Way To The Heavens 13 Tournament Begins

It was early in the morning but dusksh.o.r.e city was bustling with activity. It's not every day that it is this busy in the early morning in the city, today was an exception because the beginning of the inter-academy soul expert tournament was about to begin. Even people without soul energy were excited about this kind of events.

"Okay boys, today is the beginning of the tournament there first will be an opening ceremony first and after that, the first round of the solo tournament will begin. It will be a knock out round so if you lose you're out I expect that you will get through the first round. In the afternoon the duo tournament will begin and in the evening the trio tournament. Of course, I expect that for each tournament you will get the first round. But don't expect a warm welcome. We are one of the worst elementary academies on this continent. Everyone will ridicule you if you win the first round the high ranking people will probably say that you cheated. Don't mind them just go up there fight your fight and come down. We will show them all that victory academy isn't that weak academy anymore."

"Yes teacher!" the three boys said in unison.

On the way to the opening ceremony

"w.a.n.g Wei. Did you know our academy was one of the weakest ones on the continent?" Long Yue asked.

"No. I didn't but it doesn't matter since we're going to dominate this tournament. Right? Lee Zheng."

"Of course we're going to dominate. We're talking about us three. We are the best in all of victory village amongst our peers. We are going to shut all those high ranking people up."

"That's the spirit." It was Li Yun who said this she overheard everything the boys said.

"Oh is that right? Some lowlife trash is going to shut us up?"

"Who dares to call us trash?" w.a.n.g Wei was furious. Long Yue and Lee Zheng have never seen w.a.n.g Wei mad. He was already terrifying in a battle when he was in a good mood how horrifying would he be if he was angry in a battle.

The girls didn't do anything they just stared at w.a.n.g Wei, mesmerized by his beauty. The next moment w.a.n.g Wei walked over to them and the two girls started to blush. And then w.a.n.g Wei asked with a sweet voice "Do you also think that we're trash?"

"No!" the two girls said.

When he was smiling it was almost enough to make the girls faint. Long Sha, on the other hand, was looking at w.a.n.g Wei as if he could kill him any moment.

As he said his last sentence he was walking away.

There wasn't any crowd or anything. These kinds of arguments were considered normal at this tournament.

"It's okay one of us will get the chance to take revenge and maybe we will meet them in the trio compet.i.tion."

"Yeah, you're right but there are sixty-four academies partic.i.p.ating the chances won't be that big we'll meet them in the beginning."

"That doesn't matter we will win this whole thing so it doesn't matter if we fight them in the beginning, in the end, or not even at all." It was Lee Zheng who said these words.

After the ceremony ended the first round of the solo compet.i.tion started.
