My Multiverse Trip 448 Adventure Continues

With the new addition to my party things were looking up. However there was a ma.s.sive storm incoming and we needed to reach a Pokémon center for some shelter before it hit. I could also have my Pokémon looked over while we were there.

We quickly packed up the tent and camping supplies in the area Luna a.s.sures us that we will make it in time.

And we did as soon as we entered the doors rain started pouring down behind us. Followed by the crash of lightning and thunder. I made my way to the nurse joy and had her give my Pokémon some heals and a checkup along with the girls. I'm not a certified Pokémon doctor so that's out of my expertise.

After that I browsed around on some sites for items. Nothing too interesting in this area. Oh well.

Soon we were called over by the nurse joy all of the Pokémon were in fine health except the nidoran who would need a little bit more healing from nurse Chansey. Luna eyed the big pink Pokémon with want. I figure we will be visiting the safari zone at some point.

At this point in time the doors opened up revealing a couple of people and a Pokémon. I could only sigh, Luna looked positively delighted though and started yanking on my jacket. "Look look it's team rocket and they have meowth." She says with a gleam in her eyes.

"Are you going to fight them or do you want me to do it?" I ask her.

"Team up!" She shouts before running off towards the useless villains. Actually they are only useless at stealing Pokémon they have a huge amount of skills that allow them to make profit in just about any area.

I walk over behind Luna who is currently reciting their lines with them and doing the poses. I toss out my squirtle and Luna uses pikachu.

I take on koffing and Luna takes on ekans.

"Squirtle use water gun." There's a burble of water as it hits the floating Pokémon in the face smas.h.i.+ng it against the wall. Ekans at this point is being used as an electric rod and is starting to smell like cooked snake. Every time koffing looks to be recovering he's. .h.i.t with another water gun. Honestly it's not too challenging.

I hear Luna say something before team rocket is also electrocuted with meowth then to my surprise I actually see her throw a pokeball at the knocked out meowth it shakes 3 times before dinging with a successful capture.

"Well I wasn't expecting that." I look over at the happy blonde who just robbed team rocket.

"Let's hire them!" She says hugging onto my arm. I just shrug and transport them into the kingdom jails for now.

Well there goes team rocket.

Nurse joy didn't witness any of this as she had run off to contact officer Jenny when they started talking about stealing pokemon.

I just go back to my seat to wait. She returns soon after and we tell her we beat them and they escaped.

Luna doesn't show off the meowth just in case they ask questions. Technically the meowth was free and didn't have a pokeball that was the only reason she could capture it. But still it was with a group of team rocket members.

After about 20 minutes officer Jenny shows up and we give her our report. She thanks us and goes off to talk to nurse joy who had just given my nidoran a clean bill of health.

We find a nice corner to rest in until the storm blows over and I give everyone sandwiches and feed the Pokémon. I s.h.i.+ne my squirtles sh.e.l.l with some special wax I bought so it stays s.h.i.+ny and start talking with nidoran. It's a fiesty little one with a lot of energy. It knows horn attack, poison sting and double kick. I purchase special food for him from the system that makes his poison more potent and helps It grow stronger.

The next morning the rain has stopped and everything is wet and damp there's also quite a bit of damage over the city from roof tiles and branches and stuff flying everywhere.

Nurse Joy thanks us again and this time we head off north to the Viridian forest. I'm debating if I should catch myself a nice pikachu. But then decide against it. I'm not really a fan of bug Pokémon either.

However it's a good training area. We continue walking down the path away from the city until we reach a building this is the area leading into the forest usually there are some kind of Rangers here to help out with problems like lost travelers or beedrill who are aggressive.

We walk right inside the dense forest as the trees get bigger and thicker and a lot of the sunlight is cut off. everything is wet and there are fallen branches littering the path from the storm the night before.

The smell of fresh woods is relaxing though. We keep to the path since it's the quickest way through the forest. We plan to train closer to pewter city.

Along the way we run into tons of weedle and caterpie though apparently the wind knocked them from their trees. Of course we don't let this opportunity pa.s.s and we battle them. Squirtle gets to fight the caterpie and nidoran gets to fight the weedle. It's kind of hard for a weedle to poison a poison type Pokémon.

A couple of horn attacks and a weedle is out for the count. Even after getting hit with some poison stings nidoran is perfectly fine.

I was actually curious about how my little pudding loving wife was going to beat the pewter city gym. The same thought I had for Rias. So I asked them and they gave me a proper response.

They were going to use me and cheat. "How exactly are you planning to do this?" I ask.
