While Mini and Cole were prepping up in the Armory. Felicia, Val, and Gemi were lining up at the Mission Department handled by Leo.

The Mission Department usually worked with Libra's Justice Department to make sure that the work and the rewards provided by each party wouldn't be forged in any reports.

But that seldom happened and another reason they worked together was to supervise recruitment for people from the other Zones.

Although the Headquarters was purely composed of Mechanica,〈S.T.E.L.L.A〉had also recruited people from other Zones so that they could keep an eye on the situation in the other Zones.

In a way, they were the organization's eyes and ears.

There were a few other people who had to register temporary party members. Some brought who their members would be and others brought a token of the member instead. The reason they did such was that some races couldn't walk on land.

And although I said they were lining up, they were actually sitting in one of the waiting rooms.

Felicia had a pleasant smile on her face. It was as if world hunger had been solved and nuclear warheads had stopped existing.

Gemi was sketching a few dragon drawings on her sketchbook that she had gotten from her lab coat's pockets while Val would occasionally correct a few things about her sketches while reading a magazine about different kinds of famous cuisine from other Zones.

He was wondering how would they taste if they were made with different kinds of monster meat and magical herbs.

There were normal livestock and seasoning plants that also existed in the〈Fantasia Zone〉but he had ambition when it came to things like this.

"So, the scales are spread out here?"

「Considering that what you're currently drawing is a dragon whose main habitat is the sea, the scales spread out here rather than here.」

"Ho... That makes sense. I'll go fix it."

"Hmm~"

Felicia was humming to herself while reading a magazine on the 'Top 10 Places A Person MUST Visit In The〈Huaxia Zone〉'

It was made by〈S.T.E.L.L.A〉in cooperation with the residents of the Zone.

The reason why she was reading such a magazine that she would normally not due to its really clickbaitey t.i.tle and was humming happily to herself was that she had received enlightenment.

For the entirety of her life, she had always just used her ability to easily get from place to place since transport was costly. She had never once thought of using it as a sightseeing tool. She could easily visit all the Zones she wanted.

Gemi suddenly stopped sketching and stared at Felicia. She thought that she was definitely a beautiful person and the smile on her bare, spotless face just accentuated it.

She wasn't the number one beauty in the world but anyone who saw her would definitely say she was pretty. Val was focused back on his magazine so he didn't notice that Gemi's hands had stopped moving.

"Nee, Felicia?"

"Hmm? What is it, Gemina?"

Felicia took her focus off the magazine and placed it on her lap.

'Both of them have the same habit.'

Gemi ended up noticing the same thing her brother had but brushed it off and decided to ask her a question.

"I was just wondering something. How did you and Cole meet?"

"Ah, I knew the person he transmigrated into."

An exclamation mark appeared above Gemi's head and Val had also happened to overhear this.

'Col is a transmigrator? Make sense. There was that other person too. But he said he was a that he reincarnated rather than transmigrated. Wait, there was also that other transmigrator, wasn't there?'

He decided not to take it to heart that Cole hadn't told him such an important thing yet and decided to question him about it later.

"Eh? You don't feel anything ill against him? He took the person you used to know's place."

Gemi thought that most people would feel that way. If they reincarnated into that body from the start, they would probably let it go since the years they spent with that person was true. They weren't replaced mid-way.

"Well, that's true and all, but why should I? The person I originally idolized was the current Cole so it's a win-win, right? It's also not as if he wanted to transmigrate all of a sudden."

Gemi didn't expect that Felicia had actually admired Cole. Her guess was that maybe she formerly lived in the〈Avant Zone〉and heard of his tales as the great Weapon Master and Hero of The Galactic War.

It was also sometimes called the Intergalactic War even though Galactic was more accurate.

It was probably because it sounded cooler or there were a few skirmishes from planets from other galaxies but Gemi was only guessing. She hadn't read too much about the〈Avant Zone〉

She and Mini only knew a few things about Cole because of the file that was sent to them.

"But..."

That's why she was still skeptical. She wasn't sure if it was okay to idolize Generals or Admirals in the military. She thought the same for all the Zones. Because in the end, the job that they would eventually have to do would be killing other people.

"It didn't take long for him to tell me that he transmigrated either. Rather than keep it a secret for years or to never tell me or Eva, he told us just after two months of contact."

"Some might think that's actually quite long, but it's relatively short when you think about it."

"Eva?"

Gemi felt shocked that Cole had actually decided to tell someone about his transmigration. Most protagonists didn't do that. Gemi knew one protagonist that did but he was a king and all subjects naturally adored him.

But she felt another round of it when Felicia had mentioned another name.

"His daughter. The original was barely home and didn't pay much attention to her. Because of that, she considers me her mom and was holed up in the house's library most of the time and always had a blank expression on her face. Because of that, she may have matured a bit faster than others. Or she was originally very smart."

Felicia seemed to have a sorrowful expression on her face as she started to mindlessly gaze at the floor. When Gemi heard that the original Cole basically didn't exist at home, she could now understand why Felicia was able to accept Cole that easily.

And as for Eva, since she was a child and was finally shown affection from a figure that could now actually be her father, she could also understand why Cole wanted to tell her as well. He didn't want her to believe in a lie.

"It's because of the current him that she now always has a friend with her at home. She also made friends with Val's son. Though they haven't seen each other in a while. Maybe I'll bring her to visit Lala since she's pregnant after all."

Felicia's expression cleared up and her smile looked brighter than usual and she turned to face Gemi another time. She then put up a mischievous smile and started to tell Gemi in a hushed voice.

"In fact, Cole had once asked me in secret when her birthday was and wanted to make her first birthday with him one to be remembered."

"Unfortunately for him, I told Eva. Because of that, she ends up sleeping late at night while hugging her bunny tightly because of her excitement."

'Aww... That's cute.'

Gemi let out a smile. She could already imagine it in her head despite not knowing how Eva looked. She felt that she probably greatly resembled Cole. But she found it hard to imagine a smiling face Cole playing around with his daughter.

However, she could imagine the scene with a poker face instead.

"We're also very similar too. So it makes me at ease when I'm near him. He said that we would be playing a game, but I feel I already lost for some reason."

Felicia chuckled for a bit and went back to reading her magazine seeing that Gemi seemed to no longer have any questions.

'Hmmm... Nii, it looks like we both win...'

"I wonder what those two are doing right now..."
