Yun Rong became happy at once. With a bright face and glittering smile, she said: "Thank you second brother, next time I will not arrive late anymore."

Hais.h.i.+'s special office was located in a three-story small house in the old city district. Beside it were all old residential areas, thus the street was narrow and the population was crowded. Originally, this area was used as a large hiding place in the city. 

This small three-story house also had some years to it. In the early '90s, it was the official residence of a warlord. It was said that this warlord was greedy for money and also lecherous. He had 18 mistresses at his home, but his primary wife was a smart and difficult person to deal with. When the warlord just pa.s.sed away at the battlefield, at the next moment, his primary wife held these 18 mistresses and poisoned them. Then she swept the entire gold, silver, and all the valuables and ran away. 

From then on, many stories pertaining to the small house came out. The people residing in the vicinity all said the small house was haunted. On the night of the full moon, the weeping sound of aggrieved women could be heard. Following that, in broad daylight, there seemed to be the voices of people moving about. Therefore, as time pa.s.sed, very few people dared to approach the building. 

At dawn, Wan Bo gently and cautiously held the mirror demon that was covered with a piece of black cloth with both hands and entered the door of the special office. A slender, old man who was standing guard as the gatekeeper happily greeted him: "Xiao Wan, you came early today ah." He glanced at the stuff Wan Bo was holding and opened his mouth to ask: "There's a small demon to be observed? What is it this time? Small puppy?"

"Uncle Hei, this is not the usual small demon, this is a mirror demon." Wan Bo quickly retreated two steps back to avoid Uncle Hei's hand. Senior Yun's bind was not very st.u.r.dy, it looked like it was going to loosen soon. He didn't dare to carelessly move it around in fear of it escaping.  

When a demon walked through the side door, their cultivation would rise sharply. No idea whether the few old, weak and disabled in the special office could fight it or not.

"The mirror has accomplished cultivation? This is very strange. What are you so nervous about?" Uncle Hei asked doubtfully.

"This is an evil cultivator!" Wan Bo replied solemnly.

"Why should I deceive you, it's really an evil cultivator." Wan Bo spoke while walking inside.

"Oh my goodness, Xiao Wan, since when have you become so powerful that you can grab an evil cultivator all by yourself?" Uncle Hei lifted his thumb in admiration.

Wan Bo just wanted to tell him that it wasn't him when a youngster with multi-colored hair walked out from the office. With a deep-fried breadstick stuck in his mouth, he spoke in unclear words: "What evil cultivator? Wait for me to take the double-edged sword and stop it!"  

"Qiu Dongming, drop it, okay! Before putting demons away, first wipe your eye boogers clean. When you go out like this, it will affect our special office's image!" Another youngster's voice sounded and a 20-year-old girl fully attired in white walked out of the office, her face was full of disgust as she spoke. 

"Fu Xiao, this person, why are you so unpleasant when speaking? With this handsome appearance, still affecting the special office's image? The special office's image is raised by me." Qiu Dongming was immediately discontented. 

"Ah, we should put your thick skin as wallpaper." Fu Xiao rolled her eyes and spoke: "Anyway originally I wasn't human, I'm a duster ah."

"Ok, ok, don't fight!" Wan Bo frowned and interrupted the two youngster's bickering. "There are over ten youngsters missing already, you two still have the mind to quarrel?"

Upon hearing Wan Bo's words, Qiu Dongming's unreconciled face dispersed in an instant. He sighed: "What other ways are there, there isn't even a single clue. Last time the White Bone Spirit you brought back was already only bones, her soul scattered, what can we find out from her?" 

Fu Xiao also turned solemn, "Senior brother Wan, I was just about to talk to you. In the morning, the public security bureau sent me something from their CCTV. Last night, there's a woman who attempted suicide at Suli River but was saved by someone. I think it is related to our current case."

Wan Bo directly confined the mirror demon in his hand inside a transparent container made from a special material. This container was left behind by Master Zhang, to be used especially to lock up evil cultivators. 

Qiu Dongming looked inside the container but didn't hear any movement from the translucent object. He opened his eyes wide and spoke: "Awesome ah, senior brother Wan. Now you can unexpectedly capture an evil cultivator by yourself!"

"This is an evil cultivator? This looks too unsightly, how does it not even have a human form?" f.u.xiao glanced in disgust. Then she asked again: "Mirror demons should have an object as their body ah, where is her mirror body then?"  

Wan Bo replied: "I didn't catch it, it's the same as the White Bone Spirit from yesterday, it was caught by Senior Yun. I heard at that time, the body fell and broke into pieces already, so I couldn't bring it back."

Fu Xiao was originally also a demon. For the demon race, the body was the second life. She stroked her chin and said: "So pitiful!"

"I'm not pitiful at all, what fell and broke wasn't my body at all. If you people couldn't find my body, then you cannot hold me, how is it!" Fu Xiao's voice had just fallen when an arrogant voice sounded from inside the container.
