The Weapon Master's Transmigration 74 Second Part Of Plan

Fuqin woke up to the chips of sparrows and the faint rustling of the tree's leaves. The sky was still a bit dark and the sun was barely out. He would usually wake up earlier but he had to give a lecture to his son last night.

He stepped out into the courtyard and he saw that there was already a figure waiting for him.

He was leaning against the tree in the courtyard and was dazing out into s.p.a.ce. The picture it painted was pretty enough to mesmerize Fuqin slightly. But he was a married man and was as straight as a steel bar so he got over it quickly.

"Ah, Sir Cole. What brings you here so early this morning?"

"I would like to continue our talk from last night."

Cole proceeded to come over and place himself on one of the nearby chairs. His footsteps didn't make a single sound even as it stepped on stone path of the courtyard.

"Ah, I see."

Fuqin sat down and faced the man before him.

His appearance was truly unique. He was tall but not overly and had a well-defined and handsome face. His black eyes were naturally attractive and had long eyelashes comparable to that of a woman's.

Even with the strange things on the side of his head and the metal frames on his face, his beauty wasn't diminished in the slightest.

But his body was definitely that of a man's.

Even Fuqin himself was marvelled about how well-defined it was despite being covered up by his black robes.

Fuqin thought to himself that if he was a woman, he would have definitely fallen for him at first sight.

"It's concerning about the possibility of a war brewing, right?"

"As you know,〈S.T.E.L.LA〉doesn't want any of that. A few skirmishes here and there are fine but there's intel that the instigators want to drag it into the other Zones."

"The barriers exist for a reason."

Although each Zone was located near each other. That was only in terms of direction.

Besides the barriers surrounding each individual Zone except the〈Neutral Zone〉, there was also the ocean and the numerous islands between each of them.

If any kind of person in each Zone was able to escape to outside their barrier and wanted to invade any other Zone, they would likely aim to capture the islands between them and secure a supply route.

Cole was educated the matters between each Zones when he had to take his new position and anything military or war-related was either included as common knowledge and basic guesses or his own personal experience.

He could already imagine how terrifying it would be if a war to ever start on the planet.

But if there was any Zone that would start a war, it would probably be...

'The〈Avant Zone〉...'

"Yes, I'm aware of that. But I truly don't know any kind of people that would be b.a.l.l.sy enough to do such an idiotic thing."

"Ah, excuse my sudden crude speech."

Realizing that he had suddenly dropped to using such a rude way of talking, Fuqin apologized. He considered that since Cole was from the organization that was able to keep peace between the Zones for the past years, he must have been extremely proffessional and must have hated casual speech.

"No, it's fine. Words are merely used to express oneself. Speak in whatever way you feel comfortable in."

Cole did appreciate Fuqin's effort in making himself appear dignified but he didn't really care overall. He was here to get information so he could execute his mission in the best manner posssible.

"But anyway, is there any kind of meeting between the n.o.bles before the tournament? If so, I'd like to have an invitation so we can a.s.sess the other n.o.bles."

Fuqin's shoulders had already started slacking when Cole had told him to be comfortable and started to readily tell Cole about an upcoming party.

"Yeah, there is. It's always held before the clan tournament and since you guys are supposed to be from theprestigous Feng clan, there won't be a problem even if you come unannouced."

'He got really slack really fast.'

Fuqin had started to sink into his chair pillow and his speech was suddenly becoming a bit more lazy. As he sank into his chair, it looked like he was going to turn into one with it. But that didn't bother Cole, he just had to finish what he had come over in the first place for.

"Where's the venue and what time is the party?"

"Oh, you don't have to worry about that. This year, we're the one hosting."

Fuqin had completely melded into his pillow and the arms that were still visible were lazily waving in the way that told you 'don't worry about it!'

Seeing that there should be no problem. Cole bid goodbye to Fuqin and apologized for his intrusion and went to inform the rest of the party of the updated plan.
