Leo searched the bodies of Michael and Peter. He acquired a total of 87 demon beast core from them. Heading back to the camp site, he saw Tonys' dead body laying at a corner. Leo searched the body for beast cores. After searching, he found nothing. Hmm, maybe Peter had taken all the demon beasts cores from after he killed him, Leo thought.

All together, Leo had 27 rank 2 demon beasts cores and 60 rank 1 demon beasts cores. He planned on giving it to Travis to concot pills for him.

Walking out of the forest, Leo encountered some people going into the forest. Whenever some of them engaged him in conversations, he simply ignored them and walked away. He was wearing his brown cloak that covered his face, as a result, no one saw his face. For him to walk in and out of this forest, he wasn't a weak person.

On getting to the entrance of Hale Wood Forest, Leo took in a deep breath, positioned himself in the direction of his home, then with a burst of mana, he ran.

Leo: wow!! This speed.

Leo had ran a half a days' journey in about two hours. The difference between realms really was vast. Extending mana all around me, being able to make an armour with mana and having greater attack power when i infuse mana into my attacks. Leo wondered the power he would attain when he ascended other realms. With his talents, he believes he would be able to get to the Angel Knight realm, and perhaps further into the Legendary G.o.d realm.

On getting home, Leo entered through the main gate. The guards there welcomed him and gave him a letter. The letter read:

"My dearest Leonardo,

How did it feel being outside your home for these six days? Did you feel lonely, scared or perhaps, you were bullied by some stronger cultivators? Oh how we have missed you these few days. It got me thinking, when you finally leave the house to set your own path in this world, would we let you go? My little boy is all grown up.

Any way, I hope you have prepared to face your father and I at the training ground. In all honesty, we wish your talent wasn't so monstrous. I mean, you were able to perfectly do moves and techniques that took us a few years to perfect. Like, your talent makes us look stupid and we were the top talents as at some years back. That way, we would have had alot more time to train and spend fun times together with you.

We can't always be there to protect you. If you rely on us always, you would never reach your potential in your cultivation. We want you to be the best you can be, not because of our influence but your hardwork and diligence."

After Leo read the letter, he felt a cold chill run down his spine. They are so gonna beat me up, Leo thought. He walked into the house and went straight to his familys' pill shop. He saw Travis concocting new pills. From observing them, he could tell what they were. Mana restoration pills, Blood Cleansing pills, Rejuvenation pills and so on were all displayed on the shelves in the shop. Seeing the long queue and busy crowd outside the pill shop one must know that business was really booming. Leo walked up to Travis and greeted him;

Leo: Uncle Travis, I am back ! *he yelled*

Travis: Young master Leo, welcome back. Are you heading over to the training ground? Is the duel between you and your parents about to start?

From Travis' tone, you would know he was pretty pumped about the battle.

Leo: *how many of you guys want to see me get wacked by my parents? Leo thought* Not yet. I just came to drop some stuffs I got on my adventure outside.

Saying this, he brought out 27 rank two demon beasts cores and 60 rank one demon beast cores.

Travis: *with a shocked expression on his face* Young master, don't tell me you hunted these beasts alone.

Leo: *with a weary smile* He-he, no Uncle Travis, I had help from some mercenaries.*although they are all dead, he thought*

Travis: Ok. So are you giving this to the shop or you have other plans for them.

Leo: Use the rank 2 demon beasts cores to concoct different pills for me and, you can keep the rank one beasts cores.

Saying this, he turned around and was leaving the pill shop.

Travis: Young master, where are you going? He inquired

Leo: To face my parents.

With joy on Travis face, he immediately left the shop to the training ground.

Leo went inside his house, to his room.

Welcome back Young master, the servants greeted. He went to his room and had his bath and was getting ready to duel.

**At the training ground**

Travis ran into the training ground.

Travis: what did I miss? What did I miss??

Sarah: Relax, the duel hasn't even started yet. Why are you in such a hurry?

Gunther: Aren't you excited to watch the duel too, Sarah?

Sarah: well, yes I am. But I don't want to see my young master get hurt. You should know that it's a two to one battle. And they (Edward and Vanessa) aren't going to go easy on him (Leo).

Gunther: well, you are right but I strongly believe that young master Leo would have a lot of tricks up his sleeve.

Travis: you are right Gunther, Young master Leo always has a surprise to show.

As they discussed, two figures walked into the training ground and stood at the center.

Greetings your grace, Gunther, Sarah and Travis respectfully bowed.

Edward: (nods) rise.

Both Ed and Nessa had serious expressions on their faces said to them

Nessa: The outcome of todays' duel must remain a secret between us. If words get out, you all will be in trouble.

Edward: I want you all to speculate. We would reduce our cultivation level to the n.o.bel realm. The n.o.bel knight lower realm, to be exact. Leo is still at the 9th Stage of the squire realm. Let's see how he would fair against us. If he last for 15 minutes, then he pa.s.ses our test.

Everyone nodded in conjunction with what Edward had said.

Nessa: Even if he doesn't make it to 15 minutes, he still pa.s.ses though. Besides, only a genuis like him could attain the 9th stage of squire realm at age 9.

When Vanessa mentioned his age, a cold chill ran down their spines. Why? Simple, he was too young and was already achieving great feets.

Still thinking about Leos' monstrous talent, a young figure walked into the training ground.

This figure had an oval shaped face, shoulder-long dark spiky hair, perfectly aligned nose and mouth, and those eyes, those black eyes that made you feel like you would lose your soul over and over again whenever you looked into it. The figure walked over to the weapon shelf in the training ground and picked two long swords, he was a dual blade fighter after all, walked to where Ed and Nessa were standing, bowed and said "greetings everyone". This figure was none other than the nine year old son of the Duke and d.u.c.h.ess, Leonardo.

Raising his swords, he took a fighting stance and said "let the duel begin."
