasing his speed. He was not that fast too but he knew that Cade was slower. The Boarman was so happy that it got to his head.

While attacking Cade, he saw an opening. He kept swinging his axe as fast as possible and when he saw Cade focused on that, the Boarman swung his axe sideways and aimed for Cade's neck.

"DIED!!" the Boarman screamed with a wide smile. He admitted that Cade was strong but it was not that hard for him to kill Cade.

The axe hit Cade's neck but to his surprise, the axe stopped there at his neck. "What?!'' The Boarman was shocked that the axe stopped there and he could see that there was not even a scratch on Cade's neck.

Cade looked at the Boarman and he smiled, "You are strong and faster than me but you are E grade!" Cade slashed the Boarman's neck and killed him instantly.

"Luckily my physical resistance is at max level and this Boarman is E grade. 100% physical resistance against E grade opponent's attack," thought Cade.

Some of the explorers nearby that were still alive saw the spectacle that Cade had just shown. They never once knew that Cade can do that. They were shocked.

"So, there is someone strong here. You will need to die then," said a Boarman in a brown cloak that was not joining the fight.
