He had a dark expression on his face as he swerved to the left which led to the bas.e.m.e.nt. The rough and dusty road didn't stop him from driving faster.

After reaching his destination, he saw w.a.n.g Guo and two of his men standing outside. All of them wore a defeated expression on their faces.

"What happened here?" Si Weimin asked through gritted teeth.

"B-boss, the m-man –"

Even before w.a.n.g Guo finished his sentence, Si Weimin dashed inside. His body stiffened when he saw one of his men lying dead on the wooden floor. The smell of blood permeated the air.

He walked inside. Once he was in the elevator, w.a.n.g Guo followed him, "Boss, someone came here… it seemed that we were unprepared for their attack…"

He only looked at w.a.n.g Guo without saying anything. When they reached the dark chamber, he was greeted by a horrid and ghastly sight. Three of his trusted and skilled men were lying lifeless on the cold floor. Their blood flooded the entire floor.

The rusty scent of blood filled his senses. The gory sight made him even more convinced that he wasn't dealing with ordinary people. His men were killed brutally – like the sparrows on the box. Only that, their heads weren't decapitated.

The man was no longer there and the only thing left was the empty chair in the middle of the room.

Upon hearing w.a.n.g Guo, he signaled him to follow as they exited the room. He took a deep breath, trying to calm himself. In truth, he was fuming with anger that his men were killed just like that. Whoever did that would pay big time.

They moved quickly and within seconds, two of his men fell on the ground. Their bodies were taken. The masked men dashed forward when they saw one of his men took his gun.

A loud gunshot could be heard as one of the masked men fell, his head bleeding. However, before he could shoot again, a dagger flew towards him. It specifically landed on his neck which made the blood oozed out before he dropped on the wooden floor.

A woman wearing a black tight body get-up approached the dead man on the floor. She kicked him before she pulled out the dagger she threw. Like the four men, she was also masked. However, her masked only hid her eyes and nose. The woman even looked at the camera and grinned, clearly provoking the men inside.

Si Weimin clenched his fists when he saw the footages. His men didn't even notice that they were intruded. It seemed that the cameras inside the dark chamber flashed a different footage because his men didn't even feel alarmed.

"Someone managed to break into the system. They didn't delete the footage because they're bold enough to let me know what happened."

"B-but how do they manage to do that, boss?"

"I don't know."
