My Multiverse Trip 232 232. Wasteland Of Death.

The area we will be going today boys is called the wasteland of death. It's a ma.s.sive forest with thousands of profound beasts most sects use as a training ground for their disciples. The farther inside you head the stronger the beasts you encounter.

In the center of this vast unforgiving land happens to be the testing ground for the azure dragon. There's all sorts of mythical testing grounds on this planet with hidden items and goodies.

At this point in the story Yun Che would have been staying around the blue wind school practicing for an upcoming battle against some young master. We aren't that stupid we just beat everyone up at the start and just go about our day.

Now what we usually do when we run into a new area is browse the surrounding shops for new plants and materials. We also show off a bit of wealth so that the typical bandits and such get wind of us as they usually have nice things stockpiled away. In an area full of rich young masters from clans sent to get combat experience, what could be a faster way than killing them to get rich?

I spend about a day looking at items and acting like your casual young master who came to solo monsters because of arrogance. I spend the night in the best room after buying expensive maps and bragging about all my fancy gear and weapons the sect gave me.

What's a better way to attract idiots than wearing golden weapons and gear? Wearing golden weapons and gear than bragging about your super average cultivation level.

The next day making my way into the forest I'm followed by tens of scouts and soon my hunt has given me rewards. I run into every single bandit group possible. Hundreds of bandits. Sadly they all become new recruits for my vampire bodies blood ghoul army and their stuff is all reverse stolen. I get a few cheeky young masters aswell.

It's the best grinding spot for mobs. Sadly all good things must come to an end. over the past few days I've wiped out probably all of the bandit groups and a good chunk of the young masters who think they are smart by inviting me to the group to rob me with sneak attacks.

I really need to find me a nice discreet mount. Can't be seen riding around on legendary beasts and s.h.i.+t. Maybe a nice zinorge pup and raise it with some meat from profound beasts or something.

But then I figure out the best mount. What else could we ride than a chocobo. Those ma.s.sive yellow legends. I'll buy some eggs later and have Luna work on raising some nice ones. Wark Wark my brothers.

Making my way deeper into the forest I start running into stronger profound beasts and less people. I've changed into my regular attire of a nice pair of baggy jeans and a t s.h.i.+rt. Those stupid robes can p.i.s.s off there's literally zero cool factor to cultivator robes.

Fighting my way past hordes of wolf type beasts i finally make my way to the giant mountain in the center of the forest. I'm now face to face with 2 emperor level dragons. Now the sad part of these dragons is that at one point their child was kidnapped and it's soul turned into a sword which now resides in the azure dragons trial ground.

"Human why have have you come here?" asks the male sounding dragon looking at me.

"Two reason the first is to take the trial of the Dragon G.o.d which you guys currently are guarding. Second is to give you back your child which I can easily do." They look at me with hostility.

"Explain human!" the female roars.

So I do about what had happened and even invite them to come with me which the cautiously agree too. You see the funny part of this is that the azure dragon has been waiting years and years for trial goers but these guys have been killing them off thinking they were protecting the grounds or something.

Making my way into the cave I come across a pair of giant serpentine looking eyes and an outline of a Azure Dragon.

"It's been hundreds of years since the last trial goer I take it that those two following you are responsible?" The booming voice of the Dragon sounds out.

"Yep but they had good intentions besides it's not like I'm not here to take the trial. Just ignore it. Also I need you to give me the dragon fault sword kept in your trial ground as it contains the soul of their child and I made a promise to them to revive it." I say giving the big lizard a pointed look.

He gives me a look before a portal opens and out pops the blade. I grab it pulling the soul out before using some hand seals and reviving the little guy cost me a bit of gp but hey its worth it.

After a tearful reunion and one shocked looking azure dragon G.o.d I figure it's about time to get on with the test. "I want to be the next azure dragon G.o.d I'll be taking the hard test for the full inheritance so keep that in mind. Don't try to bulls.h.i.+t me either as I already know about the full inheritance. If your honest I might be able to revive your body as well like I did for the Phoenix spirit." I say popping out the Phoenix who had some peppers in her mouth and looked like she just got caught stealing from the cookie jar.

I slowly rub my forehead. "Did Fawkes teach you about stealing peppers from my garden aswell."

She quickly swallows down the stolen peppers. "No?" She replies slowly.

"Ugh forget it just don't eat them all I use those for cooking and it's bad for your stomach."

I wave her towards the shocked azure dragon who starts firing off questions before turning to me. "I agree to your request and you shall receive the full inheritance without having through the trial. However I ask that you help me rescue my daughter in return for my full cooperation." it says.

"Sure that's no problem join me in my kingdom for further discussion." I say wrapping it in chains before offering the dragon family a nice place to stay which they eagerly agree to. I mean I'm going to be the successor to the dragon G.o.d and have the original dragon G.o.d living in my realm where else would dragons want to live?
