Who Moved My Mountain Chapter 3 Part2

       "We think it is better for you to go to the hospital and get yourselves examined!" The rescue team captain sternly said. The other people firmly restrained Qin Wen Tao and Qian Da Ming at once, and a.s.sisted them down the mountain into the waiting car.

  　The prohibition on drugs in the country was very strict. No one expected that a common rescue mission would let them pick up twenty addicts.

　　Qin Wen Tao and his party's faces were dumbstruck as they were brought down the mountain. When they had climbed into the rescue vehicle, an old woman with frizzy hair and dark, slender figure ran out from the road.

　　Although the age looked quite old, her movements were extraordinarily quick. In the blink of an eye she had arrived at the foot of the mountain. Walking closer, everyone could clearly see the appearance of the old woman. The corner of her eyes was painted completely with a drawing of peac.o.c.k feathers. That pair of eyes flashed with excitement.

　　"Apo1, you can't run on the middle of the road!" the rescue team captain immediately shouted.

　　But the old woman seemed to have not heard him. She ran straight across the road and knelt down when she arrived at the mountain. She lifted both hands up in prayers above her head and carried out a big ceremonial greeting, loudly saying, "Mountain G.o.ddess has awakened, Mountain G.o.ddess has awakened….."

　　The sound of her voice was really odd and made the people hearing it feel strange. However, when it fell on Qin Wen Tao's ears, it felt distinctly different. His body trembled even more violently and he had the urge to kneel on the ground.

　　"Drugs, the craving has started and he is now having withdrawal symptoms. Quickly tie him then deliver him to the police station!" The doctor observed the change and ordered the people. Everyone immediately held Qin Wen Tao and tied him with a belt, no longer caring about the queer old woman. Then they started the car and rushed to the police station.  

　　Qin Wen Tao: "….." Had absolutely no idea what actually happened.

　　Yun Rong had gone back inside Dan Qiu Mountain after carrying out her punishment to Qin Wen Tao and his group. The sky was dark when once again she was woken up by the familiar sound of prayers. Her heart thembled and she flew towards the source of the sound.

　　"Mum, can we go back home? What sacred mountain G.o.d? Don't you know this is all superst.i.tion?" At the south side of the mountain foot, a rough, tall and strong middle-aged man pulled up the old woman who was kneeling on the ground.

　　He said, with anger: " You keep on with this and I'll send you to the mental hospital!"

　　The old woman threw off her son's hands, once again kneeling down to kowtow while her mouth continued mumbling.

　　The son stood on one side and helplessly looked at his mother. It had been many years since she had lost her mind. Then he accommodatingly said, "OK OK OK, you continue paying respects. When you are done with your wors.h.i.+p, we will go home and eat."

　　Done saying, he crouched nearby and sighed while saying: "Mum, you cannot carry on like this. Due to your matter, Xiu Zhen noisily wanted to get a divorce. You say, precisely because of your superst.i.tion dad was killed at the age of 40. Do you really want to see our family be broken up before you are happy?"

　　The man spoke for a while before the kneeling old woman reacted. She leaned back her head, saw her son and the corner of her mouth turned up. She giggled foolishly while standing up and said, " go home and eat, go home and eat….."

　　Looking at the rear view of the two people supporting each other while leaving, Yun Rong involuntarily followed them. Just now, the old woman who was reciting a litany of prayers was a shaman.

　　Yun Rong would not take the initiative to a.s.sist humans, however, it was rare to meet a shaman. She just woke up and didn't understand the current situation of the world. It would be good if she could ask this shaman.

Looking at the bowl in her hand while touching her face,　Wu Song Ya felt that her mind had never been so clear before. She happily stood up and shouted loudly, "Jian Guo, Jian Guo….."

       She had just called twice when through the door, a woman's loud curse was heard. "What are you calling for! This useless old thing! Jian Guo is not home! I warned you, you should be quiet. Don't just call out G.o.d ah ghost ah everyday! This old woman could not serve you!"

　　"Liu Xiu Zhen, you open up this door. Is there any daughter-in-law who speaks to their mother-in-law like this?" Wu Song Ya was previously bullied by her daughter-in-law. But at that time her mind was unclear. Now that she was clearheaded, she immediately countered.

　　Outside the door, Liu Xiu Zhen jumped in fright. Ever since she married in, the old woman had never spoken so seriously like this. Could it be that she had gotten better? She couldn't help but panick. But she was accustomed to speaking rudely and never took Wu Song Ya as her mother-in-law. When she was scolded just now, she was immediately angered and approached the door.

      "Who knows if you were just pretending ah? Asking me to let you out, is it so you can go to the mountain and practice your superst.i.tion? I'm telling you this dead old woman, you have been paying respects these several years. If there was a mountain G.o.d in the mountain, why not even a fart was let out ah?"
